stayed here for 2 days and 1 night with my family, and it was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. The level of hospitality we received was exceptional and genuinely deserves the highest praise. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and gracious, kindly allowing us an early check-in at 12:00 PM, which we deeply appreciated as we arrived earlier than expected. Their thoughtfulness immediately set the tone for a seamless and pleasant stay. Breakfast was outstanding, both in quality and presentation. Special thanks to the chef, Maryam, whose kindness and gentle nature made the dining experience even more delightful. Her warmth, dedication, and personal touch were truly unforgettable. The room was beautifully appointed with coffee and tea-making facilities, along with complimentary beverages such as mineral and sparkling water 🥤—a refined detail that elevated the overall experience. Without question, this is one of the finest places to stay in Cappadocia. It is especially ideal for those seeking a peaceful and quiet retreat—no children, no noise, just tranquility and breathtaking views. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and exceptional service. This hotel is truly a must-stay when visiting Cappadocia.

I wanted to stay in a cave hotel in Turkey, so I chose this hotel. Since it is located in Göreme town, I was able to see the hot air balloons very clearly and up close. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of food every morning. There were also some adorable dogs at the hotel, including a cute puppy, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and honestly, I have nothing to complain about. It was a wonderful stay from start to finish.

We had an absolutely wonderful 2-night stay at Noah’s Ark Cave Hotel. Staying in a genuine cave room was such a unique and memorable experience, and the room was comfortable, clean, and full of character. The host was exceptional—friendly, caring, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The team also assisted us with booking our hot air balloon flight and Red Tour, making our Cappadocia trip completely stress-free. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh local food, and the location was perfect for exploring Göreme and enjoying the beautiful views. Thank you for making our stay so special. New building , clean bathroom and bedroom, comfortable beds.Simple , farmers tasty breakfast ,good to start a day .Quiet neibourghood with the morning crow of the rooster and cooing of peagons.Hotel has roof terrace and roof restaurant which allows to admire morning spectacle. Perfect location for those who likes to watch flying balloons - every morning flying nearby or over aiming to famous Love Valley. Nearby hills give perfect locations for photographers to take good , clean shots of balloons and picturesque valley.Every morning the spectacle repeats but every morning is different- wind directions, balloons configurations, morning sun lights - unforgettable spectacle. Hotel location is at the end of Goreme,away enough from the remain road and 15 min walk from vibrant center , full of various restaurants.It gives unique opportunity to see the last live pictures of daily taugh struggle of local farmers with unfertle , dry soil to make it bringing simple crops.All this is being expelled gradually displaced by massive tourism demands represented by better or worse modern villas ”Cappadocia palaces”...

We booked 3 rooms for a group of 7 people. The air conditioner in one room was not working. When contacted, the staff who was first sent to check, insisted the AC was working and then said it was not the hotel’s problem. This was surprising and disappointing from a pure service perspective given the high reviews this property has across several booking platform. The lady in charge of the evening shift eventually agreed the AC was not working and gave us a basket of fruit as an apology but they were not able to fix the issue until the next day and provided some pedestal fans overnight. They again provided more fruit and bottled water the next morning before we left for our day tour as another apology. However the service (especially the initial reaction by the staff) and amenity scores are heavily impacted by this experience. Another issue was a slight leak from the bathtub in our room which ended up making half the floor wet afterwards every time someone took a shower. This again has resulted in a lower cleanliness and amenity score. The hotel were able to accommodate our request to have rooms on the ground level to avoid too much climbing up and down stairs (we had members of our party who had slight mobility issues) - which was a positive, however, these rooms overlooked the road which the hotel straddles and so fairly loud traffic can be be heard throughout the day and also very early in the morning (3:30am) from those leaving for their hot air balloon trips. The rooms don’t seem to have much sound proofing. Note: this is magnified by the fact that this road is at the top of a hill so motorists have to gun their engines to get to the top making the noise louder. These few issues overshadowed what was otherwise a decent experience. The breakfast buffet is great with a wide variety of options - service was great at the buffet. The rooftop terrace where you can sit and relax and watch the hot air balloons fly overhead early in the morning is another highlight.

