"This newly opened hotel in Wanning last year truly exceeded my expectations! I booked through Trip.com, and upon arrival, the hotel graciously upgraded me to a courtyard room for free, as my original room type was in high demand. It was a wonderful surprise! The hotel's overall design is very 'Instagrammable' with excellent greenery. I noticed many foreign guests staying there too. The room itself was incredibly spacious, and the design really understood guests' needs. Being a new hotel, all the facilities are brand new, and everything can be voice-controlled. There's a large, long table inside, which is perfect for women – you can spread out all your cosmetics and skincare products. There's a dedicated hanging area for clothes, and the bathroom has a complete wet/dry separation. The overall space utilization is exceptionally well done, making for a comfortable and convenient stay. The hotel having its own artificial surf pool is a huge plus. Compared to surfing in the ocean, it's much safer and more convenient. You don't have to worry about the weather or wave conditions; you can surf whenever you want, and it's not super salty 😂. ☕️ Breakfast deserves a special shout-out! It was absolutely amazing, with a very rich variety. The best part is that it's served until 13:30, so even if you sleep in, you don't have to rush for breakfast – you can even have it as lunch. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and as a new hotel, all the facilities are brand new. The next time I visit Wanning, I'll definitely choose to stay here again. I wholeheartedly recommend it!"

"I was a bit apprehensive at first, seeing the mixed reviews online, but the moment we were waiting to check in, our amazing butler, Mile, contacted me and offered to handle the check-in process directly. Throughout our stay, her service was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. She went above and beyond, tirelessly answering my requests for the buggy at any hour – truly exceptional attentiveness that brought our trip to a perfect close!. As for the hotel itself, we booked a two-bedroom villa, and contrary to some online comments, it wasn't damp at all, even though it rained during our stay. The cleanliness was also satisfactory. The room was very spacious and perfectly comfortable for our family of five. We also enjoyed a continuous flow of welcome drinks and complimentary fruit platters and cakes upon arrival, which many five-star hotels don't even offer. The only minor drawback was breakfast; it was just too crowded. I had to queue at 9:00 AM on the first day and again at 10:20 AM on the second day. Everything else was absolutely perfect, and I look forward to visiting again!"

"Choosing Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula for our Wanning trip was absolutely the best decision! 🥰 A huge shout-out to our butler, Luna! She proactively contacted us even before our arrival, patiently discussed our check-in needs, and thoughtfully helped us arrange our room. The room's view and location were perfect. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the bedding was cozy, and opening the window revealed a stunning tropical island view. The hotel grounds are vast, with a private beach and swimming pools, making leisurely strolls and enjoying the sea breeze incredibly pleasant. Luna was incredibly friendly, quick to respond to any questions, and very attentive and warm-hearted. It was a truly comfortable vacation experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wanning!"

"Our family vacation has come to a perfect end! The hotel butler, Ella, provided thoughtful and attentive service. The kids' club facilities were extensive, and the dedicated shallow pool for children was very welcoming. There were various family activities to choose from, making it a one-stop solution for entertaining the kids. The nearby food street was also very convenient."

"My child loves playing in the water, so I specifically chose this room type. After checking in, my child was so excited. She changed into her swimsuit and immediately got into the pool, only to find sand at the bottom that pricked her feet. I contacted the butler, who said they would change the water, so I took my child to the public pool. We played for an hour, and when we returned to the room, the water had been drained but it hadn't been cleaned yet. I contacted the butler again, and after a long wait, someone finally came. By the time it was cleaned and refilled, it was quite late. We didn't get to use it on the first day. The next day, my child wanted to play, but it still looked dirty. The whole experience was not good. However, this hotel is one of the few that has robot food delivery, which is commendable. We were there for our wedding anniversary, and the bed in the room was decorated. Around 11 PM, I contacted the butler to pick up some takeout, and only then did the butler mention they had prepared a cake for us. I appreciate the gesture of preparing a cake, but usually, it's delivered to the room upon check-in in the afternoon. Mentioning it casually at 11 PM was just okay service."

"We chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Wanning for this trip, and it completely exceeded our expectations! We even extended our stay by an extra day. It was a perfect seaside holiday experience! The hotel is located on a peninsula, boasting stunning ocean views and close proximity to the Peninsula Commercial Street, and it's only a 15-minute drive from the high-speed rail station, making travel incredibly convenient. Our experience ambassador, Cherry 🍒, provided exceptional service that elevated our entire stay. The service was impeccable, and we'll definitely be back!"

"Traveling with kids, the hotel's overall environment is quite good and has a resort-like feel. The rooms are spacious, and for the same price, staying at a hotel feels more reliable than a homestay. Breakfast is decent, but there's an extra charge for children over 1.4m tall, which is a bit of a downside. The housekeeping service is practically non-existent; I had to call ten times to get an answer once. The pool wasn't particularly clean, and my child said there were bugs at the bottom. The room door was a bit difficult to close, probably due to the humid weather, and there was no smart TV."

"This stay was a truly delightful surprise! The room was spotless, tidy, and felt brand new. The staff's service was outstanding; they were incredibly responsive to any request and went above and beyond, even kindly upgrading us to a sea-view room for free! Pushing open the window revealed an endless ocean vista – the view was absolutely stunning! The only minor drawback is that rooms close to the sea tend to be a bit humid, making it difficult for clothes to dry. The complimentary photoshoot experience offered by the hotel was also excellent. They didn't skimp on quality just because it was a free service; the photographer was patient and responsible throughout, and the photos turned out great. We also tried the surfing program in partnership with the hotel. The surf shop is super close to the hotel, so we could head straight back to our room to shower after surfing, which was incredibly convenient. Compared to a random shop we found on the street before, this one has excellent changing and showering facilities, and their Canon camera for photos produced clear, high-quality images. If you want great photos, this is definitely the place to go. The breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, with fresh fruits and snacks. I particularly loved their waffles – they tasted amazing! Overall, my stay was a perfect 10/10!"

It's filled with lush tropical plants, earthy-toned arched doorways, and an incredible ambiance, offering a private and tranquil courtyard. Each room type comes with a private hot spring, and there's also a super-long art gallery and a Pilates fitness area. The mint-blue swimming pool is perfect for photos, offering both relaxation and healing. It's truly worthy of being a designer's award-winning work; every photo you take here looks amazing. The entire place features smart home facilities, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The butler service is attentive. Breakfast is abundant, and there's also a coffee shop where you can leisurely enjoy a cup. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the lively surroundings, and you can walk to the beach. It's so comfortable to just relax and unwind here."
