該酒店是山陽縣檔次最高的酒店。硬件設施不錯，房間面積大，空調、熱水給力，前台兩位美女熱情服務給人感覺蠻親切。 但是，7月11日入住的頭一天上午，我發現洗手液壓頭不靈活，壓下去上不來難出液，加上衞生間被弄了一片水，於是就去找10樓當班的保潔員處理……保潔員讓我自己拿上她剛剛處理完一間客房衞生間的臟拖把去處理我們自己衞生間積水，我問她，確定拖把是乾淨嗎？人家理都不理端直走到另一間客房去，待我自己處理好了積水，準備還拖把時，人家走過來了，從口袋給我掏出了洗手液瓶子，順手便拿了拖把扭頭就走，問都不問一聲拖把用完了嗎…… 第二天早上7：40去吃早餐，在餐廳準備接一杯豆漿時，發現一個杯子都沒了，我便給身邊的服務員輕輕説了一句：喝豆漿的杯子沒有了…人家説，沒有就沒有了，去用紙杯子吧！我的天吶！這麼高規格的酒店竟然沒有配備足夠的豆漿杯，而是讓客人用紙杯去盛裝滾燙的豆漿？！其實，當我再次走到豆漿機旁邊時，就連紙杯子都沒有了😔我衹好拿了個咖啡杯打了點豆漿喝😂

先説位置，如果是奔着牛背樑、終南山寨去的，不建議訂這家，開車單程20分鐘山路，着實不太方便，如果衹是進山吸氧，環境還是不錯的，大山深處很安靜。再説性價比，普通週末普通房型800多，有幾個細節體驗不好：早起洗漱台近半小時不出熱水；浴室地上很臟，用花灑沖了很久還是沒沖乾淨，放棄洗澡；衞生間地漏反臭很嚴重；早餐離房間較遠，餐品很一般，種類少，唯一現做的麪居然用的是掛麪。。。好的方面就是環境確實不錯，服務也還可以。
