Upon check-in, the staff proactively offered hot towels and ginger tea, thoughtfully inquiring if we needed assistance with itinerary planning—these details instantly relieved the fatigue of our journey.

The executive suite we stayed in was approximately 45 square meters, with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the Taizi River view indoors. Solid wood furniture paired with a cloud-patterned carpet, and a celadon incense burner on the bedside table emitting a subtle sandalwood fragrance, created an atmosphere that retained Eastern aesthetics while achieving modern convenience through an intelligent lighting system. Particularly noteworthy was the bedding; the high-thread-count cotton sheets and down pillows ensured a restful night's sleep.

GGuest UserTraveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor.
The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour.
The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful.
The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The room is not big and the space is relatively compact. It is very convenient to have a small refrigerator beside the bed. The TV is not clear and there are snowflakes. The paper towel holder in the bathroom is not reasonably designed. The roll paper is easy to fall off. There is a warning on the wall that the water temperature is unstable. It is very good in actual use.
Hygiene: The bedding is clean and comfortable, but there are mold spots on the wall under the shower room
Environment: The hotel is located in the small city center. It is very eye-catching and easy to find. The room you live in faces the street and is opposite the Agricultural Bank of China. It is not noisy at night.
Service: The front desk service in the lobby is warm and efficient, and check-in and check-out are quick.
Breakfast: There are coffee, milk, soy milk, porridge, eggs and bread. The buns and tofu are delicious, but the corn is too old.
Overall, the stay experience was quite good.

ZZSZ1111Upon arriving at the hotel, the antique wooden architecture immediately caught my eye, blending perfectly with the surrounding natural scenery like a vivid ink painting. Stepping into the courtyard, the exquisite feel of a Japanese garden washed over me. Winding paths, lush greenery, and quietly standing stone lanterns exuded a Zen-like tranquility, purifying my mind and body.
The room was beautiful and spacious; they even upgraded it for an even larger room. The Japanese-style room featured traditional futons and a minibar, a unique touch. The large balcony overlooked the central courtyard, bringing the view into the room and uplifting my spirits.
The hotel's biggest highlight is its indoor and outdoor hot springs! Each hot spring was excellent; soaking in nature was incredibly relaxing. The water was crystal clear, rich in minerals, leaving my skin feeling smooth and supple.
The breakfast dishes were works of art, beautifully presented, with incredibly fresh ingredients. The sashimi was perfectly thin, melting in my mouth; the sukiyaki was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, every bite incredibly satisfying. The Japanese breakfast set was plentiful and delicious. The miso soup was fragrant, the rice was soft and sticky, and it came with refreshing side dishes. It was a great way to start the day feeling energized.
The service was excellent; the staff were all very polite and attentive. PS: It's such a perfect match for Sumikko Gurashi!!!

CChangyousifang總體上還不錯，服務細節尚待提高完善。不過，也別説，就這半個多月人多（本桓線線紅葉），旅遊團的大汽車一輛挨着一輛，早飯就是一千多人（旅遊團7點鐘出發），所以6:30早飯餐廳兩個都滿，天南地北的口音。別説，這麼多人，早餐真還不錯，品種也不算少（熱菜好幾個，酸菜包子，花捲，發糕，油條，小碴子粥，小米粥，大米粥，牛奶豆漿咖啡，涼菜，鹹鴨蛋醬豆腐，雞蛋，香蕉。。。），很快補菜。酒店和水鎮一體，有點類似度假村。小小縣城，這已經是很不錯了。員工自己都説，忙完這一段，天冷了，酒店也就冬天關門了，明年春天再開。酒店位置適合旅遊團或者自駕（距離縣城還有約十公里距離），自駕去本桓線或者五女山都相對方便。

The service in the town was excellent, from check-in to the shuttle bus and the staff at the attractions. I think the level of service is comparable to that of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai—very professional and attentive.
We originally booked a king-size room, but our child suddenly wanted to stay in a treehouse, so we paid to upgrade. The private hot spring included in the treehouse was also very enjoyable.
Overall, I was very satisfied and would bring my family back again.

Not far from the water cave and Guanmen Mountain, it is very convenient to go to these two scenic spots.
