Spa hotels in Goreme

We had an excellent 2-night, 3-day stay! We messaged the hotel in advance, and they arranged a shuttle for us (€20/person) for both arrival and departure. The staff were absolute sweethearts, helping with everything. We communicated either through a translator app or with a woman who spoke English. The breakfast was a delicious and hearty buffet. All the hot air balloon launch sites are nearby. There are also plenty of shops, cafes, and a currency exchange. The pool was cool and clean, and after 11 am, it was perfect in the sun! I'll recommend this place to everyone and I'd love to come back myself!

In general it’s good location, and very close to everything in town. The room is a kind of old school, which is fine. The hotel also provide a good buffet with a lot of options. The mini bar here is superb expensive, and you shall purchase from the neanhy supermarket rater than here

We stayed here for our honeymoon and informed the hotel beforehand that we were newlyweds. To our delight, they prepared a beautifully decorated romantic room and welcomed us with a delicious plate of fresh fruits. We were truly touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warmth of genuine Turkish hospitality. The hotel serves a classic Turkish breakfast, which was both delicious and satisfying. Its location is excellent — very convenient for any tour pick-ups and only a 5-minute walk from the Sunset/Sunrise panorama viewpoint. There’s also a lovely terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of Göreme. The only downside was that the room did not have air conditioning, and the provided fan was not strong enough to keep it cool, so it felt quite hot inside. We even had to sleep with the doors open. Other than that, we are very happy we chose this hotel and would gladly recommend it for its hospitality, location, and charm.

This is the most luxurious hotel in the best location in Goreme. It boasts a stunning view, located right next to the observation deck. It's very cozy and welcoming, with excellent breakfasts and friendly staff available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have. Rooms are cleaned daily, and a complimentary bottle of water is provided. The refrigerator is stocked with drinks to suit every taste. There are no radiators in the rooms, but all the floors are heated, which we really appreciated when we returned to our room on cool evenings from the nearby bars. The pool and hammam with steam rooms are very clean; we enjoyed using them every evening. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in a fairy tale, then this is the place for you. You'll be satisfied and take a piece of this paradise home with you.

This is a truly wonderful hotel 🏨. While it's located a bit high up, making access to Göreme town center a bit challenging, the views are absolutely stunning, making it well worth the effort! The breakfast buffet offers a wide array of Turkish dishes, and you can also order menemen, omelets, and scrambled eggs. In the mornings, the terrace is open to guests to watch and photograph the hot air balloons. Besides the terrace in front of the reception, there's another spot where you can calmly enjoy the balloons and take photos. Coffee and tea are available at the reception area. The photo opportunities can get crowded, but if you find the queue isn't moving, the staff managing it are helpful in ensuring a smooth flow for taking pictures. The room was comfortable; I stayed in a family suite this time. It was well-equipped with amenities like a kettle, coffee maker, and refrigerator, allowing for a very relaxing stay. The bathtub in the room was also excellent! The only minor drawback is that due to the cave-like nature of the room, mobile phone signals were nonexistent, and the hotel's Wi-Fi was very weak, requiring me to leave the room to use the internet.

I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel! Considering it is a 3-star property, I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. I requested for a cave room with a window, which was definitely the right choice—it made the space feel much fresher and ensured great ventilation, so it didn't feel damp or stuffy at all. The layout and style were truly unique and interesting. Also, the croissants at breakfast were absolutely delicious! However, the facilities are quite dated. The biggest issue was the water supply: it was very difficult to adjust the temperature for both the taps and the shower. The hot water was inconsistent, and we often had to wait for a very long time before it finally heated up enough to use comfortably. On the service side, the regular staff members were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and always polite. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the manager. During our stay, we had an issue with our luggage and asked the hotel for assistance. Instead of helping or showing any willingness to resolve the problem, the manager was uncooperative and rude. He provided misleading information and told us to call the police but threatened us that if is not the hotel's fault, he will sue us instead, what's worse is that he threatened we would not be able to leave Cappadocia due to the investigation. This was extremely unprofessional, intimidating, and unacceptable behavior for someone in a management position. In short, the room and location are okay for the price, but be prepared for inconsistent hot water and, more worryingly, very poor and threatening behavior from the male manager if you ever need help.

This place is amazing, customer service was perfect. Staying in a cave is a must if you are coming to Cappadocia and the Kelekek Cave Hotel is in a perfect location close to the centre of town where there are so many wonderful places to eat and view the ballons and city views. The hotel has a great pool area, amazing restaurant that is reasonably priced and plenty of areas to sit and relax. One of my favourite places to visit.

The place was clean, warm in a great location. Since I got a bad weather and stayed in the room I can say that the only thing that bugs me is the tv has only turkish channels. This is a factor to be improved due to turkish language has no similarities with English and being hard to understand. I guess because I choose the most cavely room the internet signal was weak and it was difficult to connect. Other than that I want to express my gratitude with the staff that was great.

I recently stayed at Ozbek Stone House Hotel in Cappadocia, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and authentic, perfectly matching the charm of Cappadocia. I also booked several tours directly through the reception, and to our surprise, the prices were actually cheaper than what we found online. Everything was well-organized and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region. Comfortable stay, great service, and unbeatable value!
