We arrived at Baltimore Airport at 1am and called the front desk to make an appointment for a free shuttle bus. We waited about ten minutes. The driver of the shuttle bus the next day was very nice and sent us directly to the airport Hertz car rental. Breakfast in the lobby on the first floor is 9.9 US dollars, and the service is also very good.
