I usually steer clear of guesthouses, preferring the standardized management of hotels, even though I know many boast unique charm. However, on this trip to Dongbi, where guesthouses were the only option, both establishments, especially Fengchui Banxia, completely overturned my preconceived notions – I was thoroughly impressed! The guesthouse is situated right next to the popular Shijianhai, making its views and location absolutely prime. It's also exceptionally well-maintained, feeling a bit like the hotel-style management you'd find in Wuzhen, but with a much warmer, more personal touch. On the first-floor bar, there's a complimentary selection of Sprite, Coke, and Fanta. While it's a small detail, returning from a day out and being able to grab an ice-cold can from the fridge to beat the heat is incredibly pleasant and satisfying! Another thoughtful detail for us was that both beds were spacious 1.5-meter doubles. The room itself was large, bright, and impeccably clean! Five stars!

The room is good, it is a sea view room, you can see the sea, the hotel is above the observation deck, the location is excellent, on the roadside, the facilities are complete, clean and the service is very good! In the evening, I walked to the foot of the mountain and suddenly rained heavily. I was depressed and didn't know how long it would take for the rain to stop. I told the boss that we were trapped by the rain. The boss immediately asked us to stay in place and waited for him to drive us back to the hotel. It’s because of the introduction of the owner of the hotel. We chose to stay for one more day and feel Beibei slowly. So we won’t rush to punch in and ignore the experience. They don't charge a cleaning fee for pets, and there's an elevator, which made moving luggage very convenient. Upon arrival, we got a room upgrade. The living room on the fourth floor offered great views for both sunrise and sunset. The auntie was very welcoming, and the fishball noodles she cooked for breakfast were absolutely delicious 😋. It's not far from Xiaohao Beach. You can borrow an electric scooter to ride there, or even a leisurely walk isn't tiring.

This is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. My friends and I loved our stay here! The room was clean and well equipped with a big window, though the view wasn’t scenic like the pictures appear. The shower was great with lots of hooks, and a little laundry basket beside. Only issue is the toilet is electric and a little loud when used at night. The beds were incredibly comfy! The hostess was friendly and sent us recommended routes and restaurants, plus sent me a video showing me where to find the car charging station. Breakfast was simple eggs, soup, youtiao, siu mai, and corn milk. The downstairs dining are is lovely and cosy and we spent a few evenings relaxing downstairs. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to Dongbi Village for an amazing dinner with a view, but close to the toll booth leading to the main roads if you want to head south or north to Taimu Shan or the peninsula beaches.

The location of the homestay is excellent, the parking is convenient, and the distance to go anywhere is suitable. The upper left is Dongbi Village, and the next right is the center of Sansha Town. The rooms are well-equipped, spacious and bright. I especially like the large swimming pool terrace for leisure and daze. The service is in place and the hygiene is also very good. Special breakfast is very good, one person, one local special noodles paste, and the price is very high, the boss recommended to catch the sea people to go fishing, the experience is good, the sea goods can be processed by partners, next time you have the opportunity to stay again

I booked guesthouses in various destinations in advance for my Spring Festival trip. The first guesthouse I stayed at in Taizhou was disappointing, so I was very worried about the experience at this guesthouse in Xiapu. But in the end, I was very happy to find that this guesthouse completely met my expectations! I was satisfied with the decor, environment, location, and service. The owners were very nice, and they provided plenty of fruit and hot water. The breakfast was also great; the auntie's fried dumplings and seaweed strips were delicious. Before we left, they even packed a bag of oranges for the kids to take with them. We had a great time chatting, and my parents also felt very comfortable!

A quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle is not located in the internet-famous Dongbi Village (which is extremely noisy, packed with tourists, and bustling with cars and horses). Not far from Dongbi is this B&B, which is close to the residential area and where you can really see Xiapu. It's an ordinary alleyway full of fireworks, where you can live in a down-to-earth and comfortable way. Further ahead is Sansha Town, which has a dazzling array of seafood restaurants, which is very convenient. The breakfast at the B&B is very rich. You can open the window and walk to the balcony to see the sea (it's separated by the road).
