"The room was incredibly spacious. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even offered to help with my luggage. The room was clean and tidy, and they have a smart robot that delivers takeout. The hotel itself is very new and high-tech, and it even has a washer-dryer combo, which is a great touch. The breakfast was delicious, especially the noodles, though they could be a bit chewier – something to improve on. Everything else was really good. The service was excellent; they were very prompt in providing extra blankets and hangers. I would definitely come back."

"This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment."

"What started as a simple stopover on our trip turned out to be unexpectedly wonderful. The lobby immediately impressed us with its spaciousness and brightness, and the front desk staff were warm and incredibly attentive. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress was so comfortable we got a truly restful sleep. A delightful surprise was finding both air conditioning and a humidifier, which was an incredibly thoughtful touch! One of the staff members even went above and beyond by helping us with our laundry, showing incredible thoughtfulness! The breakfast spread was also fantastic, offering a comprehensive selection including snacks, main dishes, cold and hot options, plus soy milk and milk – truly something for everyone. Highly, highly recommend! It truly stands out as one of the best memories from our entire trip."

"We were transiting in Golmud. The hotel we booked at first was not very good, so we changed to Hilton. We just looked at the reviews and decided. We thought there would be no star-level hotels in Haixi Prefecture, but the Hilton in Golmud exceeded my expectations. The lobby reception breakfast and guest rooms are all five-star standards, with full marks for details. It is also one of the few hotels with air conditioning. Takeout can be delivered to the door. There is free parking in the underground garage. The breakfast is great. The front desk lady is also very beautiful. The bathroom sanitary ware is also high-standard Duravit and Grohe. The water flow is large and the water pressure is stable, the hot water is sufficient, and there is no sewer smell. The bedding is also very good, the usual King Koil series is comfortable and easy to sleep, which relieves the fatigue of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop. I will stay here again if I have the chance. Beautiful Haixi Prefecture, perfect Hilton."

This sense of balance makes many people feel comfortable."

"The hotel room was clean and spacious. It had a humidifier and was given a complimentary bottle of Qinghai-style yogurt, which tasted great. There are car washes across from and next to the hotel, perfect for washing your car after returning from National Highway 109. The breakfast shop recommended by the front desk was also next to the hotel and tasted great."

"Our family went on a trip. The facilities were quite new and clean, the living environment was good, the laundry facilities were also very good, and the breakfast tasted okay. However, breakfast was not included in my booking, so I had to buy it separately."

"The room is very clean and the heating is sufficient. You can wear a down jacket outside and a short-sleeved shirt in the room. The washed clothes will be dry the next day. I have a weakened immune system and I got rashes on my legs after staying in other hotels a few times before, but not in this hotel. The location is also very good, just opposite the train station"

"As a frequent business traveler, this hotel experience was absolutely fantastic! First of all, the location is amazing, very close to the train station, just a few minutes by taxi, saving a lot of time. Check-in was incredibly fast, with minimal waiting time. The front desk staff were professional and polite, proactively introducing the hotel's facilities and services. The room layout was very practical, and the high-speed Wi-Fi remained consistent throughout, making file transfers and video conferences incredibly smooth. The soundproofing was also superb; with the door closed, I couldn't hear a thing in the hallway, allowing for a quiet night's rest. The hygiene standards were exceptionally high; the sheets and duvet covers were all freshly changed, and the toiletries in the bathroom were all brand-name, giving me peace of mind. The hotel's self-service laundry room and gym were also very useful; I could wash my clothes promptly after a few days of business travel, and even squeeze in a workout in the morning. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was nutritionally balanced, leaving me feeling refreshed and ready for work. Check-out was quick and easy; the staff proactively inquired about my stay, which was very thoughtful. This hotel will definitely be my first choice for future business trips to this city!"
