"I absolutely loved this small yet exquisite seaside guesthouse. The location is superb. The sea views and street scenes are incredibly photogenic. On a clear day, the sunset is absolutely stunning.
The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. They prepare lovely fruits and snacks for guests every day, and breakfast is served in the morning. Even the small vase on the coffee table is updated with fresh flowers daily. They pay meticulous attention to detail in everything.
Everyone at the guesthouse is incredibly welcoming. While having breakfast this morning, I chatted with the auntie for a long time. She patiently explained the surrounding area and attractions, suggested convenient ways to explore, and recommended the best places for a walk after breakfast. The receptionist was also incredibly kind. Yesterday, while waiting for my train to the high-speed rail station, I was late and had to wait a long time. She peeled pomelos for me and brought me water. She even gave me snacks to enjoy on the train.
Since I was the only guest this time, I couldn't finish all the fruit they provided each day. Not wanting to disappoint them, I took it all with me yesterday. I'll definitely go again with my friends next year; Xiying is definitely the best choice."

"Location is perfect, the free use of the e-bike enabled me to venture out and discover the wonders of the area. Sunrise welcomed me, I was totally delighted by the beautiful scenery of the wider area. There is a small shore near by and they provide beach clam hunting tools, also great activity for travelling families. The family room I stayed in is very spacious with a view overlooking the veggie gardens and the Bay. Clean, crisp and comfy. The host is the bees knees! she is extra attentive and ensures your stay is exceptional. Breakfast is delicious(seafood noodles), and the food available to order at a nearby seafood restaurant is great! I was craving fruit and chocolate the evening I arrived, next minute a fruit/food truck showed up at the hotel. Everything is basically at your doorstep. It was a magical holistic experience. Come and open your mind to the infinite possibilities✨I recommend to stay atleast 3-4 days to enjoy the surrounding areas aswell, mauri ora!"

"The sea-view room was absolutely gorgeous for photos! The location of the guesthouse was superb, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful—I almost felt bad for her helping with my luggage! The bed, blankets, and pillows were all very comfortable; even though I'm someone who's very particular about beds, I slept very well!
I must mention that the breakfast was incredibly healthy and hygienic! Each person received their own plate, and the portions were just right!"

"I used to drive past Xiapu on the Shenhai Expressway, but I never stopped to visit Xiapu. This year I planned to drive back early for the Spring Festival and decided to spend a night in Xiapu. The next day I would take a quick look at the popular attractions before continuing on my way back. Search for Xiapu hotels on Ctrip, and choose Holiday Inn and Haiyue Hotel if you choose luxury. I have stayed in the former hotel in other cities before, so I decided to choose Haiyue Hotel. After arriving at the hotel, Xiaohua and Xiaoxia from the front desk gave us a warm welcome. They also asked if we had driven and scanned the code to complete the registration. What was even more surprising was how great the room was. Originally, I thought the price of over 400 yuan might be only slightly better than that of a budget hotel, so I used Ctrip's benefits to upgrade the room. When I entered the room, the overall feeling of the room was comparable to many international five-star hotels, and its bathroom, bathtub and shower were separated, which was very comfortable. So this price is still very cost-effective. You can see the picture."

They would help me check in very considerately. I was also surprised that there was an elevator in the B&B. This made it very convenient for us to pick up our luggage. We didn’t have to worry about carrying too much luggage. The housekeeper will help us take our luggage back to the room very considerately. I mean it is a walk-and-go trip, so I don’t have much guide. The housekeeper of this B&B will introduce to me what I can do nearby. This is a place that I really need if I am lazy. The most important thing is their room. It is very comfortable to walk in. The sanitary environment is very clean. Their toiletries are disposable, which is more hygienic and can be avoided. Some unclean things, mainly due to the safety hazards of accommodation, are exposed on the Internet now, so they are very good here. I stayed in a room facing the sea, and I could look at the sea view while lying on the bed. It was very comfortable, and They have a great view here, directly facing the sea. **Service**: We got lost on our drive, and the young owner even drove an electric cart through the village to find us – truly exceptional service! The lady at the front desk was also incredibly kind and gentle. As we were checking out, my son forgot his headphones, and a staff member thoughtfully brought them out to us. We're very grateful for their thoughtfulness!

GGuest UserI traveled all the way to Kasumigaura with my dog and chose to stay here. The B&B facilities are very new and well maintained, and the rooms are very clean. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is the sea view of Kasumigaura, and the location is excellent. There is also a projector in the room, which is great for watching movies while lying down at night. The location of the B&B is right in Dongbi Village, making it very convenient to go out for fun and eat.

The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. Next, I came to the homestay environment and was pleasantly surprised again. It has a terrace, a mahjong machine, a laundry room, a home theater (can have KTV), and most importantly, a self-service kitchen (which can process seafood bought from the seaside. IIMASLI booked guesthouses in various destinations in advance for my Spring Festival trip. The first guesthouse I stayed at in Taizhou was disappointing, so I was very worried about the experience at this guesthouse in Xiapu. But in the end, I was very happy to find that this guesthouse completely met my expectations! I was satisfied with the decor, environment, location, and service. The owners were very nice, and they provided plenty of fruit and hot water. The breakfast was also great; the auntie's fried dumplings and seaweed strips were delicious. Before we left, they even packed a bag of oranges for the kids to take with them. We had a great time chatting, and my parents also felt very comfortable!
