GGuest UserThis stay experience really exceeded expectations! The hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient transportation and a wide range of food and shopping nearby. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the exquisite decoration and elegant fragrance. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and the check-in process was very smooth.
The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, lying down is like falling into a cloud, and you have a good night's sleep! The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are all high-end brands, with full marks for details. The sound insulation effect is very good and is completely free from external interference.
The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is great! The staff is friendly and responsive, which makes people feel very caring.
Overall, both the hardware facilities and the service quality are impeccable, the price-performance ratio is super high, and it is definitely worth recommending! I will definitely choose here next time I come! 🌟

MMxiThis stay was perfect! Pushing open the gate, you will see a pool of clear water sparkling among green plants, instantly dispelling your fatigue from the journey. From the moment the booking was successful, the butler started providing attentive service - calling in advance to discuss the itinerary, planning the tour route based on my preferences, and welcoming me with a fresh fruit plate and exquisite snacks on the day of check-in. Every detail was thoughtful. Every night when I return to the room, warm night tea is already prepared, which dispels the cold and makes me feel warm.
During the three consecutive nights of stay, the housekeeper always provided meticulous service: proactively asking about needs, solving problems in a timely manner, and being patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Every staff member of the hotel is warm and polite, and their professionalism is commendable. Breakfast is a big surprise, with a wide variety of local specialties, from fresh and fragrant handmade cakes to stomach-warming hot porridge, every bite is full of the flavor of life. When traveling, the butler also provides thoughtful pick-up and drop-off services, making your trip worry-free and safe.
The room is impeccable, with neat beds, spotless facilities and soft lighting, creating a warm and comfortable living atmosphere. Whether you are here to relax on vacation or to travel around, this is a great choice and is highly recommended to everyone who pursues quality accommodation!

SShuizhijianfeiEvery time I go to Xinglong, I basically stay at Zhongao Hotel. The greenery and ecology of the community are great, and it has a Southeast Asian style. Each small villa also has a swimming pool, which is perfect. The nearby attractions are very close to each other if you drive a car. I mention this Let's experience it. The hygiene is pretty good and the furniture is well maintained. Although it feels a little nostalgic. The only bad thing is that the bathroom equipment is particularly showery. The water in the showerhead is small and it is difficult to take a bath because it is blocked. In addition, the swimming pool garden is recommended. Do some mosquito control, otherwise you will just bite while swimming. Well, the overall cost performance is good. If the above two points are improved, you can consider staying here for a long time.

WWutongtingfengLocation: It's a bit remote. It would be more convenient to drive by yourself. You need to drive in from a small road, but it's not far from the Botanical Garden and Luwan Ranch. The package comes with a ticket, and there is also a food city nearby.
Facilities: The room was average, I missed the public hot spring time (you also need to make an appointment in advance), the room balcony has its own hot spring (I personally feel it has the same effect as a bathtub), but I didn't expect the hotel to have no charging stations.
Environment: How should I put it? It has the high-end feeling of a resort hotel surrounded by gardens, but also has the broken feeling of living in an abandoned manor.
Service: The hotel restaurant closed at around 7pm. I don’t know if it was due to the difference in local schedules, but the coconut chicken they served was very dry, and the other contents of the set meal were not introduced. Fortunately, the hotel and the platform finally coordinated a satisfactory result on the free tickets.
In short, the main focus is on cost-effectiveness. I don't have any high rigid requirements. I just want to spend a day in Xinglong and experience the hot springs. Staying in this hotel for one night is a very good choice~

There are places to dry clothes in the toilet and outside, there are many hangers, and there are mosquito coils. But the mosquito coils didn’t work, so we went out to buy mosquito coil liquid the next day to avoid being bitten. There is a swimming pool downstairs, and the hot water indoors is said to be hot spring water. There are lantern festivals and performances during the Chinese New Year. The ticket price is 19.9 per person, and I personally think it is worth the money. If you are nearby, you can go and have a look. It is not recommended to come here specially if you are far away. The hotel is very quiet, and there is a swimming pool downstairs, with both cold and warm water. Overall, I am very satisfied. Very suitable for family outings.
