The front desk lady upgraded the room type, the suite is very comfortable, the room is big enough, there is a balcony, dry and wet separation, especially the rocking chair, very comfortable. The toiletries are disposable. We both drink tea and put more water for us. There are 2 sinks, which are convenient to use. Breakfast is ok. The only downside is the smart toilet, which is noisy. I asked the front desk, that's it, okay, I can bear it. The toilet paper is good. Overall good.

Highly recommend the West Virginia Courtyard! The guesthouse is cozy and clean, has hot water, and the service is excellent. The owner gave a guide of recommendations to do in the area, chatted with us, and showed us nearby places to eat. It’s also an easy walk to get to 邛海 if you decide to watch the sunrise in the morning.

This location is great for tourists traveling by car, saving time getting in and out of the city. The hotel service is excellent, and there's a free buffet dinner and late-night snack. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Xichang. The platform on the 3rd floor offers views of Qionghai Lake, which is a nice spot for having tea and barbecue in the evening.

The location of taking children out to play is really super important. This hotel is on the Erhai Sea. Although you can't see the sea view, the hotel is just two minutes walk from the Erhai Sea. It is also very close to Lushan, a few hundred meters. The twin room is also very cost-effective. The most important thing is that the boss’s attitude is really super good. I took the room before I checked in. I originally booked the parent-child room and wanted to change it to the attic twin room. The child liked the decorative tent of the parent-child room. Most of the tourist attractions in Xichang are around Qionghai Lake, and staying opposite Qionghai was perfect. It was quiet and safe. Transportation to the attractions was also very convenient. The landlady was also incredibly kind and proactively upgraded me. I originally booked a 1.5-meter double bed, but she upgraded me for free. She even gave me a discount for extending my stay for another night. Thumbs up! Additionally, there's a balcony on the fourth floor for washing and drying clothes, which is very convenient and thoughtful.

We booked two rooms. Aside from being a bit noisy due to its street location and a faulty door lock, this hotel was fine. However, the service staff varied drastically. The receptionist who worked on the first day of the ***** New Year was very friendly and deserves a positive review. Because of our poor experience on the first day, she promised to change our room to the same price for the second night, and we even paid a deposit. However, when we returned from our trip on the second day, a different receptionist arrived. This staff member was rude and gave our reserved room to someone else without consulting us. She spoke very arrogantly, saying we could get a refund if we didn't want it, and that she would charge extra for our other room.
