"The room was clean and tidy, but some equipment made a slight noise in the dead of night, which was not very friendly to people with poor sleep quality. The quality of breakfast is good, I especially like the homemade seafood wonton noodles, which are very delicious. I would like to express my gratitude to the driver of the car that picked us up at the station yesterday. The driver has a strong sense of service. He called me twice before arriving at the station and took the initiative to help with the luggage. This is inseparable from the hotel's usual service awareness training."

The room even has tea set, so you can brew a cup of tea in the morning on the ninth floor, enjoying the quiet morning views of the bustling city below and the distant mountains and temples – truly experiencing the unique charm of Xiapu, a small county town! It was a very pleasant experience! The customer service staff were also excellent; I always leave my belongings there! A highly recommended hotel in Xiapu, I even extended my stay for a few more days!"

"My friends and I loved our stay here! The room was clean and well equipped with a big window, though the view wasn’t scenic like the pictures appear. The shower was great with lots of hooks, and a little laundry basket beside. Only issue is the toilet is electric and a little loud when used at night. The beds were incredibly comfy!
The hostess was friendly and sent us recommended routes and restaurants, plus sent me a video showing me where to find the car charging station.
Breakfast was simple eggs, soup, youtiao, siu mai, and corn milk. The downstairs dining are is lovely and cosy and we spent a few evenings relaxing downstairs.
It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to Dongbi Village for an amazing dinner with a view, but close to the toll booth leading to the main roads if you want to head south or north to Taimu Shan or the peninsula beaches."

"I absolutely loved this small yet exquisite seaside guesthouse. The location is superb. The sea views and street scenes are incredibly photogenic. On a clear day, the sunset is absolutely stunning.
The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. They prepare lovely fruits and snacks for guests every day, and breakfast is served in the morning. Even the small vase on the coffee table is updated with fresh flowers daily. They pay meticulous attention to detail in everything.
Everyone at the guesthouse is incredibly welcoming. While having breakfast this morning, I chatted with the auntie for a long time. She patiently explained the surrounding area and attractions, suggested convenient ways to explore, and recommended the best places for a walk after breakfast. The receptionist was also incredibly kind. Yesterday, while waiting for my train to the high-speed rail station, I was late and had to wait a long time. She peeled pomelos for me and brought me water. She even gave me snacks to enjoy on the train.
Since I was the only guest this time, I couldn't finish all the fruit they provided each day. Not wanting to disappoint them, I took it all with me yesterday. I'll definitely go again with my friends next year; Xiying is definitely the best choice."

"The B&B is located next to Xiaohao Beach, quiet and comfortable. The room by the window can directly see the beach. If the sun is good, the view should be pretty good. Unfortunately, it was cloudy when we arrived. However, if the tide happens to be low, you can borrow tools for catching the sea from the boss instead of buying them yourself.
If you want to go to Dongbi Village and Huazhu Village, the boss has electric cars and gas-burning scooters, which are very convenient for those who can ride."

"The location of the B&B is great, with large floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sea, allowing you to watch the sunset directly from your room. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, so even though it's by the sea, it's not damp, which is really great. 👍🏼Everyone in the B&B is so polite, and it's a long-lost human touch. 😆 It's really nice and I'd stay here again if I had the chance."

**Service**: We got lost on our drive, and the young owner even drove an electric cart through the village to find us – truly exceptional service! The lady at the front desk was also incredibly kind and gentle. As we were checking out, my son forgot his headphones, and a staff member thoughtfully brought them out to us. We're very grateful for their thoughtfulness!

GGuest UserI traveled all the way to Kasumigaura with my dog and chose to stay here. The B&B facilities are very new and well maintained, and the rooms are very clean. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is the sea view of Kasumigaura, and the location is excellent. There is also a projector in the room, which is great for watching movies while lying down at night. The location of the B&B is right in Dongbi Village, making it very convenient to go out for fun and eat.

The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay.
