GGuest UserI found it by chance and I didn’t know what it looked like so I decided on it temporarily.
It was indeed a surprise to open the blind box. It is a B&B on the mountain in the scenic area. It is highly recommended, especially when traveling with children. There are many items suitable for children to play, and basically the B&B provides them as gifts. There is almost no need to purchase additional ones. The butler service is also very good throughout the process. She was very considerate and attentive. The other ladies who served her were also really nice. I will go there again with my kids in the future.

GGuest UserI really didn't expect a hotel in Shangnan to have this environment. The hotel facilities are quite complete. The bathroom has a care package with cotton pads. The quality of disposable slippers is also very good. The room is also equipped with a scale. The sanitation is also very clean. The only thing is that the match in the hotel is that others have not used it (the traces of use are obvious), and they also sent small snacks and mineral water before leaving. Overall ok!

I have been planting grass on the west slope for a while. It is located in the Qinling Mountains, deep in the mountains, and has a full sense of nature. However, there will be more insects in the mountains at night, so people who are afraid of insects should prepare in advance. It’s okay for us, it can be considered as integrating into nature, haha.
The room was basically clean and the air conditioning was good, but the wifi would occasionally disconnect at night for some reason.
The decoration and surrounding environment of the homestay are very suitable for taking photos and gatherings. There are tables and pavilions in the middle of the courtyard. You can bring your own food. I saw some people bring hot pot and barbecue, which is very good! You can also watch the stars at night!
I would also like to praise the housekeeper Xiao Xu, who replies to messages very quickly and has a good sense of service! I plan to stay here with my friends next time. It's great to be away from the city and close to nature.

GGuest User房間很滿意大小合適選擇了代早餐得套餐，感覺很不錯，畢竟在縣城裡麪的酒店環境很好，位置也很棒，裏面的早餐也很豐富，味道也很好，房間都是有窗户的，房間裏面還有泡腳的足浴包可根據遊客的時間來這一點，我們晚上22點左右到酒店，讓酒店幫忙送來也送了我覺得非常的好💤，值得酒店去學習，前台這邊還有漢服可供客人使用就很好，前台小姐姐也很漂亮，借用了他個人的夾頭髮夾板也給我們感覺就是很不錯，很nice很推薦！管家還給我們推薦啦一些好吃的店鋪，確實味道都很好畢竟在一個小縣城的酒店能做到這樣已經非常棒啦，酒店的各種福利待遇很棒值得酒店人去關注學習，商洛旅行很開心農風樸實的味道很強烈，安利！

AAnonymous UserThe disadvantage is that the attitude of the front desk is not good. They have a stern face and no smile. When my family asked a question, one pretended not to hear it, and the other said something in a bad mood for a long time. It was really speechless. Generally, the waiters and front desk staff are older, and the attitude may be related to age. Living on the fourth floor with a rooftop, when some guests were eating and drinking on the rooftop at around 11 o'clock in the evening, the children were shouting in the corridor. When the adults returned to the room after eating at 11 o'clock, they also talked and laughed loudly. They are a group of people with no quality. They think they are superior when they go out to travel, and they don't pay attention to their personal quality. The hotel's hygiene and environment are not bad. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is enough and has its own characteristics.

Check-in was quick and we were given a pass for free entry to vineyard and two small bottles of wine. An extra key card was also provided upon request. No deposit had to be made.
The receptionist didn’t seem to have a lot of experience in handling booking confirmations shown in English language, but they quickly found it in their system instead.
Rooms:
Quite spacious and with all the furniture. It had a sofa set, 4 chairs with side tables along with a working desk and chair as well. Bedroom had a king size bed and a side sofa as well. The living room had a small balcony which allows you to enjoy the view outside. The lights were automatic and all buttons were touch operated.
Air conditioner took some time and were not always able to reach the desired temperature. Luckily the weather was good.
Amenities:
The mini bar refrigerator seem to have been removed during our visit; but there was tea, coffee and two complementary water bottles, a big 5 liter jar of drinking water was also in the room which only costed 5 RMB. We didn’t try the gym but a walk around the pond was quite pleasant.
Bathroom:
The bathroom was big, fitted with a bathtub and good water pressure. Hot water was always available but not sure why it was yellow in color; should be fine for bathing I guess.
The shower only worked in one mode and drain seemed a bit broken. Shower gel bottle was only filled up to a quarter of its capacity but seemed enough as we didn’t have to ask for a refill. There was no shaving kit found among disposables but all other items were there.
Service:
The room service was great and the food that we ordered from hotel restaurant arrived within 20 minutes. They also cleaned the room when we went out in the morning and provided a fresh set of towels and other amenities. Reception always provided the directions but no one accompanied us to the room after check-in. They always had a smile on and helped us with all our queries.

GGuest UserI still like the style of this hotel very much. It is retro Tang style. The murals are beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable. The facilities and equipment are also very detailed. For example, the mosquito repellent liquid and the towels and bedding in the bathroom are very clean and white. The room is very comfortable in summer. It's great to have a refrigerator, which can keep drinks cold. The hotel's Internet speed is very good, and Xiaodu is also very fun, so you can chat. The overall feeling is very good, and it is worth recommending!

GGuest UserThe overall environment of Tianlu Hotel in Shangnan County has been widely praised, but the quality of breakfast has become an obvious shortcoming in the guests' experience. In terms of the environment, the hotel is located on the southwest side of Shangnan Cultural Square, with convenient surrounding transportation and a garden-style design. The guest rooms are spacious and equipped with independent balconies. Some room types offer quiet garden or mountain views. When checking in, you can also walk through the corridor to experience the courtyard landscape. The overall atmosphere is elegant and comfortable. In addition, the hotel has complete facilities, including a spa, gym, tennis courts, etc. Free parking and Wi-Fi are also provided in public areas, which is suitable for self-driving tourists or business people to relax.
However, the breakfast experience has been repeatedly criticized. Although the hotel advertises that it has a rich breakfast variety, actual guests reported that the dishes were monotonous and in short supply, especially during peak hours (such as after 8 o'clock) where there might be ”leftovers”. One guest even mentioned that ”there was not much left when we arrived at 8:40”. The breakfast content was evaluated as ”not refined enough”, which was inconsistent with the hotel's four-star positioning, and the buffet at 30 yuan per person was not cost-effective. In addition, there are problems with service details. For example, some guests believe that the attitude of the front desk staff is not professional enough and does not match the hotel's high-end image.
