"At the beginning, you had to add a line to get check-in information. It is actually very simple and convenient. Now many B&Bs adopt this method, which I think is great.
The room is actually not big when you open the door, but it has all the necessary supplies, especially toothpaste, which is very easy to squeeze out. I am very happy about this. In the past, it was very difficult to squeeze out small toothpaste in hotels like this. The air conditioner is also turned on before check-in, so it is suitable for people outside. The tourists who spent the whole day in the sun were very friendly and will stay here again next time."

GGuest UserLocated quite close to the city center with convenient parking, and luggage storage is available before and after your stay!
The lobby provides a coffee machine, tea, water, snacks, a microwave, and a refrigerator!
On the day of check-in, the operator will contact you via their official Line account to provide the main door code and other important information. Check-in is self-service, so you'll generally not meet the operator. The room was very cozy and clean, but the hot water took a while to arrive. Overall, however, everything was fantastic! It's a great place to stay that I would definitely choose again next time I visit Taitung!

GGuest UserTop accommodation right by the dive site. Good value for money. The room was practical but had everything you needed. Very good service, with free water, tea, and coffee.
Also well-suited for divers, as there's an outdoor area for drying clothes and equipment.

The service staff is very good,
There's also its own parking lot,
And a delicious breakfast attached.
However, the order did not coincide with the actual room when checking in.
After confirmation, it was found that the room order issued by Trip.com to the store was wrong.
So after a little bit of time to make a confirmation,
The store only arrived at the original order room.
(Fortunately, the room was empty that night!)
It is recommended to book from other platforms later,
Don't take the city from Trip.com.

DDowlingMikeThis place is located minutes from the beach and minutes for the city so it’s a great location. The rooms are very clean and the access is safe and secure. There is free coffee and a microwave on the ground floor.
The only drawback (and it’s huge to a solo traveler booking forward legs of a journey) is that the WiFi is awful ! The connection is good on the ground floor but I was on the third floor and this proved very frustrating.
I was informed that the reception was “poor by the window of the room”. It was poor in every part of the room !
If they get this sorted it would be a full 5 star accommodation ….. it’s really a nice place (Room 301) …

CCAROLINEMoon villa is a good place to stay if you need to be near the train station. The rooms are clean and simple. The host was friendly and did her best to communicate with me in English. I did stand outside for 30 min waiting for someone to let me in, and had to get my Taiwanese friend to call to tell them I was there. The breakfast was good, if you are vegan there are less options available. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThe place simple but clean and had all the necessary equipment like a hair dryer, towels, shower gel and shampoo, a tv and more. A water boiler and coffee/tea could be taken from the common area, and there was also a water dispenser. The location is okay. The communication with the staff was easy via Line. One thing that could be improved though is an automatic cleaning service.

GGlenn ScarffeI highly recommend this hotel for all travellers, especially foreigners - note I was a self-drive so the location wasn't an issue. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a lovely young lady who came outside to show me my car space. Her equally-lovely colleague then assisted in checking me in and making me feel very welcome. I was given a map of the local area and some suggested eating spots. They also helped in charging my phone. The girls' spoke enough English to help me, and the breakfast at a nearby cafe was great. The room was exactly what I needed - a very clean room, comfortable bed, and nice warm shower. I am going to stay again next time I visit beautiful Taiwan.

RRetaThe Yuelu B&B has a very hipster feel.
We stayed in a double room on the third floor with a balcony.
The room was spacious, and I loved the decor! 💕
It's also very conveniently located near a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven.
I'd definitely stay there again next time I'm in Taitung!

GGuest UserFor the price I think it is a decent option. Air conditioning works and bed is fairly comfortable. No staff but check in process is fairly smooth, just FYI they will probably text you the password for the door so need to provide a phone number or contact them ahead of time. Location is about 20 minutes from the station and about 30-40 minutes walk from the famous ”brown road.” You can also borrow their bikes though I decided not to. The ”Tofu sheet' place is close by.
