Location is good, just right by the lake where there is a light display every night between 7 to 8pm. There are also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Room is thoughtfully laid out and is clean and quiet. Staff service is very good, both during check in and check out. They helped with the luggage in both instances, provided us with warm bottled water at checkout and are very friendly during our stay. Worth a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if you are in this town.

The room is spacious. The twin room has two 1.5-meter single beds. If you're not big, two adults can easily sleep on one single bed. It can accommodate 3-4 people, which is great for family trips. The hot spring is on the 4th floor, and fruits, drinks, popcorn, and ice cream are all complimentary. An additional person for the hot spring costs 108 yuan (not entirely sure). Breakfast is also on the 4th floor; it can get a bit hot in the morning due to the strong sunlight, so you can choose to eat in the gallery. An additional person for breakfast also costs 108 yuan. The Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor is a bit pricey. The hotel's infinity pool is a definite highlight, and the service is excellent. I added Xiaowen on WeChat, and she resolved any issues immediately. Very satisfied! 😀

Extremely satisfied with the service. The room was also exceptionally good and comfortable. Special commendation to the front desk. There was a small hiccup with Trip.com, almost leaving us without a room, but the front desk patiently and kindly resolved the issue. Definitely worth choosing again on our next visit.

The floor was dust-free, the bathroom was spotless and odor-free, and the towels and bath linens were brand new and thoroughly disinfected. The toiletries were also high-quality and comfortable, making my stay completely reassuring. Convenient Location: The hotel's location is very convenient, making it easy to find restaurants and eat. There are many snack bars and convenience stores nearby, so if you get hungry at night, you can just walk downstairs to grab a bite. Transportation is also very convenient, with the high-speed rail station and bus station within easy reach, saving a lot of time. Warm and attentive service: The front desk staff was friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they patiently recommended nearby attractions and restaurants. The cleaning lady was also very polite, always smiling and greeting us, which made us feel very warm. The hotel's facilities are excellent! Luggage lockers and robot food delivery are also available.
