"Exceeded my expectations! Beautiful seaside location, warm and welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, and thoughtful service. A special shout-out to our butler, Han Bao, and the housekeeping team – they were incredibly attentive, always ready to answer questions, and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The only minor issue was the communication between the breakfast staff and the front desk. On our first day, they confirmed the number of guests for breakfast, but then asked for confirmation again on the second day. Shouldn't they have confirmed for the entire stay the first time around?"
