憑着四星級去入住的，這麼大的賓館辦理櫃枱衹有一個看上去假惺惺的一個女服務人員，我訂的樓是4號樓，她説4號樓衹有一間了，去看了一下房間離大堂最近並且是陰暗的一樓，不得已我們同意換到3號樓的三樓。但3號樓很老舊，有剛裝修的痕跡，四樓用廁所放水三樓能聽到怪嚎聲，害得我整個晚上驚悚睡不好覺。心裏感覺最不舒服的是，我路過一樓的時候這個女服務員正好在接電話，説：“我房間給你留好了”，所以聽得出來，她把好的房間留着給來電的人的，不是給我們先到的顧客。這麼落後的地方，一個晚上的小標間340元，我覺得已經夠貴的了，所以希望能對各個顧客有公平的待遇，衹有這樓，這個城市才能文明地發展。
