"I highly recommend this hotel. The room is large and clean, you can see the balloons from the window in the morning, you don't have to go out onto the terrace to look at them. The service is excellent, all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. At breakfast I asked for and they made me Turkish coffee, for which I am very grateful. The breakfasts are delicious and filling.
They resolve issues with booking balloons and excursions. Very convenient. I will recommend this hotel to my friends"

Great
GGuest UserThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Perched at the highest point of the village, it offers absolutely stunning views from its observation deck. The reception staff were incredibly warm and attentive; upon arrival, they professionally introduced us to all the hotel's facilities. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary suite upgrade and the fantastic farm-to-table breakfast experience. The scenic drive to the valley for breakfast, and the breakfast itself, were both incredible. Our guide, Shamas, was wonderful – she provided excellent commentary throughout our activities and was fantastic at taking photos. Although the price was certainly on the higher side, the experience for over 2000 RMB was absolutely phenomenal and made it completely worth every penny.
SSlavsWe stayed here for our honeymoon and informed the hotel beforehand that we were newlyweds. To our delight, they prepared a beautifully decorated romantic room and welcomed us with a delicious plate of fresh fruits. We were truly touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warmth of genuine Turkish hospitality.
The hotel serves a classic Turkish breakfast, which was both delicious and satisfying. Its location is excellent — very convenient for any tour pick-ups and only a 5-minute walk from the Sunset/Sunrise panorama viewpoint. There’s also a lovely terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of Göreme.
The only downside was that the room did not have air conditioning, and the provided fan was not strong enough to keep it cool, so it felt quite hot inside. We even had to sleep with the doors open.
Other than that, we are very happy we chose this hotel and would gladly recommend it for its hospitality, location, and charm.
AAnonymous UserWe enjoyed our stay at Kelebek. We received a surprise of a free room upgrade to a Junior Suite when we checked in, which made us very happy. The room was unique (in a fairy chimney) and had everything we need. In the morning we could come out of our room and see the amazing hot air balloons in the sky. Breakfast spread was excellent too, we enjoyed our breakfast everyday. The restaurant also has a great view. Would highly recommend the hotel!!
GGuest UserI stayed here for three nights on my first trip to Cappadocia.
There is a bus terminal, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby, and the Göreme Open Air Museum is within walking distance.
The room was spacious and had all the amenities you need.
You can also use the Turkish bath for free, so bring your swimsuit if you like.
Unfortunately, the weather was bad so we couldn't see the hot air balloons from the rooftop.
The airport was about 45 minutes away.
11601****The location is fantastic, right in the town of Göreme, making it super convenient for hot air balloon rides and visiting attractions. The hotel service was excellent, and the whole place is decorated with great style. Breakfast was also very rich and varied. My only regret is not bringing a swimsuit to enjoy the pool!
GGuest UserWe traveled with a group of friends and booked a cave suite. The room was two-story, with the bedroom separate from the living area, offering ample space and kept clean and well-organized. The hotel also provides day-trip tours and hot air balloon booking services, which was very convenient. Overall, it's highly recommended.
JJingchangzailuoshanjiStayed 5 nights. I felt pretty good when I first moved in. The room was large and the one we stayed in had a private balcony. What is surprising is that the mineral water in plastic bottles is not free (we have been in Turkey for more than 10 days and have never encountered this situation); although it may be written on the price list and the price is not much, but Leaving this place always makes people feel stingy and disappointed. In terms of facilities, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the air conditioning is not very good. It is a bit difficult to handle the almost 40 degree weather in August. As for breakfast, maybe because I stayed there for a long time, I felt that the variety was a bit limited.
GGuest UserWe had a really lovely stay at Aza Cave Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located in Cappadocia. The cave rooms are comfortable and unique, and everything was well maintained.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the views from the hotel especially in the morning were amazing.
It was a calm and relaxing place to stay, and we would happily recommend Aza Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.
BBadghaishMubarakVery bad breakfast, limited choices and bad quality. Room service was not great barely changing bins. No new towels and no new soaps. Great reception, pretty nice rooms, great location near shops and restaurants.
KKatheVhI usually don’t write reviews, but this hotel was stunning. The staff is very friendly and very open to answer any question you might have. The pool was very refreshing for the midday hot weather in göreme. I liked the location, because it was close to everything, but not located in a loud place. The food from the hotel is very good, and they even prepared breakfast boxes for us for our early morning flight. I liked the decoration from the rooms and they smell very good. The view of the hot balloons from the hotel is incredible stunning. I will recommend this hotel and specially for kids, it even has an area for kids.
