"I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic!
Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile.
All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣

KKUMAR VASWANIA very good hotel in an amazing location 5 minutes walk to the local town. Amazing views from every part of the hotel. This is truly a fairy tale man especially with the chimney rooms The staff are very helpful and breakfast is amazing. He decorated my whole room for my anniversary.

11601****The location is fantastic, right in the town of Göreme, making it super convenient for hot air balloon rides and visiting attractions. The hotel service was excellent, and the whole place is decorated with great style. Breakfast was also very rich and varied. My only regret is not bringing a swimsuit to enjoy the pool!

SSlavsWe stayed here for our honeymoon and informed the hotel beforehand that we were newlyweds. To our delight, they prepared a beautifully decorated romantic room and welcomed us with a delicious plate of fresh fruits. We were truly touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warmth of genuine Turkish hospitality.
The hotel serves a classic Turkish breakfast, which was both delicious and satisfying. Its location is excellent — very convenient for any tour pick-ups and only a 5-minute walk from the Sunset/Sunrise panorama viewpoint. There’s also a lovely terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of Göreme.
The only downside was that the room did not have air conditioning, and the provided fan was not strong enough to keep it cool, so it felt quite hot inside. We even had to sleep with the doors open.
Other than that, we are very happy we chose this hotel and would gladly recommend it for its hospitality, location, and charm.

GGuest UserWe traveled with a group of friends and booked a cave suite. The room was two-story, with the bedroom separate from the living area, offering ample space and kept clean and well-organized. The hotel also provides day-trip tours and hot air balloon booking services, which was very convenient. Overall, it's highly recommended.

SsyaOverall, it’s a really amazing experience. Staff here is so warmhearted and helpful, helping us find bus and balloon reservations. Also, they sent us to the bus station for several times.
They also gave us a late check-out to save our life after coming back from balloon.
What’s the most amazing is the breakfast. They served a good diversity of cousins and all of them taste so nice.
I will definitely visit again.

AAndrew 江In general it’s good location, and very close to everything in town. The room is a kind of old school, which is fine. The hotel also provide a good buffet with a lot of options. The mini bar here is superb expensive, and you shall purchase from the neanhy supermarket rater than here

GGuest UserWe were amazed by the unique beauty of Cappadocia. Our hotel was very nice in terms of its location. The staff was helpful and attentive. Hakan Abi was the most attentive staff of that hotel, we were very pleased. The breakfast was ***meat filling and nice. The pool and Turkish bath section were clean. The hotel was more beautiful and charming than we saw in the photos. When you go out to the terrace in the morning, you can see the balloons very clearly. I think the most beautiful one was at night. Sitting on the terrace and watching the view is priceless. I hope we see each other again.

RRinaldo Ferlin (Ray Ferlin)The place was clean, warm in a great location. Since I got a bad weather and stayed in the room I can say that the only thing that bugs me is the tv has only turkish channels. This is a factor to be improved due to turkish language has no similarities with English and being hard to understand. I guess because I choose the most cavely room the internet signal was weak and it was difficult to connect. Other than that I want to express my gratitude with the staff that was great.

KKatheVhI usually don’t write reviews, but this hotel was stunning. The staff is very friendly and very open to answer any question you might have. The pool was very refreshing for the midday hot weather in göreme. I liked the location, because it was close to everything, but not located in a loud place. The food from the hotel is very good, and they even prepared breakfast boxes for us for our early morning flight. I liked the decoration from the rooms and they smell very good. The view of the hot balloons from the hotel is incredible stunning. I will recommend this hotel and specially for kids, it even has an area for kids.
