GGuest UserMy recent stay truly surpassed all my expectations, particularly regarding the hotel's service, which was simply flawless! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff's warm smiles and enthusiasm made us feel incredibly welcome. As soon as our car pulled up to the hotel entrance, staff were immediately there to assist with our luggage and personally escort it to our room. They not only provided a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities but also proactively inquired about our needs, which was incredibly thoughtful! What moved me most was the exceptional care and attention given by the staff when my child wasn't feeling well due to altitude sickness. In short, the hotel's service team truly embodies the 'customer first' philosophy, making our entire stay feel warm and full of delightful surprises. If I ever return to this city, I would definitely choose to stay here again without a second thought! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who prioritizes service quality!

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located close to Golmud Station; a short taxi ride got us there right after we arrived. Our room was very clean and had air conditioning. Breakfast was also quite good, and we felt it offered excellent value for money. We arrived early in the morning before our room was ready, but the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and even gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The Charhan Salt Lake, which we visited from Golmud, was absolutely breathtaking.

The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, showing the hotel's attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip! All facilities were in perfect working order, and the night was very quiet; I had a good night's sleep. This was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

From the front desk to room service, every employee can respond quickly to guests' needs and provide meticulous and thoughtful service. Especially the dishes in the hotel restaurant are rich and varied in flavor and of high quality.

The hotel is new and very clean, with no odors. The owner is incredibly kind!
We were given a free room upgrade.

The room facilities are complete and equipped with sufficient hot and cold water. The wireless WiFi connection is smooth and fast. The parking lot is spacious and there are sufficient parking spaces. The two elevators are fast and quiet, the breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk service is warm and fast, making you feel at home, the room service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and the details are in place. Free tea, book bar, and freshly ground coffee are provided at the front desk. Ear-mounted coffee ☕, high quality of guests, quiet night’s rest, all in all, this is a very cost-effective hotel 👏

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean, and the location was great, right across from the train station. It's a popular hotel for day trips. Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. The only slight drawback was that the sliding door to the bathroom in our room was broken, so we couldn't close it while showering. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

The room smelled strongly of smoke; the pillows, blankets, and towels were all covered. Other than that, there were no other problems.
