stayed here for 2 days and 1 night with my family, and it was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. The level of hospitality we received was exceptional and genuinely deserves the highest praise. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and gracious, kindly allowing us an early check-in at 12:00 PM, which we deeply appreciated as we arrived earlier than expected. Their thoughtfulness immediately set the tone for a seamless and pleasant stay. Breakfast was outstanding, both in quality and presentation. Special thanks to the chef, Maryam, whose kindness and gentle nature made the dining experience even more delightful. Her warmth, dedication, and personal touch were truly unforgettable. The room was beautifully appointed with coffee and tea-making facilities, along with complimentary beverages such as mineral and sparkling water 🥤—a refined detail that elevated the overall experience. Without question, this is one of the finest places to stay in Cappadocia. It is especially ideal for those seeking a peaceful and quiet retreat—no children, no noise, just tranquility and breathtaking views. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and exceptional service. This hotel is truly a must-stay when visiting Cappadocia.

The room was absolutely beautiful. I noticed a lot of Chinese guests staying here after I arrived. The service was genuinely excellent. If you have large luggage, definitely ask the staff to help you with it. The service was super good. You can book hot air balloon rides, horse riding, ATVs, and various other activities through the staff. If you have WeChat, remember to add them!

I have a wonderful experience at Sah Saray. The staff members were very nice and helpful. They offered to help book local tours and would even help follow up tours even if you do not book via them. Room is nice and clean, a combination of modern and ancient time. I am satisfied with the air conditioning and ventilation. Service was superb snd efficient too. I gave them a call and room service arrived in like a minute. Breakfast time is 8 am to 10am and they offered 3 options. Can sit outdoor if you mind the sun. A box of Halvah was given to us upon departure. Sugar and oil free. A token of joy and togetherness. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

New building , clean bathroom and bedroom, comfortable beds.Simple , farmers tasty breakfast ,good to start a day .Quiet neibourghood with the morning crow of the rooster and cooing of peagons.Hotel has roof terrace and roof restaurant which allows to admire morning spectacle. Perfect location for those who likes to watch flying balloons - every morning flying nearby or over aiming to famous Love Valley. Nearby hills give perfect locations for photographers to take good , clean shots of balloons and picturesque valley.Every morning the spectacle repeats but every morning is different- wind directions, balloons configurations, morning sun lights - unforgettable spectacle. Hotel location is at the end of Goreme,away enough from the remain road and 15 min walk from vibrant center , full of various restaurants.It gives unique opportunity to see the last live pictures of daily taugh struggle of local farmers with unfertle , dry soil to make it bringing simple crops.All this is being expelled gradually displaced by massive tourism demands represented by better or worse modern villas ”Cappadocia palaces”...

We had an absolutely wonderful 2-night stay at Noah’s Ark Cave Hotel. Staying in a genuine cave room was such a unique and memorable experience, and the room was comfortable, clean, and full of character. The host was exceptional—friendly, caring, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The team also assisted us with booking our hot air balloon flight and Red Tour, making our Cappadocia trip completely stress-free. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh local food, and the location was perfect for exploring Göreme and enjoying the beautiful views. Thank you for making our stay so special. We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Sultan. The staff were amazing & helped us very much! A big shoutout to Darina, Yunus & all the rest who has helped us so attentively & replied to our messages whenever they can! One thing I would change about my trip is to make all my bookings with them! They actually have a list of vendors they worked with & in house tours which we can signed up for. We went for the Breakfast Tour & the Hammam at their sister’s hotel, both of it we absolutely loved. We would also like to commend Shams’ hospitality in guiding us on the Breakfast Tour, making our stay in Cappadocia such an enjoyable & restorative one ❤️

A heavenly place with soul and stunning views ✨ We stayed at Divan Cave House in Göreme and didn't regret it for a second. It's a true fairytale amidst the stony streets of Cappadocia. The hotel captivates with its cozy terraces offering amazing views. It's like a postcard in front of you: hot air balloons, rocks, and valleys. A truly soulful place where you want to linger with a cup of tea. Special thanks to the staff. The guys are incredibly responsive. But the main gems of the hotel are the ladies – both at the front desk and in the restaurant 😍 Such a combination of beauty and humor is rare to find! It was easy and fun to chat with them; they radiated positivity from the first minute and created a homey atmosphere. Thank you for your smiles and jokes – you are the true stars of Divan Cave House! The rooms deserve a separate description. Everything is perfectly clean. The linen is fresh, the bathroom sparkles, yet the authentic charm is preserved. No dampness or dust, which is surprising for rooms carved into rocks. In short, if you want to experience Cappadocia with comfort and a smile, and not just 'sleep over' – this is the place for you. We will definitely be back! 🔥

Facilities: The bathtub in the room is superb, not only big but also with massage function. It is very cool to take a bath after playing around the town. Hygienic: OK, after all, it is a stone house, you can't ask for too much Environment: It is very close to the love garden of watching the hot air balloon. It can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. It is also within walking distance to the most central and observation deck of the town. Service: You can book the car to Kaisai Airport directly through the hotel. The price is relatively affordable on time. The staff service is very warm and the English is very smooth. If the breakfast is late, there is really nothing to eat.

Great and friendly service from staff, exceptionally from Mostava. We checked in late at 8pm and checked out exceptionally early at 3am since we had day tour before checking in and catch hot air balloons when checking out, he kept our baggage all those times and after getting back from balloons, we had another day tour before catching the night bus, he kindly let us shower and freshened up even though we checked out and repacked our luggage at theirs. I’ve never had a place where they are so kind and understandable.

We stayed here 3 nights. December. Simple hotel with an open courtyard & we were in quad family room. When booking, we requested for cave room as we see there are pics of room that does not look like cave. Upon arrival we were given non-cave room (because it's a slightly bigger room compared to cave) we like that it's at level 1. Right at courtyard. It is convenient & nice to just hangout there. We checked with reception and requested to stay in a cave room. The reception was very helpful & allowed us to change for the next two nights after showing us how the cave room looks. My teenage girls love Lucky the dog (part of the reason why we picked this hotel) after reading reviews, and there are also 3-4 cats. They totally enjoyed the stay having these cute company. Breakfast was good enough & location is good too. We took bus to uchisar, even to derinkuyu on our own. Not too tough. Bus station within walking distance. Only hope to improve is the cave room toilet can be very stuffy. And the shower area can be curtained to prevent water from splashing around. Overall we are happy with our stay. And all the staff are helpful & nice.
