One of the most bizarre hotels I've ever stayed in. Right after check-in, the front desk repeatedly told us that as foreign nationals, we could only stay one day, repeating this several times. After showering and picking up a towel, I noticed a strange smell. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was due to a leak under the sink. I contacted the front desk, and their phone was incredibly sticky. I spoke to them on speakerphone, and they immediately arranged for staff to come. Later, they offered to change our room, but only to a room at the far end of the east side. We were worried about the heat, so we declined. In short, my stay was extremely unpleasant. The next morning at 8 AM, they called and asked us to come downstairs to show our ID cards, probably because of a police requirement. I happened to run into a manager and told him about my poor experience. His conclusion was to blame housekeeping. I believe the problem stems from staff shortages. The same housekeeper came several times that day to help clean up the stains left by the plumbing repairs. They were working very hard, and I don't understand why the company would directly blame the frontline staff. I hope management will seriously consider this complaint, as it appears to be a staff shortage. Everyone was busy with their own tasks and constantly interrupted by phone calls (front desk, housekeeping, and engineering staff all experienced this). Frontline staff only have one life and two hands; how can they be expected to perform the work of three people? Please reflect on this. Thank you.

The environment and leisure walk are excellent! Shopping in the surrounding supermarkets is very convenient for eating! The front desk of the hotel is on the fourth floor. The two beautiful women at the front desk have professional and enthusiastic service. They quickly completed the check-in procedures. The room is on the 9th floor. The room is large, clean and hygienic, the central air-conditioning is comfortable, the hot water is large, and the breakfast is not much. But the home-cooked food is comfortable. After the check-in on the same day, take a walk along the riverside trail in the evening, the breeze is breezy, and the mood of the scenery is good! It is recommended to stay. The location is good, standing at the entrance of the hotel overlooking Zhen'an City, the hotel is located on the edge of Xiuping Park and has a beautiful environment. Hotel facilities are very good, small service is first class. There is a lounge in the lobby, a reading area on the second floor, a leisure tea bar on the third floor, and a photo service on the first floor. When booking, the front desk will also give a small gift 🎁 The room we booked enjoyed a free upgrade and late check-out. Hotel breakfast is good. There is free parking (three places), and the parking lot on the mountainside can directly enter the hotel lobby. The hotel also has a health rental service! In short, you will definitely get a great value living experience when you choose Juxiu Mountain Villa Hotel.

Our family trip departed from Xi'an at 3 PM for Jinsi Gorge. We wanted a nice place to stay the day before, so we stopped by Dihua Ancient Town. Since there were many B&Bs near Jinsi Gorge, and we were worried about mosquito bites with our children, we decided to stay at this Danfeng hotel. The moment we opened the door, our mood brightened. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get to various places. The hotel front desk staff are also very welcoming; any problems can generally be resolved by contacting them.

The overall environment of Tianlu Hotel in Shangnan County has been widely praised, but the quality of breakfast has become an obvious shortcoming in the guests' experience. In terms of the environment, the hotel is located on the southwest side of Shangnan Cultural Square, with convenient surrounding transportation and a garden-style design. The guest rooms are spacious and equipped with independent balconies. Some room types offer quiet garden or mountain views. When checking in, you can also walk through the corridor to experience the courtyard landscape. The overall atmosphere is elegant and comfortable. In addition, the hotel has complete facilities, including a spa, gym, tennis courts, etc. Free parking and Wi-Fi are also provided in public areas, which is suitable for self-driving tourists or business people to relax. However, the breakfast experience has been repeatedly criticized. Although the hotel advertises that it has a rich breakfast variety, actual guests reported that the dishes were monotonous and in short supply, especially during peak hours (such as after 8 o'clock) where there might be ”leftovers”. One guest even mentioned that ”there was not much left when we arrived at 8:40”. The breakfast content was evaluated as ”not refined enough”, which was inconsistent with the hotel's four-star positioning, and the buffet at 30 yuan per person was not cost-effective. In addition, there are problems with service details. For example, some guests believe that the attitude of the front desk staff is not professional enough and does not match the hotel's high-end image.

A very satisfying stay experience. Thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Xu for the thoughtful service throughout the whole process. I have been planting grass on the west slope for a while. It is located in the Qinling Mountains, deep in the mountains, and has a full sense of nature. However, there will be more insects in the mountains at night, so people who are afraid of insects should prepare in advance. It’s okay for us, it can be considered as integrating into nature, haha. The room was basically clean and the air conditioning was good, but the wifi would occasionally disconnect at night for some reason. The decoration and surrounding environment of the homestay are very suitable for taking photos and gatherings. There are tables and pavilions in the middle of the courtyard. You can bring your own food. I saw some people bring hot pot and barbecue, which is very good! You can also watch the stars at night! I would also like to praise the housekeeper Xiao Xu, who replies to messages very quickly and has a good sense of service! I plan to stay here with my friends next time. It's great to be away from the city and close to nature.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, as always, the price is high, the rooms are very good, the air conditioning is also very good in summer, every time I come to Shanyang relatives' house, I live here! The only thing I want to say this time is: breakfast time is too short! 7-9 point, has two hours, too short, and I went down to eat at 8:45, I feel that the waiter has already finished the cup and did not make up, so I ate some dry, breakfast can be optimized more perfect, but this price can not actually ask too much, I hope the breakfast time will be longer, and don't receive the meal in advance.

Came for the second time,now with a group. Good clean rooms,everything works. Big elevator, bike friendly. Location is convenient, many shops and restaurants nearby. Will come again for sure.
