Lushan Cableway Station Pick-up and Drop-off Service: They picked us up directly from the cableway station. Even though it was raining, the owner was waiting for us with an umbrella. They also helped us with our luggage to our room. The complimentary tea cakes were delicious, and there were coffee, tea, and snacks available in the lobby. They even helped us plan our itinerary to better suit our Lushan trip. The room was also very suitable for families with children; it was large and spacious. It gets cold on the mountain, but the electric blankets and heaters made things much more comfortable.

The hotel is very convenient in the Lushan Scenic Area, and the heating is also very powerful. There is a cafe downstairs, and the photos are also very good.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and provided a Lushan map, explaining the sightseeing routes and shuttle bus times. She even gave us tea cakes when we checked out. The inn also offers a pick-up and drop-off service, which was really convenient for getting around.

The proprietress is very nice and enthusiastic. If you have a bad sleep, you can call in advance to ask what room type you choose. I don’t mind being on the side of the road, because it is convenient to travel close to the Donglin Buddha in the past few minutes. I will stay at this store next time.

The room was okay, but the toiletries were terrible. For almost 900 yuan a night, there wasn't a single towel to be seen, and the bath towels were just disposable paper ones. For a family room, there was only one comb. If three people wanted to shower, each had to wait at least 20 minutes, which, to be fair, the front desk did tell us beforehand. On our first day, we checked in at 6 PM. We tried to negotiate for a late check-out until 2 PM the next day, hoping our child could nap after lunch. There was no room for discussion whatsoever. When I tried to push a little more, an older staff member said, ”There's no such thing in all of China.” I was speechless; the hotel I stayed at the day before and the one I'm staying at the day after both offered free late check-out until 2 PM!

The first time I stayed at this hotel, the overall experience was very good, the boss was very good, the location was very quiet, the room was very clean, the only drawback was that the sound insulation was not very good.

First of all, in a county with no advantages in financial, economic, education, tourism and transportation areas, I personally feel that this price is a bit inflated. Secondly, the price is higher. The expression management at the front desk on the night of the stay is really not good. There is no expression on the face, and there is no welcome sign. The front desk looks like a teenager. When I checked out today, I had been waiting for the little girl to say ”Sir, your check-out has been processed, welcome to visit next time” and such things. As a result, I waited for a loneliness, and I asked if it was done, and she said it was OK. Don't say a word when it's done. Not dumb, it is completely two concepts with the hotel in the tourist city outside.

The location is quiet, 10 minutes walk to the central block. The villa platform can see Ruqin Lake and a good place to watch the sunset. The room is clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the first choice for parent-child vacation!
