The overall experience is great, the location is very dominant, downstairs is the music fountain square, visiting the surrounding neighborhoods, punching in the Longxing Gate is very close. The rooms are smartly designed, clean and quiet, and sleep very relaxed. The service is warm and thoughtful, the deposit-free stay is very easy, and the local specialty snacks can be eaten for breakfast. With its own parking lot, there is no pressure to travel by car, no matter whether it is a short trip or a business stay, it is very suitable.

This is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^～^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless. Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water. And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

On May 3, I lived in Benxi Longfeng Hotel with my husband by car. I used to praise it. The hotel lobby has a good environment and clean atmosphere. Living in the 509 room facing the street. The room size is large enough and the bedding is clean. Talk about needing attention and improvement: 1. The hotel is at the intersection, and the noise of the big car is louder when the people are quiet at night. 2. The sound insulation effect of the room is average, and the sound of the bath water in other rooms can be heard clearly at 10:30 in the evening. 3.5 On the 5th floor of the 4th floor, there was a room to pick up the bride. It started shouting at more than 4 in the morning and continued until 8 in the morning. 4. Breakfast is vegetarian, the dishes are average, you can eat enough, and it is more friendly to vegetarian guests. 5. The shower head needs to be replaced, the spray water is not concentrated, the water flow is small, and the damage is serious. It is better to have such a quality hotel in Benxi County, and you can choose to stay. The hotel is brand new, and the air conditioning works perfectly. While the breakfast selection isn't vast, it's very tasty. The location is convenient with easy access to transportation. Highly recommended.
