**Service**: We got lost on our drive, and the young owner even drove an electric cart through the village to find us – truly exceptional service! The lady at the front desk was also incredibly kind and gentle. As we were checking out, my son forgot his headphones, and a staff member thoughtfully brought them out to us. We're very grateful for their thoughtfulness!
**Cleanliness**: Being a new guesthouse, it was spotlessly clean. Plus, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money!

GGuest UserI traveled all the way to Kasumigaura with my dog and chose to stay here. The B&B facilities are very new and well maintained, and the rooms are very clean. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is the sea view of Kasumigaura, and the location is excellent. There is also a projector in the room, which is great for watching movies while lying down at night. The location of the B&B is right in Dongbi Village, making it very convenient to go out for fun and eat.

XXiaoxiaolingdangThe guesthouse is easily accessible right off the Xiapu exit of the G15 Shenhai Expressway, making it incredibly convenient for self-driving tours to attractions such as Mount Taimu, Donghai No. 1 Highway, and Dongbi Village. Located on the outskirts of Xiapu, it offers a peaceful retreat that's still very convenient. The building itself has a distinctive design, and the rooms are warmly and invitingly decorated. While the amenities might not be five-star standard, the service is truly exceptional. The young couple who run the place are fantastic; their recommended travel routes were all excellent. We followed their suggestions for our three-day self-driving trip, completely changing our original plans, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. The Luohan Creek rafting, in particular, was an absolute unexpected highlight! The individually served breakfast was also quite good. This is hands down the best guesthouse I've ever stayed at. I highly recommend it!

The variety of room types available, including the spacious king room, the cozy twin bed room, and the charming ocean-view suite, ensured that there was a perfect option for every type of traveler. I personally stayed in the ocean-view room, and waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise was an experience I will never forget.
The attention to detail in each room was impressive. Every space was equipped with central air conditioning, a soft-lit vanity mirror ideal for getting ready in comfort, and high-quality branded mattresses that offered the ultimate sleeping experience. It was clear that the management had put great thought into ensuring guests' maximum comfort and relaxation.
One of the standout features for me was the tea house. Being able to sip on freshly brewed tea while looking out over the sea was a simple yet luxurious pleasure. Whether it was watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening or enjoying a peaceful morning with the golden sunrise, the views were always stunning. This property truly offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and unwind in style.
Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel makes no compromises when it comes to hospitality. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestion. GGuest UserThis is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

GGuest UserDuring the Spring Festival self-driving tour, the store called during the day to ask about what time it would arrive, telling the store that it would be late, and I didn’t expect the boss to wait on the roadside at 8 o’clock in the evening. Because there are many tourists during the Spring Festival, the parking spaces at the door are full. The boss moved his car away and parked the parking space for us. I also helped carry my luggage to the room all the way, super touched,
The location of the homestay is super good. Going out is the Sunrise No. 1 Observation Deck. If you want to watch the sunrise in Huazhu Village, it is recommended.

The upper left is Dongbi Village, and the next right is the center of Sansha Town. The rooms are well-equipped, spacious and bright. I especially like the large swimming pool terrace for leisure and daze. The service is in place and the hygiene is also very good. Special breakfast is very good, one person, one local special noodles paste, and the price is very high, the boss recommended to catch the sea people to go fishing, the experience is good, the sea goods can be processed by partners, next time you have the opportunity to stay again

The room is clean and tidy, the lighting is transparent, the window is opened to the beautiful sea view, and the sea breeze is particularly healing. The landlord is warm and caring, the service is thoughtful, the facilities are complete and warm, and the location is very convenient. The front desk was very enthusiastic and would recommend cost-effective dining options and chartered cars for scenic spots in the surrounding areas. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was rich. There is a bus station next to it. It is very convenient to have direct access to Dongbi Village and Sansha Town. There is also an amusement park opposite the hotel. There is a food street about ten minutes walk from the hotel. In short, it is a very cost-effective hotel. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity.
