"reception personel so frindly an The reservation staff was very friendly and respectful and helped us with the best possible room. The hotel location was good and convenient. Unfortunately, because there were few passengers and the weather was cold, they did not have any plans for the night. We got a little bored inside the hotel. Overall, I would like to thank the esteemed staff. Unfortunately, I do not know their names, but the receptionist on the day shift was a polite and professional young man. Thank you. I will probably come to this hotel again in a more suitable season. However, I expect the hotel to plan an entertainment program for the passengers at night or at least serve tea by the fire in the open air."

Xxi.quanThe hotel is slightly removed from the very heart of the city, but it's still an easy 5-minute walk. Our room was clean, and we had no issues with the shower pressure or hot water. We were offered tea during check-in and again while waiting for our hot air balloon tour pick-up. All the staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant.

NNg Inn BeoWe stayed four nights, two nights booked under Trip.com and two nights under Agoda.
The environment is beautiful, with plants, green grass and flowers.
This hotel is located in the town center, it is a 15 minute walk to the Sunrise watching hill, it is just a 100 meter walk to the Goreme Otogar, etc .
There are a lot of restaurants, coffee houses, gift shops , grocery shops, and travel agencies.
The room is clean, beds are comfy, fittings are good and convenient. The bathroom is spacious, the supply of hot and cold water is stable.
A delicious breakfast is provided with fried egg, fresh green salad, fruits, crispy bread, fruit juice, etc. The restaurant is neat and tidy, the staff are dedicated to serving customers for breakfast.
After check out, the owner keeps our luggage and allows us to take a bath after we return from our trip and drive us to Goreme Otogar to catch our bus in the evening.

Yyoli0617The hotel room was exactly as described online, and each room had a small outdoor balcony. It was a bit chilly, so we didn't get to fully enjoy it, unfortunately. 😂 If you're driving, the hotel can be a bit tricky to find, so it's best to go during the day. Otherwise, turning around if you take a wrong turn can be difficult. It's also not advisable to drive a large vehicle, as these cave rooms are built into the mountainside, making it hard for big cars to navigate. We stayed for two days, and the hot air balloons didn't fly. If they had, this would have been an absolutely stunning location! The hotel restaurant doesn't require reservations; you can just wait for a table. The hotel was cleaned very well, with no strange odors, and the staff were all very polite and enthusiastic. They proactively helped us take our luggage to the room, which was a big plus.

TtantrielleMy friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was an amazing experience. Kind staff men met and greeted us the moment we came and helped with our baggage which was very pleasant. At first they gave us a room with two single beds as we asked while booking but unfortunately there was a very strong smell from the bathroom so we asked for a change and not only did they agree but more than that gave us their best huge room with windows and a balcony🤩we were very sad that both days hot air balloons were canceled due to weather conditions but this room change cheered us up!
There is also nice music playing in their cafe till late so be careful if such features usually bother you (we actually liked the vibe even taking into account the fact that we went to bed pretty early).
Breakfast was fine and slightly different in two mornings which is great.
One of the workers has a cute pug and of course there are many cats around🥰
The location is cool it is pretty close to the sunset view point👍🏻

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and the terrace offers a beautiful view. The common areas are also very appealing, and in the evenings, there's even a bonfire while you enjoy drinks – it creates a fantastic atmosphere! There are many cats around the hotel, all very friendly and well-behaved. I highly recommend the room type I stayed in; although not huge, it never felt damp, and the window view was stunning. This is a significant upgrade from the standard rooms, which only have small windows. Definitely worth it! The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the cats seemed very pleased too!

GGuest UserThe room was very satisfying, with underfloor heating that kept it warm no matter how cold it was outside. It was genuinely carved out of a cave, not a later construction.
The hotel itself is quite large, especially since it has its own restaurant. The food was very much to Chinese taste; it was the best chicken and beef rice I had in Turkey.
The only minor issue is that the hotel doesn't provide complimentary drinking water. I asked the staff for two bottles, and they charged me for them upon checkout. I'm okay with paying, but I'm not okay with them not mentioning it at the time and only bringing it up during checkout. Plus, I think providing daily drinking water for guests is something a hotel should do. I'd still rate it a 9.5; overall, I'm quite happy with my stay.

AAnonymous UserThe room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.

GGuest UserWe had a really lovely stay at Aza Cave Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located in Cappadocia. The cave rooms are comfortable and unique, and everything was well maintained.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the views from the hotel especially in the morning were amazing.
It was a calm and relaxing place to stay, and we would happily recommend Aza Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

GGuest UserThis is a wonderful hotel in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and everything a tourist could need. The hotel terrace offers beautiful views; if you wake up at dawn, you can see the balloons. We're traveling with a large family and booked several rooms. At first, we weren't sure why the rooms with a bathtub were twice as expensive. After staying, it became clear: the suites (with bathtubs) are much larger and feature designer furnishings, air conditioning, and a beautiful view. Also, keep in mind that the cave rooms have no air conditioning or windows. The kids loved it, but my wife didn't want to stay in one. The hotel staff was happy to help us carry our luggage and recommended and booked a restaurant a three-minute walk away. Breakfast is served on the top floor of the hotel, and you can order an omelet and Turkish coffee as an extra, and everything was delicious! The hotel has its own parking right outside.
For a wonderful experience, be sure to choose a suite with a bathtub and a window!

Only downside was no water on my last morning, they tried to fix it but I had to check out early. Also didn’t get to try breakfast as it starts at 8:30am. Still, recommended for the location.
