GGuest UserThe location of the homestay is very good, the environment is good, very clean. Unlike Dongbi Village, the number of tourists is relatively large, so it is very quiet. The bed and pillows sleep well, the room is very clean, and I slept well at night. The couple in the homestay are very good. When they left, they washed the fruit for us to eat on the road. I will definitely choose this one next time.

XXiaoxiaolingdangThe guesthouse is easily accessible right off the Xiapu exit of the G15 Shenhai Expressway, making it incredibly convenient for self-driving tours to attractions such as Mount Taimu, Donghai No. 1 Highway, and Dongbi Village. Located on the outskirts of Xiapu, it offers a peaceful retreat that's still very convenient. The building itself has a distinctive design, and the rooms are warmly and invitingly decorated. While the amenities might not be five-star standard, the service is truly exceptional. The young couple who run the place are fantastic; their recommended travel routes were all excellent. We followed their suggestions for our three-day self-driving trip, completely changing our original plans, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. The Luohan Creek rafting, in particular, was an absolute unexpected highlight! The individually served breakfast was also quite good. This is hands down the best guesthouse I've ever stayed at. I highly recommend it!

The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room have a panoramic view of the scenery outside the window. The breakfast is Chinese breakfast. The nutrition and health are pleasing to the eye. Initially, while searching for accommodations in Xiapu on Ctrip, I was torn between different options. However, after seeing a guest review of this hotel—”The owner's seafood dinner is divine!”—I booked it instantly. Now, having stayed there, I realize that the recommendation was far more compelling than any written description.
The hotel is located next to Dongbi Village, away from the hustle and bustle of the village center. Stepping into this area, my heart immediately felt at peace. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, I immediately saw the enormous octopus sculpture, both endearing and distinctive. Even first-timers wouldn't miss it; it's a true ”landmark.”
Entering the room, the first thing that caught my eye was the floor-to-ceiling window facing the sea, offering an unbelievably expansive view. Standing by the window, the azure ocean stretched out before me, and the sea breeze, carrying a faint salty scent, made even breathing feel fresh and invigorating. No need to make a special trip to the beach; you can enjoy breathtaking views of sunrises and sunsets, and the ebb and flow of the tides, all without leaving your room. Whether it's watching the morning sun paint the river red or admiring the sunset's golden glow, every scene is a masterpiece.
The room's decor was also exceptionally pleasing. Cleanliness was a given, but what was even more remarkable was its simple and elegant style. There were no unnecessary decorations, yet every corner exuded warmth. What surprised me most was the specially designed tea table in the room, with neatly arranged teaware and thoughtfully provided tea leaves. After waking from an afternoon nap, I would boil water, brew a pot of local tea, and sit around the tea table with my companions. Sipping tea, gazing at the sea outside the window, and occasionally exchanging a few casual words, time flowed by slowly, and all fatigue vanished in this tranquility.
Let me highlight something special. The owner's wonderful cook couldn't book dinner on the first day due to a family emergency, but she rushed back the next day to prepare it for us so as not to disappoint. We were so touched! The long-awaited seafood dinner was amazing. The swimming crabs, freshly served, had gleaming shells, bursting with plump, sweet, and firm meat, bursting with the unique freshness of the sea. The razor clams were plump and free of any sand; each bite was tender and bouncy, bursting with juice in our mouths – the deliciousness was undeniable; I wouldn't be exaggerating when I say it's the best razor clams I've ever had. And then there were the firm-fleshed prawns. Every dish preserved the pure, natural flavor of the seafood, without excessive seasoning, yet so fresh we couldn't stop eating.
We were so busy enjoying the food, praising the flavors, that by the time we realized we wanted to take a picture, the plates were almost empty. It's a bit of a shame we didn't get a photo, but the delightful surprise on our palates will forever remain in our memories.
This hotel was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip to Xiapu, offering both tranquility surrounded by mountains and sea, and a seafood feast that tantalized our taste buds. Next time we visit Xiapu, this will be our top choice without a doubt, and we might even bring friends to share this hidden gem nestled beside Dongbi Village.

AAnonymous UserThe first time I went to Xiapu, Fujian, I stayed in this hotel. I have three feelings: First, the hotel butler service is very thoughtful. The reception at the front desk is definitely a home away from home. Because I was traveling with friends, I was directly arranged to stay in the same floor after arriving. Second, the location is excellent. There is a large shopping mall opposite the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. I went to Taikang Road Food Street in the evening to have a delicious seafood meal. Third, the details are very well done. The hotel provides simple midnight snacks and fruits for free, disposable slippers are placed directly in the luggage rack, and two bottles of mineral water, coffee, black tea, and green tea are provided for free. It is indeed a very good stay experience. If I go to Xiapu again, I will definitely choose this Putian Hotel!

OOOOOyaI drove to Xiapu with my colleagues. The front desk girl was very good. I was very enthusiastic to introduce us to the attractions. This hotel has plenty of parking spaces. Don’t worry about no parking spaces. The room is clean and tidy. The room has latex pillows. It’s great. We played a lot of places. Especially the scenery of Donghai Line 1 is really beautiful. I went to the restaurant for breakfast the next morning. The hotel’s breakfast was rich in variety, and there was freshly ground coffee. I drank refreshing. The hotel facilities were perfect and exceeded expectations. In general, it was very good. Next time I plan to bring my family to play, I still live here.

MMianliaokongdacaiThis trip to Xiapu, Mingye Qiulu is the icing on the cake, whether it is the resort environment or the details of the entire team service have exceeded expectations. If you are traveling by car, this quiet resort is highly recommended. The parking lot has a tram charging pile. It is very convenient to drive to nearby play and eat.
Sleeping until I woke up naturally, the hotel was very intimate to help heat the breakfast. The oil cake was bought fresh from the town. I used the vomit driver to bake slightly and the fireworks were full. My favorite is the hand-teared beef jerky in breakfast. I can’t help but renew the white porridge. The hotel said that this is the home-made taste of the boss. The original manager of Building 1 is Sichuanese. I think back to the day before yesterday we checked in. The strong spice taste was floating. Suddenly I feel that this blend of culture established through food is very interesting. Although most of the hotel staff are locals in Fujian, they can eat authentic Sichuan beef at the beach, a magical experience.
By the way, fishing friends remember to bring fish rafts. The resort not only has a variety of fruits and vegetables to pick, but also a fish pond facing the sea. I slept back to the cage for two hours. The teammates with the baby have burst into protection, and the children are very happy.
Listening to the introduction of the hotel butler, the boss also bought the island opposite the hotel. If you have enough time, you can take a boat to the opposite side to see. She took us to visit the beautiful and filmed indoor garden, as well as a large tropical plant garden, because I drove to Quanzhou the next day, and there were too many resort content to experience, such as the sea view tea room tea is to give the next trip to look forward to!

MMP123456Beautiful and romantic small hotel with a nice view over the ocean (unfortunately there is a highway in front of the sea — welcome to China). The hotel has a nice design style. We had a comfortable, spacious room. There is a pool (very shallow, good for people who can’t swim, I guess). All over the hotel area, there are small tables, Hollywood swings, etc. to be private and enjoy the view. A (touristy) village with lots of restaurants is a 20 minutes walk away (careful when walking on the road at night).
