Plus, it's a first-row beachfront property, offering the best views of the sea and sunset. The guesthouse itself is a bit old but reasonably well-maintained. The best part is the room with double floor-to-ceiling windows – absolutely stunning for photos! It would be even more perfect if it wasn't a tatami bed, though. See pictures below!"

The room even has tea set, so you can brew a cup of tea in the morning on the ninth floor, enjoying the quiet morning views of the bustling city below and the distant mountains and temples – truly experiencing the unique charm of Xiapu, a small county town! It was a very pleasant experience! The customer service staff were also excellent; I always leave my belongings there! The location of the guesthouse was superb, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful—I almost felt bad for her helping with my luggage! The bed, blankets, and pillows were all very comfortable; even though I'm someone who's very particular about beds, I slept very well!

"They don't charge a cleaning fee for pets, and there's an elevator, which made moving luggage very convenient.
Upon arrival, we got a room upgrade. The living room on the fourth floor offered great views for both sunrise and sunset.
The auntie was very welcoming, and the fishball noodles she cooked for breakfast were absolutely delicious 😋.
It's not far from Xiaohao Beach. You can borrow an electric scooter to ride there, or even a leisurely walk isn't tiring."

"I accidentally dug up the treasure homestay, this retro American homestay with a full atmosphere! As soon as I entered the door, I was taken by the oversized retro bar. All kinds of retro signs and old objects were full of details. The shots were all American blockbusters.
The boss is super warm and caring. Before check-in, prepare sweet fruits. There is a small refrigerator in the room for free drinks. The next day, I got up and drank the boss's freshly ground coffee. All kinds of warm heart details directly poke me. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the petty bourgeoisie was very comfortable, the public area also had a leisure and play area, the location was convenient, the boss was Shanghainese, and he was also a very artistic, very particular person. "The location is good, less than 2 kilometers from the food street and Fangyuan, making it convenient to get a taxi. There aren't many good restaurants downstairs, but you can order takeout, which is delivered to your room by a robot. We specified quietness and parking beforehand, and the receptionist specifically called to discuss our arrival time and reserved a parking space. The room was located near the residential area, so it was relatively quiet. However, there was a construction site next door, and they started working there as early as 8:30 am. When we asked the receptionist, they said they had already asked the construction site to be mindful of their time and not disturb guests. The service was good. The refrigerator in the room was unnecessary; it was too noisy at night, and it took us a while to find out that it was the refrigerator starting up. Unplugging it stopped the noise. There were only two bottles of water, which were unnecessary in this weather. The cleaning service the next day was excellent; the staff replenished our supplies and even brought us a coat hanger, which was very kind of them."

Guest UserI usually steer clear of guesthouses, preferring the standardized management of hotels, even though I know many boast unique charm. However, on this trip to Dongbi, where guesthouses were the only option, both establishments, especially Fengchui Banxia, completely overturned my preconceived notions – I was thoroughly impressed!
The guesthouse is situated right next to the popular Shijianhai, making its views and location absolutely prime. It's also exceptionally well-maintained, feeling a bit like the hotel-style management you'd find in Wuzhen, but with a much warmer, more personal touch. On the first-floor bar, there's a complimentary selection of Sprite, Coke, and Fanta. While it's a small detail, returning from a day out and being able to grab an ice-cold can from the fridge to beat the heat is incredibly pleasant and satisfying!
Another thoughtful detail for us was that both beds were spacious 1.5-meter doubles. The room itself was large, bright, and impeccably clean! Five stars!

Guest UserWe traveled on this holiday, and the room by the sea was really beautiful. Although it was a rainy day and we didn't see the sunset, we still saw a different kind of beauty. This homestay is very clean and the service is good. Especially the girls who check in the residents will ask about their requirements and feelings in a timely manner. The breakfast is a little bit monotonous. The overall feeling is still pretty good, and I personally prefer services that are good. Thank you to the girl at the front desk, I forgot to ask her name.

The room is good, it is a sea view room, you can see the sea, the hotel is above the observation deck, the location is excellent, on the roadside, the facilities are complete, clean and the service is very good! In the evening, I walked to the foot of the mountain and suddenly rained heavily. I was depressed and didn't know how long it would take for the rain to stop. I told the boss that we were trapped by the rain. The boss immediately asked us to stay in place and waited for him to drive us back to the hotel. Thank you very much for the help of the boss, which has added a strong human touch to our tourism in Dongbi Village!

This is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

The room is very tidy and clean. The lady who owns the B&B is not only beautiful, but the service is also very warm and thoughtful. The details are very meticulous and in place. Every day travel guide is sent to my mobile phone. The free breakfast is freshly made every day, seafood noodles + coffee + Milk + dumplings, etc., as well as fresh fruits. The boss lady also actively recommended me to go to the local farmer's market, buy good seafood, and process it myself in the hotel kitchen. It is economical and fresh. The upper left is Dongbi Village, and the next right is the center of Sansha Town. The rooms are well-equipped, spacious and bright. I especially like the large swimming pool terrace for leisure and daze. The service is in place and the hygiene is also very good. I decided to travel here on the spur of the moment, and I have to say that I was quite pleasantly surprised by this B&B. The people at the front desk were very welcoming when I entered. They would help me check in very considerately. I was also surprised that there was an elevator in the B&B. This made it very convenient for us to pick up our luggage. We didn’t have to worry about carrying too much luggage. The housekeeper will help us take our luggage back to the room very considerately. I mean it is a walk-and-go trip, so I don’t have much guide. The housekeeper of this B&B will introduce to me what I can do nearby. This is a place that I really need if I am lazy. The most important thing is their room. It is very comfortable to walk in. The sanitary environment is very clean. Their toiletries are disposable, which is more hygienic and can be avoided. Some unclean things, mainly due to the safety hazards of accommodation, are exposed on the Internet now, so they are very good here. I stayed in a room facing the sea, and I could look at the sea view while lying on the bed. It was very comfortable, and They have a great view here, directly facing the sea. They will also prepare some tea sets, lounge chairs and the like for us to use in the room. It is very suitable for little sisters to travel together. I recommend this place. It is very good. Facilities: This hotel is really a pleasant surprise. I didn't expect to be able to stay in a hotel with such considerate service in Xiapu, Fujian. The surrounding facilities are very good. There are cafes, western restaurants, Chara, bars and some seafood restaurants at night. Hygiene: The hotel is also very clean. Environment: You can see that the hotel's initial remote location is actually its swimming pool, but if you want to take pictures of people, it is recommended to take pictures in the check-in lobby.
