GGuest UserThis time I stayed in Room 303 for the New Year. The room was spacious and comfortable. There were swings and slides in the room. Children had fun. Adults could relax and the balcony scenery was excellent! The proprietress of the hotel is also very caring, introducing a lot of food and scenic routes to us ～ The lobby also has a game room, coffee machine, small snacks, and delicious breakfast 😋 Overall it is highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThe shop has a first-class environment, invincible sunrise scenery and star night view. The owner's service is first-class, five-star hotel breakfast, and introduces Taitung to a good place.
However, it is recommended to call the owner before going to grasp the actual road section, which is easier to reach directly.
The store is beautifully furnished and plants are decorated, and many places to close.

DDavidTsai77The hotel offers parking, including EV charging. Its location is fantastic – just a short walk to Showtime Department Store and Weiguangji Market. Plus, it's less than a 2-minute stroll to the famous late-night eatery 'Dream Bowl Congee,' which is incredibly convenient! The room was very spacious. Both the bed's firmness and the bedding were excellent, and bidet toilets are a nice touch. Breakfast was also quite substantial. I'll definitely be back when I visit Taitung City again.

GGuest UserRoom rate $3545/The lady at the front desk who checked in that day had a grumpy face but no smile at all (this is our second stay, but there won't be a third time). It's acceptable to be told that there are no disposable amenities, but what's unacceptable is that after entering the room, I found that there were no disposable or reusable slippers, so I called the front desk to tell them. She said that she needed slippers and they were not cheap, 60-80 each, which is ridiculous. (The lady said it was because his slippers were thick). There are carpets inside. Do you want us to walk barefoot? The carpets don’t look very clean. Of course we have to wear our outdoor shoes to walk around in the room. It is very inconvenient, especially after taking a shower. We really need to report this to the owner. Since you are responding to the government’s activities, you also have to consider the actual internal conditions of your hotel and not cause any inconvenience to the guests!
I also suggest that there is a small afternoon tea room on the first floor which serves some powdered coffee drinks and simple and cheap biscuits. I think it can be removed

GGuest UserPros: The breakfast and late-night snack options are plentiful, with slight daily changes in the menu. There are many vegetable choices, and my favorite was the spicy duck blood, which exceeded my expectations. Water, drinks, biscuits, and hand sanitizer are always readily available in the lobby, which is very thoughtful. Room 703 on the 7th floor (double bed) was quite large and relatively quiet, probably because most of the other guests on the same floor were elderly and went to bed early, so there were no noisy children. The EVA slippers provided in the room were great; they're not made of fabric and can be worn while showering. The hotel provides parking spaces, which is convenient. Located near Tiehua Village, there are many restaurants to choose from, all within a 15-minute walk. The bathroom and bed are separated by a large glass partition, allowing you to watch TV while showering, which is quite unique.
Cons: A clump of hair was found on the toilet floor during check-in. The faucet base on the sink was moldy; I recommend using bleach to remove the mold regularly. There was no clothes rack in the room, only simple hooks, which is insufficient. The bathroom also lacked a clothes rack, with only a shelf in the shower area, making it difficult to dry clothes and towels.

EEstherI was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, with many restaurants and shops nearby, and transportation is also very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and proactive in helping with any questions, which was very caring. The breakfast was very varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the quality was excellent. Overall, it was a great value. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

AAnonymous UserA wonderfully located hotel that has the mountain view as there is no other tall buildings around it. Parking is convenient - just outside the hotel, hotel basement or an open-air parking area opposite the hotel.
Room is very spacious and two full sized luggage can be opened comfortably with ample walking space. The toilet is big as well. There is bread and coffee/tea/juice available 24 hour. Instant noodles vending machine is available too. There is no convenience store around the hotel.
Wide variety of food is available during breakfast - porridge with condiments, cooked food, toast, fruits, salad etc.
Totally enjoyed the view that the room has to offer!

GGuest UserI booked this hotel hoping to see the sunrise, but the room I was first shown to was on the second floor, covered by the neighboring building. I complained and was moved to a higher floor, but it was a room on the west side, so I asked again and got a room on the east side. I guess it's okay since they listened to my preference?

GGuest UserConvenient location to the train and bus stations. Car rental places are nearby. Route 8101A and Express A (ferry harbor) bus stop is not too far from the hotel if east coastal attractions and the Green Island are your destinations. 8101A departs once a day at 8:30 to major sightseeings along the coastal highway in a cruise ship style ride with 30 to 60 minute stay at each attraction and then returns to the departure stop in a close loop. Express A to the ferry harbor in 20 minute ride with a 30 minute bus interval.

莎莎哈拉Super cozy accommodation. We originally only booked a four-person room without specifying a parent-child room. The housekeeper saw that we had three children under the age of 7 and specially arranged a parent-child room for us. Thank you very much. It really helped us a lot.
The room also comes with snacks, mineral water and FIN. There is also instant heated filtered water in the common area on the first floor, and a water softener is specially installed for bathing.
Free bicycle rides are also provided.
It's a very thoughtful place to stay. I'll stay here again next time I have the chance.
The accompanying breakfast is also of a very high standard. Jusen's breakfast corn soup and French slices are really great.
