"This location is absolutely perfect for a family trip with kids! The hotel itself features a pool and gym, and it's right next to a shopping mall. Inside the mall, a 'Star Motion Zone' entertainment center is more than enough to keep the children entertained from morning till night. A subway station is conveniently located just outside, and there are several massive bathhouses nearby. Although we didn't book a room with breakfast, there are tons of restaurants right by the hotel entrance, and we found a fantastic hand-pulled noodle shop right across the street where we ate until we were absolutely stuffed! Highly recommended! I didn't get a chance to photograph the room, but here's a picture from the play area instead."

"This stay was really beyond my expectations! The hotel is very conveniently located, with a subway station just outside, and close to attractions and shopping districts. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and I didn't want to get up once I lay down. The soundproofing was also good, and it was quiet and not noisy at all at night.
I want to praise the service the most. The front desk lady checked in super quickly and recommended nearby food. The breakfast in the morning was very rich, with both Chinese and Western styles, and the taste was also online. "Very good~ The hot springs in Benxi are very suitable for tourists who come from afar. The entrance is not big and it is easy to miss. The space inside is quite large. Outside the window on the third floor, you can see the woods in the back mountain. At night, you can turn off the lights and soak in the room and you can hear the woods. The rustling sound and the sound of water flowing downstairs. The breakfast is rich and quite good. If you are traveling with friends, it is recommended to choose a larger room or a tatami room for more convenience."

"The overall stay experience exceeded expectations! ! I didn't expect there to be such a great hotel in Benxi with such fine details. When I came here, it had just opened for trial operation. It was very new, but it had no smell. The deodorization was very good.
The overall hotel design is very stylish and tonal. The original wood style design is very comfortable. The glass corridor from the first floor to the second floor gives a great feeling of space.
The room recommends a large sunny bed with a private bath and the water is very good and hot. The water is filled quickly, the room is large, the bathroom scent is good, and the whole house is smart and modern.
It is worth mentioning that the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and treats every guest very polite and friendly. The manager who should be a short-haired man is very considerate in handling our room upgrade. Among the girls, we needed some cleaning tools, and we found help to deliver them.
I have stayed in many hotels in the Northeast on business trips, and I feel that the overall hotel quality is four-star or above. The Yiyi and Atour All Seasons are in the same echelon. I will come back to Benxi next time."

When checking in, the front desk potato (should be code name) not only quickly completed the housing procedures, but also asked about our itinerary, actively recommended local specialty restaurants and attractions that are still open in winter, and even more surprising, she noticed that we were taking the children, I prepared children's slippers and children's toothbrushes for the children, and also sent a small strawberry towel for the children. On the afternoon of the check-in day, The TV in our room appeared~ There was a sound and no picture and there was no toiletries in the room. After we called the front desk, a super beautiful little girl in the front desk arrived in our room and solved the problem quickly after hanging up the phone for 1 minute. The whole process has apologized many times, repeatedly said sorry, and then came up and sent a small fruit plate as compensation. When we checked in, this girl and the security uncle helped us carry the luggage from the car, and used the trolley to help us deliver the luggage to the room, and also reminded us to pay attention to the weather changes and wish us a pleasant stay. I have to say something special about the service. The front desk staff was very nice. After we checked in, one of them actually helped us take our things to the room. She then told me her last name was Meng and that she was my service butler. I could send her a WeChat message if I had any requests. I was really warmed at that moment. We chose a room with a private pool. There are many hot springs in the hotel, both indoors and outdoors. However, due to the cold weather, we did not go to the outdoor pool. The child loved playing in the indoor children's water play area. There was also a large swimming pool next to it. She also learned how to swim from her father. The breakfast was also very rich. The coffee made by the coffee machine is good ☕️ We ordered home-cooked dishes at the hotel restaurant for dinner. The children liked the roasted eggplant and Chinese cabbage meatballs very much. I feel very comfortable when I get up in the morning, open the balcony door and breathe in the fresh air. In short: this is a hotel that values privacy and quality, and we hope to keep this up. The locatition is a bit hard to reach. There is no nore bus to go there after 8:20. The city is very clean and beautiful. In generla a good place to go. And most importantly, it is really cheap.

QQimiaodedengtaThe purpose of this trip to Benxi was twofold: Firstly, to take my seventy-year-old parents back to Benxi Water Caves, revisiting a place from their vibrant youth and reliving those passionate memories. Secondly, it was to help my daughter de-stress before she transitions from primary to junior high, as she's about to step into the demanding arena of life.
**Reason for choosing this place:** We picked Guan Shan Lake Xikang Yunshe because its online photos were simply breathtaking – showcasing stunning scenery, lush greenery, magnificent views, and picturesque beauty that truly captivated me and made me want to experience it firsthand. (Honestly, with so many guesthouses and hotels sprouting up across Benxi like mushrooms after rain these past two years, to avoid decision paralysis, I simply picked the top-ranked one.)
**First Impression:** The mountains were in a languid slumber, while the clouds playfully sketched the outline of a castle. At three in the afternoon, the golden sunlight pierced through the clouds, bathing the grey castle in a glow that felt like a divine touch and special favor. (Though this description might seem a bit exaggerated, I believe even Eileen Chang would write it this way.)
Let me discuss the facilities, hygiene, environment, service, unique hot springs, and buffet breakfast all at once:
* **Facilities:** Among all hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, these are personally the most satisfactory and my favorite.
* **Hygiene:** There's still room for improvement. I admit I have exceptionally high standards for cleanliness; my husband, whose pocket money has been depleted by my pickiness, can attest to that.
* **Environment:** The advantages here are self-evident: blessed with unique green mountains, clear waters, and swirling mist. There's simply no room for me to find fault, and I suspect the people of Benxi wouldn't allow it anyway!
* **Service:** I deliberately tried to count the staff members I encountered: two doormen, four charming front desk staff, a villa driver, a room cleaning attendant, kitchen/delivery personnel, staff in the hot spring area, and dining areas... Oh, never mind, I confess my math isn't good enough to count them all. In short, every staff member I met was patient, caring, and dedicated. Their service was perfectly balanced, attentive without being overly enthusiastic. Yes, the hotel management behind the scenes certainly deserves a grand commendation.
* **Unique Hot Springs:** Both my mom and daughter had a wonderful time soaking. My daughter was thrilled because there was unlimited ice cream available, which she could openly and freely enjoy – something I don't usually permit at home. My mom, in turn, was happy seeing her daughter so joyful. Given that the ice cream was actually quite high-quality, I even broke my own rule and indulged in quite a bit. It wasn't just about taking advantage of something free; it was more about not wanting to be a hypocrite with one rule for them and another for me. There were also plenty of unlimited fruits and snacks, perfect for quenching thirst and cooling down.
* **Buffet Breakfast:** The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety. I prefer strong flavors in the morning and enjoyed a generous amount of boiled shrimp, baked beans in tomato sauce, Italian beef brisket, bacon, and homemade yogurt. For those who prefer lighter options, the traditional Chinese breakfast choices were truly dazzling.
**A Side Note:** At 4:27 AM, I leaned by the hot spring pool in my room. The water temperature was 37.2 degrees Celsius, exactly half a degree higher than my body temperature – just enough to help my tense nerves loosen their first button. True enjoyment, I realized, is found in places where even time seems to slow down. At that moment, I gazed at the mist still lingering over the distant mountains and fields outside my window, then slowly closed my eyes, drifting back into a soothing dream, only to be awakened by: ”Mom, Mom, Mom, is the hot spring water ready for me?!”
