**Service**: We got lost on our drive, and the young owner even drove an electric cart through the village to find us – truly exceptional service! The lady at the front desk was also incredibly kind and gentle. As we were checking out, my son forgot his headphones, and a staff member thoughtfully brought them out to us. We're very grateful for their thoughtfulness!
**Cleanliness**: Being a new guesthouse, it was spotlessly clean. Plus, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money!

GGuest UserWe traveled on this holiday, and the room by the sea was really beautiful. Although it was a rainy day and we didn't see the sunset, we still saw a different kind of beauty. This homestay is very clean and the service is good. Especially the girls who check in the residents will ask about their requirements and feelings in a timely manner. The breakfast is a little bit monotonous. The overall feeling is still pretty good, and I personally prefer services that are good. Thank you to the girl at the front desk, I forgot to ask her name.

The smart appliances throughout the house were very convenient. The host family was very hospitable and always available to communicate and resolve any issues. I personally stayed in the ocean-view room, and waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise was an experience I will never forget.

Every space was equipped with central air conditioning, a soft-lit vanity mirror ideal for getting ready in comfort, and high-quality branded mattresses that offered the ultimate sleeping experience. It was clear that the management had put great thought into ensuring guests' maximum comfort and relaxation.
One of the standout features for me was the tea house. Being able to sip on freshly brewed tea while looking out over the sea was a simple yet luxurious pleasure. Whether it was watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening or enjoying a peaceful morning with the golden sunrise, the views were always stunning. GGuest UserThis is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

GGuest UserMy friends and I loved our stay here! The room was clean and well equipped with a big window, though the view wasn’t scenic like the pictures appear. The shower was great with lots of hooks, and a little laundry basket beside. Only issue is the toilet is electric and a little loud when used at night. The beds were incredibly comfy!
The hostess was friendly and sent us recommended routes and restaurants, plus sent me a video showing me where to find the car charging station.
Breakfast was simple eggs, soup, youtiao, siu mai, and corn milk. The downstairs dining are is lovely and cosy and we spent a few evenings relaxing downstairs.
It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to Dongbi Village for an amazing dinner with a view, but close to the toll booth leading to the main roads if you want to head south or north to Taimu Shan or the peninsula beaches.

The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room have a panoramic view of the scenery outside the window. The breakfast is Chinese breakfast. The nutrition and health are pleasing to the eye. The boss is warm and strongly recommended. The tide is just right, the sun is just right, Experienced the sea, it is recommended!

IIMASLI booked guesthouses in various destinations in advance for my Spring Festival trip. The first guesthouse I stayed at in Taizhou was disappointing, so I was very worried about the experience at this guesthouse in Xiapu. But in the end, I was very happy to find that this guesthouse completely met my expectations! I was satisfied with the decor, environment, location, and service. The owners were very nice, and they provided plenty of fruit and hot water. The breakfast was also great; the auntie's fried dumplings and seaweed strips were delicious. Before we left, they even packed a bag of oranges for the kids to take with them. We had a great time chatting, and my parents also felt very comfortable!

The surrounding facilities are very good. There are cafes, western restaurants, Chara, bars and some seafood restaurants at night. Hygiene: The hotel is also very clean. Environment: You can see that the hotel's initial remote location is actually its swimming pool, but if you want to take pictures of people, it is recommended to take pictures in the check-in lobby. In addition, its supporting western restaurants are very beautiful. Service: The hotel's service is also very nice. They will call to confirm and send information before the trip.
