"This hotel is pretty good. They offer shuttle services to and from the cable car station and the mountain-top station. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The location is also excellent, right next to the Lushan Love Cinema, and very close to both the scenic bus transfer center and the Meilu Villa. Being in Guling Town, it's convenient for dining and sightseeing, yet it avoids the noise of the central street, making it a quiet retreat. Overall, the standards are met. The only minor drawback is that the room is a bit small, likely due to the building's layout, but it didn't affect our stay. It offers great value for money."

This time I brought 8 people to Lushan Xihai for a business trip and team building, and I included a few rooms with no evil thoughts. The experience was great! The environment of the homestay has nothing to say. On a cloudy day, I watched the clouds and mist, and on a sunny day, I watched the blue sky and white clouds and the lake view pool. Everyone took a lot of photos after work. The meeting room on the first floor is especially suitable for us to have a small meeting and chat about projects at night. The atmosphere is very quiet and not noisy. The butler service is very professional, the meeting room and dining are very smooth, and the authentic Xihai fish recommended for dinner are very satisfied. The room hardware is excellent, and the work efficiency is high the next day. Whether it is a business reception or a team relaxation, it is very suitable here, next time I bring my family to let it go!

Guest UserWe chose Heyuan by chance and planned to stay for only one night, but we encountered many surprises and ended up staying for three consecutive days. The owner was warm and thoughtful. He not only helped my family take a lot of high-quality photos, but also provided a lot of convenience. The food was superb, hygienic and delicious, so that we unanimously decided to return to Heyuan for dinner for all three days. The courtyard is not big, the grass and trees are lush, and there are not many rooms, but you can see the care everywhere. I will come again in a different season next time.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the Lushan Anti-Japanese War Museum and the former site of the Lushan Conference, and not far from villas like Meilu. The hotel itself is a protected historical building, nestled against the mountains, surrounded by ancient trees, offering a beautiful environment. I particularly loved its historical charm and Republic of China-era decor. Facilities are comprehensive, and there's a dedicated elevator on the left side when facing the hotel. There's also a convenient parking lot right in front. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable and clean bedding. The staff were enthusiastic and polite. The front desk staff patiently answered all our questions about visiting Lushan, providing practical and effective suggestions that saved us time and helped us manage our energy for climbing. We are very grateful.

I gave it a slightly higher score because of the service, but the hygiene was still not very good... see the pictures for details. My hands were incredibly itchy after sleeping there. The soundproofing was also poor. I was told it would be quieter since it wasn't near the road, but it's actually right next to the tracks, so I was constantly disturbed by the high-speed trains and regular trains.

We had a great stay here! All the personnel was nice and attentive, we were registered pretty easily. The hotel offers a pick up service , which is quite convenient.
We had a room with a skylight and a balcony, which was the best. In the morning and in the evening you can sit at the balcony and enjoy a nice view. The room is clean and the towels are changed every day. They serve Chinese style breakfast from 7 to 9, see the picture attached. Since we don't know much about local transportation, they gave us a ride to the local transportation hub where we could hop on a sightseeing bus. Once you get back from your trip in the evening, you can have a nice stroll from a busy Guling street area, it's down the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes to get back to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a real mountain view from their hotel room☺️

Wangmoumou521We brought our child to Lushan and were attracted by the environment. The accommodation was also very nice and comfortable. It was very close to Meilu Hotel and the bus stop. The service was excellent. They could pick us up from the bus stop and take us back to the hotel. We left our luggage at the hotel the next day and they even delivered it to the transfer point in the afternoon. They were very thoughtful.

The scenery around the hotel is very good!
The hotel room facilities are newer. We stayed in Building 2. There was no waiter in this building. Only Building 1 had waiters. If Building 1 was short of staff and wanted to get something, we had to go there and get it ourselves. Fortunately, Building 2 is not far away. There are not enough staff for breakfast, only one person serves. I don’t know if it’s because there’s not enough staff during the Chinese New Year, or if it’s normal.
Breakfast is a buffet, but the quality is average.
The room was not cleaned carefully and the garbage in the drawer of the TV cabinet was not cleared. Probably the waiters usually don't open drawers and cabinets to clean.
The pick-up and drop-off service is good, and the driver is very considerate of the guests.