Considering it is a 3-star property, I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. I requested for a cave room with a window, which was definitely the right choice—it made the space feel much fresher and ensured great ventilation, so it didn't feel damp or stuffy at all. The layout and style were truly unique and interesting. Also, the croissants at breakfast were absolutely delicious! However, the facilities are quite dated. The biggest issue was the water supply: it was very difficult to adjust the temperature for both the taps and the shower. The hot water was inconsistent, and we often had to wait for a very long time before it finally heated up enough to use comfortably. On the service side, the regular staff members were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and always polite. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the manager. During our stay, we had an issue with our luggage and asked the hotel for assistance. Instead of helping or showing any willingness to resolve the problem, the manager was uncooperative and rude. He provided misleading information and told us to call the police but threatened us that if is not the hotel's fault, he will sue us instead, what's worse is that he threatened we would not be able to leave Cappadocia due to the investigation. This was extremely unprofessional, intimidating, and unacceptable behavior for someone in a management position. In short, the room and location are okay for the price, but be prepared for inconsistent hot water and, more worryingly, very poor and threatening behavior from the male manager if you ever need help.

This is a truly wonderful hotel 🏨. While it's located a bit high up, making access to Göreme town center a bit challenging, the views are absolutely stunning, making it well worth the effort! The breakfast buffet offers a wide array of Turkish dishes, and you can also order menemen, omelets, and scrambled eggs. In the mornings, the terrace is open to guests to watch and photograph the hot air balloons. Besides the terrace in front of the reception, there's another spot where you can calmly enjoy the balloons and take photos. Coffee and tea are available at the reception area. The photo opportunities can get crowded, but if you find the queue isn't moving, the staff managing it are helpful in ensuring a smooth flow for taking pictures. The room was comfortable; I stayed in a family suite this time. It was well-equipped with amenities like a kettle, coffee maker, and refrigerator, allowing for a very relaxing stay. The bathtub in the room was also excellent! The only minor drawback is that due to the cave-like nature of the room, mobile phone signals were nonexistent, and the hotel's Wi-Fi was very weak, requiring me to leave the room to use the internet.

I loved staying at this hotel. The manager was very sweet. We were upgraded to the Superior Suite which was a wonderful experience. A hot jacuzzi in our room proved useful for the cold weather. The bathroom had a radiator, so clothes and towels could be kept warm. Complimentary halal drinks in our fridge. There was a prayer mat for us kept in the cupboard. This was very thoughtful of the hotel management to make us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of eggs, cheese, spreads, cereal, fruit, etc. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and can't wait to come again.

We stayed here 3 nights. December. Simple hotel with an open courtyard & we were in quad family room. When booking, we requested for cave room as we see there are pics of room that does not look like cave. Upon arrival we were given non-cave room (because it's a slightly bigger room compared to cave) we like that it's at level 1. Right at courtyard. It is convenient & nice to just hangout there. We checked with reception and requested to stay in a cave room. The reception was very helpful & allowed us to change for the next two nights after showing us how the cave room looks. My teenage girls love Lucky the dog (part of the reason why we picked this hotel) after reading reviews, and there are also 3-4 cats. They totally enjoyed the stay having these cute company. Breakfast was good enough & location is good too. We took bus to uchisar, even to derinkuyu on our own. Not too tough. Bus station within walking distance. Only hope to improve is the cave room toilet can be very stuffy. And the shower area can be curtained to prevent water from splashing around. Overall we are happy with our stay. And all the staff are helpful & nice.

Great and friendly service from staff, exceptionally from Mostava. We checked in late at 8pm and checked out exceptionally early at 3am since we had day tour before checking in and catch hot air balloons when checking out, he kept our baggage all those times and after getting back from balloons, we had another day tour before catching the night bus, he kindly let us shower and freshened up even though we checked out and repacked our luggage at theirs. I’ve never had a place where they are so kind and understandable.
