They even had complimentary bottled water, and there was also free purified water available in the lobby. There was a restaurant nearby, making dining very convenient; the food was delicious. Check-in was quick, parking was free, and it was great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone driving to Golmud!"

"Although our stay was short, this was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our Qinghai-Gansu trip. First, let's talk about the service. On the evening of July 7th, when we checked in, there was a dedicated security guard who helped guide us and park our car. Upon entering, the hotel staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to assist us with check-in. There were also staff members dedicated to helping us with our luggage and delivering it to our room. The next morning at breakfast, the chefs greeted every guest warmly, and the breakfast was delicious! Facilities: The entire room had oxygen supply and a humidifier. Highly recommended!"

"The room was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was super comfy, helping us get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was light and just right. We even overslept and came down at 9:40 AM, but the staff specially served us porridge, worried it might be difficult to get otherwise. On our check-out day, a staff member even helped us navigate out of the parking lot. This was by far the best service we encountered on our trip, highly recommended for families traveling with kids. Plus, the People's Hospital is right next door, and downstairs restaurants were still open past 11 PM, which was really convenient."

It's also incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in efficient and quick. They answered all my questions and even provided helpful local travel tips. The room was a delightful surprise – brand new and fully equipped. The modern and elegant decor, clean and inviting atmosphere, and soft bedding, along with excellent soundproofing (even with the dry conditions in Golmud, there was a humidifier!), showed attention to detail. 24-hour hot water, a mini-fridge, and a sterilizer were all provided, making my stay very reassuring. Both the facilities and service were impeccable; highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Golmud!"
