The same housekeeper came several times that day to help clean up the stains left by the plumbing repairs. They were working very hard, and I don't understand why the company would directly blame the frontline staff. I hope management will seriously consider this complaint, as it appears to be a staff shortage. Everyone was busy with their own tasks and constantly interrupted by phone calls (front desk, housekeeping, and engineering staff all experienced this).
