首先我要非常肯定前台那位戴眼鏡的小姐姐，服務態度和品質都非常優秀，無論是説話的語氣方式和表達能力甚至是普通話的標準和語速都是很好的。其次，要提出的是以下幾個問題，第一，酒店的位置不錯，提供了很好的停車條件，但是附近的交通環境可能比想象中的要複雜一點，就比如樓下是餐飲一條街，車和人來來往往，帶小朋友的遊客得注意安全；第二，酒店的設施陳舊，裝修的風格很中古，沒有趕上進步的步伐；第三，我居住的房間窗户面對着樓梯，導致上下樓的腳步聲聽得很清楚；第四，酒店的隔音效果不好，走廊上説話的聲音也很影響休息的效果；第五，房間內燈光昏暗，本來房間就沒有啥採光可言，再加上燈光的不足，會顯得屋內很壓抑。以上是我提出的一些問題，希望引起該酒店管理者的重視。最後，再次表達一下觀點，貴酒店既然有這麼好的一個地理位置優勢所在，以及優秀的員工隊伍，那更應該發揮出自己的優勢，儘可能的在硬件設施的細節上去優化自身，彌補這個不足之處。
