The room was clean and tidy, and they have a smart robot that delivers takeout. The hotel itself is very new and high-tech, and it even has a washer-dryer combo, which is a great touch. The breakfast was delicious, especially the noodles, though they could be a bit chewier – something to improve on. Everything else was really good. The service was excellent; they were very prompt in providing extra blankets and hangers. I would definitely come back."

No. 1 of Scenic Hotels in Golmud"This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment."

"What started as a simple stopover on our trip turned out to be unexpectedly wonderful. The lobby immediately impressed us with its spaciousness and brightness, and the front desk staff were warm and incredibly attentive. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress was so comfortable we got a truly restful sleep. A delightful surprise was finding both air conditioning and a humidifier, which was an incredibly thoughtful touch! One of the staff members even went above and beyond by helping us with our laundry, showing incredible thoughtfulness! The breakfast spread was also fantastic, offering a comprehensive selection including snacks, main dishes, cold and hot options, plus soy milk and milk – truly something for everyone. Highly, highly recommend! It truly stands out as one of the best memories from our entire trip."

Once the door is closed, it feels like I have my own private sanctuary. I couldn't hear any footsteps in the hallway or the elevator operating outside, so I slept incredibly soundly all night and woke up feeling refreshed and energetic the next day. Even more heartwarming was the hotel's proactive care. Before I even left, I received a warm reminder from the concierge, not only providing the hotel's exact location and nearby parking tips but also thoughtfully asking about my check-in preferences. When I arrived, the room's temperature had already been adjusted to my liking, and there was a welcome drink on the table. These little details really touched me. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Golmud!"

"There's a parking lot in the backyard, making parking convenient. The room's soundproofing was good, and even with the many guests staying, it wasn't noisy. The housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. She even gave me an extra bottle of water and opened the door for me. There are several car washes near the hotel, making it convenient to wash your car after returning from National Highway 109."

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city center, super close to shopping malls and restaurants, no need to worry about transportation at all. The room was decorated with a cartoon theme, with cartoon characters on the sheets and blankets. Our child immediately grabbed a cartoon pillow and wouldn't let go, making it super easy to keep them occupied.
The room was also very spacious; our child could run and jump around without feeling cramped. The best part was the view from the window; sitting by the window, we could overlook the bustling city center."

"The room is very clean and the heating is sufficient. You can wear a down jacket outside and a short-sleeved shirt in the room. The washed clothes will be dry the next day. I have a weakened immune system and I got rashes on my legs after staying in other hotels a few times before, but not in this hotel. The location is also very good, just opposite the train station"
