"I absolutely loved this small yet exquisite seaside guesthouse. The location is superb. The sea views and street scenes are incredibly photogenic. On a clear day, the sunset is absolutely stunning.
The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. They prepare lovely fruits and snacks for guests every day, and breakfast is served in the morning. Even the small vase on the coffee table is updated with fresh flowers daily. They pay meticulous attention to detail in everything.
Everyone at the guesthouse is incredibly welcoming. While having breakfast this morning, I chatted with the auntie for a long time. She patiently explained the surrounding area and attractions, suggested convenient ways to explore, and recommended the best places for a walk after breakfast. The receptionist was also incredibly kind. Yesterday, while waiting for my train to the high-speed rail station, I was late and had to wait a long time. She peeled pomelos for me and brought me water. She even gave me snacks to enjoy on the train.
Since I was the only guest this time, I couldn't finish all the fruit they provided each day. Not wanting to disappoint them, I took it all with me yesterday. I'll definitely go again with my friends next year; Xiying is definitely the best choice."

"I used to drive past Xiapu on the Shenhai Expressway, but I never stopped to visit Xiapu. This year I planned to drive back early for the Spring Festival and decided to spend a night in Xiapu. The next day I would take a quick look at the popular attractions before continuing on my way back. Search for Xiapu hotels on Ctrip, and choose Holiday Inn and Haiyue Hotel if you choose luxury. I have stayed in the former hotel in other cities before, so I decided to choose Haiyue Hotel. After arriving at the hotel, Xiaohua and Xiaoxia from the front desk gave us a warm welcome. They also asked if we had driven and scanned the code to complete the registration. What was even more surprising was how great the room was. Originally, I thought the price of over 400 yuan might be only slightly better than that of a budget hotel, so I used Ctrip's benefits to upgrade the room. When I entered the room, the overall feeling of the room was comparable to many international five-star hotels, and its bathroom, bathtub and shower were separated, which was very comfortable. So this price is still very cost-effective. You can see the picture."

"The room was very clean and there was its own parking space behind the hotel. The front desk 1015 and 1011 service is also very good, help recommend delicious restaurants near the hotel. The hotel breakfast buffet is very rich, Chinese and Western breakfasts are available, breakfast even has small seafood, unlike the county town should have a package hahaha. This is really a surprise. The surrounding self-driving tour is really not good, the village road is super narrow, the wrong car is very troublesome, the old driver said that he is unwilling to drive for the second time."

"We stayed four nights. Overall it was a good experience. On par as a four star hotel.
When we made reservation we thought we chose non-smoking room but our room clearly was not nonsmoking. Contacted the front desk and was told there was no nonsmoking room available but they can move us to another room and they will do some smoking cleaning treatment before we moved in. We decided to ask them to clean our existing room instead. The treatment was effective enough that we could barely smell the smoking odors.
For a small place like Xiapu, this place is good."

"Location is perfect, the free use of the e-bike enabled me to venture out and discover the wonders of the area. Sunrise welcomed me, I was totally delighted by the beautiful scenery of the wider area. There is a small shore near by and they provide beach clam hunting tools, also great activity for travelling families. The family room I stayed in is very spacious with a view overlooking the veggie gardens and the Bay. Clean, crisp and comfy. The host is the bees knees! she is extra attentive and ensures your stay is exceptional. Breakfast is delicious(seafood noodles), and the food available to order at a nearby seafood restaurant is great! I was craving fruit and chocolate the evening I arrived, next minute a fruit/food truck showed up at the hotel. Everything is basically at your doorstep. It was a magical holistic experience. Come and open your mind to the infinite possibilities✨I recommend to stay atleast 3-4 days to enjoy the surrounding areas aswell, mauri ora!"

"I decided to travel here on the spur of the moment, and I have to say that I was quite pleasantly surprised by this B&B. The people at the front desk were very welcoming when I entered. They would help me check in very considerately. I was also surprised that there was an elevator in the B&B. This made it very convenient for us to pick up our luggage. We didn’t have to worry about carrying too much luggage. The housekeeper will help us take our luggage back to the room very considerately. I mean it is a walk-and-go trip, so I don’t have much guide. The housekeeper of this B&B will introduce to me what I can do nearby. This is a place that I really need if I am lazy. The most important thing is their room. It is very comfortable to walk in. The sanitary environment is very clean. Their toiletries are disposable, which is more hygienic and can be avoided. Some unclean things, mainly due to the safety hazards of accommodation, are exposed on the Internet now, so they are very good here. I stayed in a room facing the sea, and I could look at the sea view while lying on the bed. It was very comfortable, and They have a great view here, directly facing the sea. The guesthouse was exceptionally clean, always being tidied by staff. Dining options nearby were incredibly convenient. Dongbi offers stunning scenery, making it the perfect choice for photography enthusiasts. I booked a sea-view room, and the view when opening the curtains was so spectacular I even filmed it!

GGuest UserWe traveled on this holiday, and the room by the sea was really beautiful. Although it was a rainy day and we didn't see the sunset, we still saw a different kind of beauty. This homestay is very clean and the service is good. Especially the girls who check in the residents will ask about their requirements and feelings in a timely manner. The breakfast is a little bit monotonous. The overall feeling is still pretty good, and I personally prefer services that are good. Thank you to the girl at the front desk, I forgot to ask her name.

GGuest UserThis is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

GGuest UserMy friends and I loved our stay here! The room was clean and well equipped with a big window, though the view wasn’t scenic like the pictures appear. The shower was great with lots of hooks, and a little laundry basket beside. Only issue is the toilet is electric and a little loud when used at night. The beds were incredibly comfy!
The hostess was friendly and sent us recommended routes and restaurants, plus sent me a video showing me where to find the car charging station.
Breakfast was simple eggs, soup, youtiao, siu mai, and corn milk. The downstairs dining are is lovely and cosy and we spent a few evenings relaxing downstairs.
It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to Dongbi Village for an amazing dinner with a view, but close to the toll booth leading to the main roads if you want to head south or north to Taimu Shan or the peninsula beaches.

The service is warm, the parking is convenient, the clerk will help to carry the box to the room, the boss recommended the partner restaurant, the ingredients are quite fresh, the amount is not small. When I went out to sea, I forgot to inform the front desk lady that I needed to clean up. She took the initiative to ask us if we needed to clean up and the service was still in place.

IIMASLI booked guesthouses in various destinations in advance for my Spring Festival trip. The first guesthouse I stayed at in Taizhou was disappointing, so I was very worried about the experience at this guesthouse in Xiapu. But in the end, I was very happy to find that this guesthouse completely met my expectations! I was satisfied with the decor, environment, location, and service. The owners were very nice, and they provided plenty of fruit and hot water. The breakfast was also great; the auntie's fried dumplings and seaweed strips were delicious. Before we left, they even packed a bag of oranges for the kids to take with them. We had a great time chatting, and my parents also felt very comfortable!

GGuest UserComing from Jiaxing by car, parking is very convenient! The hotel is newly renovated and I booked two rooms with slightly different decorations, 12 large rooms and an integrated basin. 13 long, slightly narrow toilet, counter basin. Overall it's clean, comfortable and very cost-effective. Accommodation on the 6th floor and breakfast on the 7th floor. Good environment!
