Benxi Hotels with Balcony

The environment was beautiful, and the experience exceeded expectations. Parking was easy, and the housekeeper picked us up in a car, as the house is located within a scenic area. We stayed in two rooms, and both the elderly and children were happy – a truly relaxing trip. There weren't many insects, and the courtyard provided disposable stoves and large mosquito coils for camping or barbecuing. The morning scenery was absolutely stunning, giving a feeling of being in Japan. Along the way, I was also impressed by the prosperity of my country. On the way from Shenyang, we took the highway, and on the return trip, we took the national highway and the Jiben Line, which was comparable to National Highway 331 – the mountain roads were well-maintained and the scenery was beautiful. As for meals, the breakfast was plentiful and nutritious, their coffee was quite good, and the juice was freshly squeezed. Most importantly, the farm-style dishes were excellent, and the prices were acceptable.

It's a very new hotel, and the service was quite professional, but the prices during the National Day holiday were really expensive! I stayed on the first floor, and according to the hotel, it was an upgraded courtyard room. Two rooms were booked, and the facilities were both good. Facilities: Problem 1: My friend's room next door had a courtyard that connected to the main road, and there was a gap in the fence allowing entry and exit. Problem 2: I couldn't get out of my room this morning; the security lock on the door was stuck… a hotel staff member had to jump in from the small courtyard outside to open it. Service: The handling process was okay; this room received a 30% discount. For such a large hotel, it wasn't particularly grand.

The guesthouse opposite Benxi Water Cave was perfect for a visit. Checking in a day early was ideal, especially since I was visiting the cave the next day. The owner was a very welcoming and friendly lady who answered all my questions about the scenic area in detail. The guesthouse courtyard was beautiful, with a swing and rocking chair, and many swallows nesting there – I was so lucky to see so many! The room was exceptionally clean; you could tell it had been meticulously prepared. The amenities were high-quality and complete, including a standing air conditioner and a separate water heater for easy adjustment. It was an incredibly satisfying stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of freshly made options. It's a one-stop shop for food, drinks, and entertainment – ​​truly fantastic! The hot spring water in the bathtub is very hot and very comfortable to soak in. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean and tidy, and the bath towels and towels are disposable, which is very good. Environment: In the mountains, the air is fresh, parking is convenient, and there are restaurants all over the street downstairs, which is very convenient. Service: The boss is super enthusiastic, answers all questions, and explains the nearby travel guide very carefully.

This is probably my third time here, and this visit was particularly outstanding. Let's start with the rooms: for three adults, we initially booked one castle mountain view twin room. The room and beds were spacious enough, definitely sufficient. However, after staying for a bit, we felt we could be even more comfortable, so we booked another castle mountain view hot spring king room, which truly exceeded our expectations. The TV was bigger, and there was a huge hot spring tub that could easily fit 3, 4, 5, or even 6 people. The room was well-equipped, and the facilities were so new that even seniors needed guidance (^～^). The bedding was spotlessly clean, soft, and skin-friendly. There was one minor flaw: a small hand towel on the vanity had a slight smell, but it was harmless. Next, the environment: a castle villa nestled among mountains and water. As soon as you drive in, you're immersed in the beautiful scenery. The geographical advantage is clear; the air, fragrant with grass, instantly helps you clear your mind and relax. It's perfect for city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle occasionally and return to nature's embrace. The hot spring pools are divided into public areas and private baths. The public areas are further divided into indoor and outdoor sections, with the infinity pool being a highlight. The hot spring water is incredibly beneficial for people with joint issues. Even the taps in the room provide hot spring water. And the service was impeccable. Staff in all areas proactively greeted us and offered assistance. It would be even better if there were dedicated porters or doormen; that way, guests could have their luggage taken from their car and delivered to their room as soon as they park. The staff in the hot spring area promptly replenished towels, fruit, drinks, and all other necessities, and constantly reminded us about slippery floors and safety, providing a truly family-like warmth. Based on the hotel's bookings for the day, they kindly offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made our elderly companions feel much more at ease and less rushed. Oh, and the breakfast was quite rich; the Chinese pastries were a hit with the elders. It was a very enjoyable trip to Benxi Xikang, and this will definitely not be my last time; many more visits are in store.

The boss is very nice. My children want to experience the fire kang. They specially provide me with a rich breakfast for only 10 yuan per person. They also caught the wild vegetable buns, which are very delicious. The children like it very much. There are many swallows' nests under the eaves here. At night, the little swallows flew back and saw the Big Dipper rising up the mountain. It was a pleasant trip to pick a lot of wild vegetables.

It was fate that I stayed in a valley hut in the mountains. It was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet at night and the scenery was everywhere during the day. Great! Thumbs up! Thumbs up! The hot spring water is very hot so be careful.

The overall service at Mangu Town is excellent! The staff who serviced our room were especially exceptional, patient, caring, and very understanding. However, I declined to view the private bath room before booking, simply looking at the pictures online. And it wasn't because it was fully booked and inconvenient to view! Upon entering the room, it smelled strongly of dampness and was cramped. Most puzzling was that the private baths were only drained once a day and couldn't be freely drained. With such a large temperature difference between morning and evening, draining the water once only allows for a single soak. If you want to soak again, you have to go to the public area. This seems to defeat the purpose of private baths. What's the point of paying the private bath price to stay in a damp, moldy, and cramped private bath room when you can't choose to do so multiple times? Why not stay in the slightly cheaper, brighter, and more spacious River Valley rooms? This makes me wonder why so many empty rooms aren't open for viewing, only pictures!

This room was booked with the other room, and everything that should be said was said. I like the lotus in their yard. It is said that it can be opened in less than two days and I am fortunate to catch up. There is also the attitude of the two service staff is generally good, the eldest sister is better than the younger guy, closer. At 10 o'clock in the evening, there was a power outage and water outage. Fortunately, I filed with the Trip.com platform. The Trip.com platform is really a backer we can rely on. The hotel boasts genuine mountains, water, and hot springs. However, the apartment is quite old, with outdated facilities and small rooms. The surrounding restaurants are mediocre, and the clientele is mostly elderly. The hot spring water, on the other hand, is very comfortable and can be used freely.
