Hygiene: Very clean and tidy. The public restrooms on the first floor are very clean, giving people the comfort of going home. I also like the conditioner ๑乛◡乛๑ (◍•ᴗ•◍). Many hotels do not provide conditioner. It is a very detailed service for people with frizzy hair like us.
Environment: I also like the style of the lobby. It’s a pink ❤️ (◍•ᴗ•◍) and I can’t help but want to take pictures. The carpet is also a gradient color, which is very high-end.
Service: I have to praise the service (･ω･) ✋Everyone is really patient and serving customers seriously (ฅ•.•ฅ) ﻌﻌﻌ♥️. I don’t want to stay in a room facing the street because I can’t sleep well. Well, it turned out that the young lady directly upgraded our room and gave us breakfast😍. It was really great. I would also like to praise the new girl who was on duty at the front desk on the night of December 1st. She also thoughtfully helped me iron my skirt. , ironed and sent back to the room, thank you very much! ❤️I really recommend everyone to stay in your hotel to experience your service attitude! The overall environment is tranquil and elegant, with a meticulously maintained garden featuring seasonal flowers blooming all year round, truly like living in a natural oxygen bar. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful and quiet holiday. The food was authentic and made with fresh ingredients; both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff were gentle, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. The time spent here was relaxing and rejuvenating. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle!

When you leave, you will be given a bottle of water to take with you on the road. When you meet the staff on the road, you will warmly say hello. There will also be free midnight snacks in the evening, and there are many types of Zhuju books. , the staff said that if you like books, you can borrow them to read on the go. After reading, you can just return them to any Atour store. I have never encountered this kind of service in other hotels. Like it👍The hotel is very new, clean, and aromatherapy It smells great too. Check-in and check-out are very fast. You can directly leave a billing message on the app. After checking in, you can just click on the bill and the bill will be issued automatically! It's very convenient. In the past, wrong tickets were issued in other places and it was very slow. All in all, it was a very good experience and it has successfully captured my heart. I will choose Atour in the future!

YYantianjianbeidenitianyanzhia~~Every time I travel, I live in this hotel. It is very close to the airport and breakfast, but breakfast is not as good as the previous breakfast. I used to cook noodles and dumplings, but now I don't have them. The service is still in place. The only dissatisfaction this time is the hygiene, the cleaning is not careful, I am shocked, and I will not say the specifics. But the waiter feedback is not bad, very sincere.

The only thing I didn't like is that smoke was coming through the ventilation system from other rooms. Chinese people smoke very much and it is not easy to find a smoke-free place.

The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had both seated and squat toilets side-by-side, haha, voice-activated! There was even an echo when you spoke in the bathroom! The restaurant was on the 17th floor; the tableware was remarkably clean, and there were even children there. The breakfast was plentiful, including large chunks of beef noodles. The restaurant staff were warm and attentive. The receptionist was polite and welcoming. I felt right at home.
