CchinawfanThe recent experience of staying at this hotel was perfect! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the enthusiastic and professional staff gave me a caring reception. The front desk Xiao Tu quickly checked in and patiently introduced the surrounding attractions and food. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I had a good night's sleep; smart devices were available, and the lighting and air conditioning could be easily adjusted, and the quality was reflected in the details. The breakfast was full of surprises, with rich and varied Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste was amazing. The location is also very good, and travel is convenient. Whether it is service, environment or facilities, it is impeccable. I highly recommend it to everyone and will choose here next time!

SSongzhongjiMy stay at Lushan Lotus Terrace Garden Resort was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is nestled on the mountain, offering a serene environment and fresh air, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway.
The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The complimentary parking and luggage storage services were a thoughtful touch.
It's especially perfect for anyone looking to unwind and relax in Lushan. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and tidy, with complete facilities, a large bathtub, and very newly decorated. It has a mountain view room. The heating in the room is also sufficient. Even when it snows heavily, the room is not cold at all. Fruits are given in each room, and the oranges are very sweet. The breakfast is also very delicious. The service attitude is super good. The front desk upgraded the room for free. Because it is not very convenient for us to bring our baby, they also delayed our check-out. When we left, they also gave us a thermos cup and souvenirs.
Facilities: very complete
Hygiene: clean and tidy
Environment: mountain view room, with a stream next to it

GGuest UserThe service of this hotel is way beyond excellent! Had us added their hotel communication through wechat immediately after booking, walked us through the steps and any questions that we have about the travel in lushan even non hotel related questions. Had a hotel driver that picked/dropped us from the cabal car station from/to hotel. Even guided us back to hotel when we ventured out in town at night and couldn't figure out which bus to take to get back :) The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is not in middle of town so was quiet and tranquil and hear the bird ”singing” in the morning and the night wind howling at night when we kept the window open. It is also walking distance away from the bus station for both the west and east line of the scenery right. Will definitely book them again when coming back to lushan in the future.

GGuest UserThis hotel truly made our Lushan trip wonderful. Before deciding to visit Lushan, I was completely overwhelmed by the sheer number of hotel options on Ctrip. I only booked this hotel the day before our arrival (mainly due to potential changes in our travel plans), but upon getting here, we immediately knew we had made the perfect choice!
1️⃣ **Location:** Just a short walk up a small slope from the hotel leads directly to Guling Street, making dining and getting around incredibly convenient. It offers the perfect balance of being central yet peacefully tucked away.
2️⃣ **Service:** Every single staff member we met over the past two days was absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly patient and gentle when answering our questions. They even provided us with paper maps and suggested itineraries for exploring the area. On our first afternoon, we got caught in a heavy downpour; we contacted the hotel, and they were incredibly responsive, even sending someone to pick us up from the cable car station, which was super convenient.
3️⃣ **Ambiance & Facilities:** The hotel boasts a very modern decor and is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, and the provision of disposable towels was a thoughtful and convenient touch. Traveling with both seniors and children, we all felt very comfortable and at ease. The breakfast was also quite good.

VVictoria93We had a great stay here! All the personnel was nice and attentive, we were registered pretty easily. The hotel offers a pick up service , which is quite convenient.
We had a room with a skylight and a balcony, which was the best. In the morning and in the evening you can sit at the balcony and enjoy a nice view. The room is clean and the towels are changed every day. They serve Chinese style breakfast from 7 to 9, see the picture attached. Since we don't know much about local transportation, they gave us a ride to the local transportation hub where we could hop on a sightseeing bus. Once you get back from your trip in the evening, you can have a nice stroll from a busy Guling street area, it's down the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes to get back to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a real mountain view from their hotel room☺️

GGuest UserHotel is at the outskirts but near famous Donglin Temple, walking distance about 5-8 minutes. Ideally, suitable for believers who spend more time in the temple. Big Buddha is at another spot quite a distance away but reachable by Didi. Hotel and rooms with balcony are elegantly decorated exclusively Zen tastes, settings. It is surrounded by trees, green hills and unpolluted fresh air. A pleasant feeling, feeling peaceful in the compound. There is a small stream opposite the hotel with soothing sound flowing down stream. Tasty morning and evening Chinese vegetarian are served, 58 Rmb for evening buffet. Opposite the main Donglin Temple, there are waiting taxis, restaurants, convenience shops. Not much night activities after 8 pm, perhaps night activities are in the city and railway stations. A good place to quiet the mind and distractions.

Every staff member was incredibly attentive, responsible, and enthusiastic (special mention to Xiao Ye – beautiful, sweet-voiced, and with amazing service ❤️); the hotel contacted us in advance to inform us of the route to the mountain, and there's a shuttle to nearby stops. They also provided welcome fruit and a small gift upon check-in and check-out. They even upgraded our room for free! It's about a 15-minute walk from the main street of Guling Town, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. Located by Ruqin Lake, it's very quiet and peaceful.

Fflyz.This was my first time staying at a B&B in Shanji, and I was very satisfied overall. 🥰 Regarding the service: The owner personally picked me up and dropped me off, helped with my luggage, and during my stay, I encountered the staff, the owner, and his wife downstairs. They all greeted me warmly. They even offered me a sample of local tea cakes. I also tried pottery, and the teacher was very gentle and attentive. Although the finished product wasn't very pretty, the experience was wonderful! There was also a cute snow-walking puppy at the B&B. Since I wasn't familiar with the area, the owner was very attentive and explained it to me. Cleanliness was also very good, with staff cleaning regularly. The breakfast was also delicious. When they saw I hadn't eaten at noon, they enthusiastically invited me to join them.
Regarding the environment: The B&B is beautiful overall, and the scenery behind the mountain is spectacular.
Facilities: Overall, good.
If you're planning a trip to Lushan and want to consider a B&B, consider this.

JJerinaCStayed here in end Oct. While reception was friendly, everything else did not meet expectations and match the price. Bed was hard and pillows were flat, thus uncomfortable for sleep. Breakfast spread was limited, taste was bad and food was cold except for hard boiled eggs and soup noodles - totally not befitting a hotel of this scale. We only used the bath tub in the room (water from hot spring too) instead of using the hotel hot spring facilities because we saw paper cups littered around some of the pools and questioned the cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities. You can ask reception for a disposable tub cover. It was also difficult to get a private hire vehicle at this hotel and we had to pay a higher price to get one. Overall poor value for the price we paid.
