I contacted the front desk, and they said I operated it incorrectly. How can improper operation cause clothes to smell bad? I booked this because of its high 4.8 rating on Ctrip, but I was extremely disappointed. Anyone who books this will regret it."

"A good basic room, comfy and much bigger than we expected. The beds are a bit hard but extra pillows are available. The staff are friendly and helped us contact a driver. *Worth noting that if you are a foriegner then many of the attractions and scenic areas outside Golmud are off-limits.* Breakfast was OK! (there is a good coffee shop in town called Wuli Coffee)."

"I booked a Mercure Hotel during the Northwest Loop, but I was disappointed. First, the bathroom facilities. Golmud is at a high altitude, and I stayed at the Mercure hoping for good amenities. However, the showerhead wasn't properly controlled, running hot for five seconds and cold for five. After showering under these conditions, I had a complete cold and altitude sickness the next day. Secondly, there were black spots in the toilet that wouldn't go away, something I've never encountered in so many hotels. There were also hair and water stains on the floor from the previous guest. The overall environment and service were okay, but compared to Mercure hotels in other cities, I still feel there's a lot of room for improvement."

"I saw the American-style log cabin at Solitary Star Hotel recommended on Xiaohongshu and booked it with a bit of trepidation, but it didn't disappoint! Before I even arrived, a butler thoughtfully informed me of important details. Since the park is so large, the butler even personally guided us to our room when we couldn't find it. The room looked small, but it had everything we needed. The biggest fear when traveling at this time of year is getting cold in the middle of the night, but the underfloor heating in the room was a pleasant surprise. The hotel views are fantastic, making for great photos. It was a very satisfying stay."
