My two-night stay here was just okay. The facilities were decent, but the cleanliness was subpar. On the very first night, I noticed the sink was draining extremely slowly. Inside the basin, there was a toothpaste cap and a piece of cardboard left by the previous guest, which probably caused the blockage because housekeeping hadn't cleaned it properly. When I showered on the first night, even with the faucet turned to the hottest setting, the water temperature was still very low. I ended up having to take a cold shower. I requested room cleaning on the second day, but housekeeping only tidied up the area outside the bathroom. The trash I'd put in the bathroom after my shower was completely untouched. Later, the hotel sent a maintenance technician to adjust the water heater. It turned out the temperature setting was too low. After it was adjusted, the hot water finally returned to normal. What was quite surprising was that the maintenance technician, not housekeeping, actually took the initiative to remove the trash from the bathroom while he was there.

Facilities: Excellent! The room was fully equipped, with air conditioning and a humidifier. Cleanliness: Good, clean and hygienic. Environment: Very close to the pedestrian street (5-minute walk), great location! Service: The front desk staff and other staff were very friendly! Airport shuttle service: Punctual and convenient, excellent! The lamb skewers downstairs were also delicious and reasonably priced. A small suggestion: the oxygen device in the room makes a ”popping” sound when it starts and stops at night, which slightly affects sleep. It would be helpful to turn it down a bit to prevent it from stopping. Overall, an excellent experience, definitely worth checking out! 👍

Choosing this hotel was the best decision I made on this trip! The hotel's decoration style is unique and full of fashion. The facilities in the room are very advanced, including smart toilets, smart curtains, etc., which made me feel the convenience brought by technology. The hotel’s breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties, which really satisfy my appetite. The staff's service is also very considerate, taking care of every guest's needs in every possible way. All in all, this is an excellent hotel in all aspects and is worth recommending!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The front desk staff, especially Xiao Yang, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and fresh with no unpleasant odors, and the bathroom was immaculate, even in the corners.

Too new, the new washing machine is the first time I use 🤣 The hotel decoration style is very good, very clean, the price is simply too beautiful! But far from the city, there are no shops around, and the hot pot restaurant downstairs has not opened yet, resulting in no food to eat in the morning. The front desk sister is super interesting, the service is very good, and very warm. If you stay for a few more days, I will always choose this hotel!

This hotel is well-equipped and perfect for a motorcycle trip. The owner is incredibly welcoming! It has a huge parking lot, and the rooms have an oxygen supply system, hot water, and heating – it got so warm in the middle of the night I had to take off my shirt! I couldn't continue my journey due to altitude sickness, and the owner helped me with so many things, from bringing me water to helping arrange transport for my motorcycle. I'm truly grateful 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I heard the road will be fixed by the end of the year, so I'll bring my family to experience the beauty of the Qinghai-Tibet line then.

This time I stayed at this hotel for the exam, the experience was great! The location of the hotel is particularly good, very close to the test center, within walking distance, saving the traffic trouble, so that I can focus more on the exam. The room was quiet and tidy, the sound insulation was very good, and the rest was very practical at night, and there was no external interference at all. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning temperature was suitable, which made me fully relaxed before the exam. The staff service is also very intimate, knowing that I am coming to the exam, specially reminded me of the breakfast time and arranged a wake-up service for me, very warm heart. The breakfast is rich in variety and the nutrition is reasonable, providing sufficient energy for the exam. In short, this hotel provides great convenience for my exam, highly recommended to other candidates, I will definitely choose here next time I have the opportunity!
