We had a wonderful two day stay. There weren’t many guests around on the dates we stayed, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The hotel offered a shuttle golf buggy to the beach and nearby places which was a bonus. It rained heavily while we at the beach so staff picked us up in a car. I have already recommended the hotel to a friend! Staff: Friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast: Fresh and healthy, served in the outside coffee/bar summer house. Afternoon Tea: Tasty fruit, fresh juice, local biscuits. Hotel surroundings: The garden is planted thoughtfully and kept tidy. It was nice to have the open covered seating area to rest and read a book. The furniture is good quality and comfy. Swimming pool is a nice size and clean apart from some surface bugs. (it’s not easy to keep all flies/insects out off the pool in a hot place) Dog friendly hotel, the owner’s puppy was super cute! Room: Super view over the mountains. Large balcony. Furniture, towels, toiletries and bedding all high quality. Decor tasteful and modern. Everything felt reasonably new and in good repair. Surrounding area: Quiet village, plenty of places to eat or get coffee. Only cons: Coffee is not included as standard with the breakfast. When it rains the cushions on the balcony’s outside furniture oget wet so you can’t sit on them for some time. I personally didn’t like that you could see into the ground floor rooms from the outside seating and sunbathing areas.

Facilities: Extremely well-equipped. The bedding was super comfortable, and they had all the essential kids' amenities. Hygiene: Spotless. I walked barefoot upon check-in and didn't feel a single speck. The pool was cleaned and skimmed daily, and the water was crystal clear with no debris. Environment: Beautiful! There's a heart-shaped pool, and the overall decor has a lovely Southeast Asian vibe. Our room's balcony opened directly onto the pool canal, which was perfect for kids to play in. Service: Every staff member was incredibly patient. They kindly upgraded our room for free when they saw we had two babies. They actively helped with our luggage and even assisted with looking after our 6-month-old baby, which was incredibly thoughtful and warm. Overall, the food and drinks were all great and perfectly suited our tastes. While it's a bit far from local attractions, it's very quiet and comfortable. This hidden gem of a guesthouse was a pleasant surprise! The experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back!

The room is also clean and has a bathtub. Equipped with smart equipment, lights, curtains, air conditioning can be controlled by moving the mouth, lazy people are ecstatic on vacation! 🚗 Parking & Charging: Self-driving stalls close your eyes! Parking in the yard is convenient, and it is friendly to new energy vehicles, and guests charge 🆓! Indirectly save money. 🍳 Their family also serves breakfast, and they can eat hot meals when they get up. In the afternoon, there is afternoon tea ～ Eat and drink enough before going to Shimei Bay to step on the sand. This homestay is very close to Shimei Bay, although in the small road, but the environment is quiet! You can relax on vacation. The coconut at the intersection is also delicious (huge 6r). The hotel is less than 5 minutes' ride from the train station. There are shopping malls around it, which makes travel very convenient. The hotel service attitude is very good. The room is equipped with smart Xiaodu, which is very convenient and the children like it very much. The hotel's hygiene is to change after each guest, which makes me feel relieved. I will choose Hillyue Wanning Hotel next time!

The scenery is excellent. I can faintly see crabs climbing on the reef from the pool. I really want to go down and touch the crabs, but the front desk said that I can't go down. We arrived at the hotel after the reservation. We didn't know that there was a shuttle bus. It was very timely. The luggage could be delivered to each room. The front desk and the brother who sent the luggage were very enthusiastic. They also upgraded. I met the manager and sent us some snacks. , Clearly, it is not sold on time! Send directly! The hotel is at the innermost part of the island, quiet, and convenient for parking. If you drive, the hotel will reimburse the parking fee. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to the surfing beach and bar street. It is very convenient overall. It was off-season when I checked in, and the housekeeper also upgraded the room type. Just got back from Wanning, so I'm posting this review while it's fresh. First, the conclusion: if you care about your vacation experience and local sightseeing, I don't recommend coming here. Here's why: 1. **Location**: The hotel is on an island in Riyue Bay. After exiting the highway, you'll drive down a narrow beach road popular for surfing. This road is often lined with parked cars, and electric scooters weave through, making it very easy to get stuck in traffic when encountering oncoming vehicles. During peak tourist season, it becomes unbearable, making travel a huge problem. 2. **Lack of Activities**: Apart from the Sunac Chapel, there's basically nothing else to do on the island. There are no beaches suitable for swimming; the actual beaches are outside the island. 3. **Subpar Service**: The hotel's service isn't attentive or detailed enough. (1) The hotel is split into two buildings, A and B, with another building under renovation. When our taxi dropped us off at Building B, we were completely lost, not knowing where to check-in (a sign pointing to Building A would have been helpful here). (2) Buildings A and B are not connected. Guests staying in Building B have to go outdoors to get to Building A for breakfast. During the National Day holiday, we encountered a typhoon with heavy rain, and walking around with an umbrella at the hotel felt incredibly awkward and inconvenient. (3) During check-in, the front desk assigned us a room that was already occupied. A bewildered man suddenly appeared in the room, making the situation extremely awkward. After a long and tiring journey involving planes, high-speed trains, and taxis, encountering this made me very angry. Later, a manager-level staff member came to calm us down, offering a room upgrade and a fruit platter. Overall, the staff (e.g., breakfast staff playing on their phones) and the environment gave me the impression that the hotel isn't really committed to operating well; it felt more like a guesthouse in terms of quality. So, perhaps you should reconsider your room rates.

I stumbled upon this hotel while seeking shelter from the rain. The young lady at the front desk was exceptionally warm, attentive, and thoughtful. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the surroundings were elegant and quiet. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, all fresh and delicious. To the left of the hotel is the popular ”Malt” internet-famous photo spot, and directly in front is the beach where many people were surfing 🏄. There are plenty of local eateries nearby, and the streets come alive at night with a great bar atmosphere. Overall, my stay was very satisfying!

It was really a mistake to choose here. It was far from the seaside scenic spot and not close to the nearby town business district. I had to take a taxi when I went out. It was not very good. The swimming pool was not taken care of at all when I checked in. Later, I cleaned it and put the water at 9 o'clock in the evening. The interest was gone. The hot spring hotel does not know where there are hot springs. The room is quite big and the facilities are slightly old. 80% of the hotel is elderly. It is recommended that you must choose a seaside scenic spot or a business district in the town, otherwise it is really troublesome.

The finished product, made by hand, felt high-quality, and we could even take them home as souvenirs. Our child was completely engrossed throughout the process, not bored at all. During the day, we hung out by the pool. The kids' bubble pool was an absolute paradise for our child, while adults could relax in the main pool, surrounded by tropical greenery – it really felt like a vacation. The garden and hot spring area were even more delightful in the evening. With the lights on, it felt like stepping into a secret tropical haven. Lying on a lounge chair, enjoying the evening breeze, even the air smelled of pleasant plants and herbs, curing all the day's fatigue. From parent-child activities to relaxation experiences, everything was perfectly arranged, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. We'll definitely stay here again next time!
