One of the most bizarre hotels I've ever stayed in. Right after check-in, the front desk repeatedly told us that as foreign nationals, we could only stay one day, repeating this several times. After showering and picking up a towel, I noticed a strange smell. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was due to a leak under the sink. I contacted the front desk, and their phone was incredibly sticky. I spoke to them on speakerphone, and they immediately arranged for staff to come. Later, they offered to change our room, but only to a room at the far end of the east side. We were worried about the heat, so we declined. In short, my stay was extremely unpleasant. The next morning at 8 AM, they called and asked us to come downstairs to show our ID cards, probably because of a police requirement. I happened to run into a manager and told him about my poor experience. His conclusion was to blame housekeeping. I believe the problem stems from staff shortages. The same housekeeper came several times that day to help clean up the stains left by the plumbing repairs. They were working very hard, and I don't understand why the company would directly blame the frontline staff. I hope management will seriously consider this complaint, as it appears to be a staff shortage. Everyone was busy with their own tasks and constantly interrupted by phone calls (front desk, housekeeping, and engineering staff all experienced this). Frontline staff only have one life and two hands; how can they be expected to perform the work of three people? Please reflect on this. Thank you.

The river of Zhen'an is at the door, and you can walk around for several kilometers. The greenway on both sides of the river is both standardized and cultural. There are poems on the railings, and there are only pedestrians on the greenway, no bicycles or motorcycles. ”Come to An, go to An, small town An” is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people! A quiet and humanistic town. The underground parking lot is very large, and the hotel's dedicated parking lot is in the third underground, free! A comfortable Dragon Boat Festival trip!

There is a lounge in the lobby, a reading area on the second floor, a leisure tea bar on the third floor, and a photo service on the first floor. When booking, the front desk will also give a small gift 🎁 The room we booked enjoyed a free upgrade and late check-out. Hotel breakfast is good. There is free parking (three places), and the parking lot on the mountainside can directly enter the hotel lobby. The hotel also has a health rental service! In short, you will definitely get a great value living experience when you choose Juxiu Mountain Villa Hotel.

I took my children for a stroll around the hotel both morning and evening, which was truly enjoyable. Service: Both the front desk staff and the floor attendants were very welcoming. I'd definitely stay at Jinshan again if I had the chance. A 187ml bottle of Anseman red wine: We received two small bottles, which my husband and I finished that evening. It was slightly sweet and had a relatively smooth flavor. It was quite good. 👍🏻

In terms of the environment, the hotel is located on the southwest side of Shangnan Cultural Square, with convenient surrounding transportation and a garden-style design. The guest rooms are spacious and equipped with independent balconies. Some room types offer quiet garden or mountain views. When checking in, you can also walk through the corridor to experience the courtyard landscape. The overall atmosphere is elegant and comfortable. In addition, the hotel has complete facilities, including a spa, gym, tennis courts, etc. Free parking and Wi-Fi are also provided in public areas, which is suitable for self-driving tourists or business people to relax. However, the breakfast experience has been repeatedly criticized. Although the hotel advertises that it has a rich breakfast variety, actual guests reported that the dishes were monotonous and in short supply, especially during peak hours (such as after 8 o'clock) where there might be ”leftovers”. One guest even mentioned that ”there was not much left when we arrived at 8:40”. The breakfast content was evaluated as ”not refined enough”, which was inconsistent with the hotel's four-star positioning, and the buffet at 30 yuan per person was not cost-effective. In addition, there are problems with service details. For example, some guests believe that the attitude of the front desk staff is not professional enough and does not match the hotel's high-end image.

It is located in the Qinling Mountains, deep in the mountains, and has a full sense of nature. However, there will be more insects in the mountains at night, so people who are afraid of insects should prepare in advance. It’s okay for us, it can be considered as integrating into nature, haha. The room was basically clean and the air conditioning was good, but the wifi would occasionally disconnect at night for some reason. The decoration and surrounding environment of the homestay are very suitable for taking photos and gatherings. There are tables and pavilions in the middle of the courtyard. You can bring your own food. I saw some people bring hot pot and barbecue, which is very good! You can also watch the stars at night! I would also like to praise the housekeeper Xiao Xu, who replies to messages very quickly and has a good sense of service! I plan to stay here with my friends next time. It's great to be away from the city and close to nature.

The environment is clean, the linens are clean, but the bathroom water temperature is low. However, it's important to note that there is a construction site nearby, starting work at 8:00 AM, making one side of the twin room unsuitable for late risers. This booking includes a late check-out policy of 2:00 PM. I intended to take a nap after lunch, but someone rang the doorbell once around 1:00 PM and again just after 1:00 PM. Please respect this service and do not disturb guests before check-out time.
