This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as the 'Haidilao of hotels'! The service is exceptional. It was the only hotel during my Hexi Corridor trip that delivered my luggage to the room and explained all the room's features – a service I usually only expect from luxury hotels. The lobby is pet-friendly, with cats and dogs roaming around. My room had a humidifier and a foot spa, and the upgraded room even came with a treadmill! The breakfast was great; we left early every day, and breakfast was ready by 6:40 AM. From 9 PM to 11 PM, they also offer complimentary congee, cold dishes, and steamed buns. Each guest received a free bowl of delicious noodles during their stay. Ordering takeout to the hotel was also convenient. Although it's not a luxury hotel, the service left a lasting impression. No wonder so many families with children choose to stay here; we even saw a study tour group! I stayed here for 3 nights, and they were the best 3 nights of sleep I had on this Hexi Corridor trip. There are washing machines and drying racks on the 6th floor, and the room also had a place to hang clothes.

The hotel's location is excellent, and its facilities are comprehensive and thoughtfully designed. It even has a gym and a laundry room. The front desk staff were quiet but incredibly meticulous and helpful. They managed to switch our two rooms, which were originally on different floors, to the same floor, which was a great convenience for me as I was traveling with elderly family members and children. The sleep quality was excellent, the shower was comfortable, and the toothbrushes provided were good quality. The surrounding area is bustling with unique cultural and creative shops and特色餐饮 (specialty restaurants). It's also just a ten-minute walk to the Danghe River. Our room was right next to a luxurious bathroom that looked like it belonged in a multi-million dollar home.

It has been a very pleasant to stay. The location is excellent, 10 mins walk to Mingsha Shan and Crescent Spring, surrounded by food and costume stores with varieties. the staffs are very accommodating from the front desk to cleaning ladies. I am female solo traveller who cannot soeak Chinese. I feel safe and comfortable to stay at this hotel.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to the Northwest! It's relatively new, and they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a family room, which was incredibly spacious. It had a smart home system powered by Xiaodu, and the TCL Thunderbird TV was excellent, though I couldn't figure out where the set-top box was. The staff were all very polite and clearly well-trained, always greeting us. Parking right outside was also very convenient. Most importantly, the cleanliness, which is a big deal for me, was perfect. My only minor issue was when a housekeeper knocked and immediately opened the door to deliver something – it startled me! Luckily, I wasn't doing anything embarrassing, but it's something they might want to be a bit more mindful of. It's not a big deal though, so overall, I'm giving it 5 stars.

Fuguo was so new when we visited in April 2025 that it was still being constructed around us! The staff made great efforts to minimize disruption and noise, and the room was very clean since it was basically new! Special thanks to Xiao Tian and the others at the front desk for going above and beyond for helping us locate a lost item, including contacting the business and arranging a courier to retrieve the lost item. Breakfast was great, too, and the breakfast staff very accommodating! The only caveat (especially for Western guests un-used to the ubiquitous smoking habit in China): we had a wonderful time at Fuguo hotel partially because this was the only truly non-smoking facility we encountered during our trip to China. Because it was so new, the hotel did not have the smell of smoke in its general areas or within the non-smoking rooms. However, while leaving on our last day, we noticed that a large group of guests took up residence and immediately started smoking in the elevator and lobby. We recommend the hotel reinforces its non-smoking policy - as stated on the lobby signs - so that all guests can breathe comfortably.

Lovely place with central Asian vibe of Gobi desert in the room interior. Quite welcoming, generous and careful employees of Hotel. Breakfast in winter is served on tray without choice but seems you can have buffet at summer. Spacious newly build hotel with good ambiance.

There were a lot of people in the hotel lobby on the night of check-in. The front desk said that they had received a study tour group of 500 people, which delayed the check-in time. To express their apology, the front desk gave me some souvenirs and promised to take me to the night market in the evening. They were really sincere and I could see that the service awareness came from the heart and was not forced through training.

I chose this hotel for my trip, and the room was thoughtfully furnished. The twin beds were very spacious, and two adults could comfortably stay in one room. The bedding was clean, pure white, soft and gentle on the skin, and provided just the right amount of support. After a long day of business travel, I could fall asleep immediately. The upholstered headboard was a thoughtful touch, preventing discomfort when using my phone at night. The placement of power outlets and switches was also very convenient, making charging and controlling the lights easy. The hotel's attention to detail was evident; the throw pillows and bed runner were stylishly coordinated, not the generic hotel furnishings, but rather a comfortable and inviting touch. This stay was absolutely delightful! I was initially worried about the location being a bit out of the way, so I only booked one night. To my surprise, getting a taxi on the first night was super easy, so we extended our stay. While there aren't other guesthouses right around ours, we noticed a whole street full of guesthouses nearby, which seemed crowded and noisy. At night, lying in bed, you can hear the wind brushing against the walls, but it's not loud; it actually feels like being in harmony with nature. My husband and I also went gold panning – if you find gold coins, you can exchange them for prizes.
