JJoseph WilliamFantastic hotel with polite, attentive staff. The view from the room is really nice and the hotel has a nice tranquil feel to it. Outside the hotel there's a few restaurants, bubble tea shops and a convenience store.
The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and big bath. The mini fridge was restocked daily with sparkling water, Costa coffee and beer.
The breakfast was very tasty and although it was a set menu, there's plenty of choice and the menu was rotated between two options so you didn't end up with the same breakfast daily.
There's clothes washing facilities on site with complimentary detergent and softener, which is great for us (we like to travel light).
Overall a 5/5. If I had to be picky, my only issue is that I never did work out how to open the voice controlled curtains.

1. Because we contacted in advance, we arrived at an early flight and were able to arrange check-in immediately;
2. The service response speed was good;
3. The overall cleanliness of the room was ok;
4. During the May Day holiday, we also gave away sweet soup, which was a great sense of ceremony;
5. The front desk checked in quickly.
Next are some small suggestions for improvement:
1. The takeaway guy can deliver directly to the door, which is convenient, but there are also safety hazards;
2. The hotel elevator does not require a card, which also poses a safety hazard;
3. The cleaning is more careful, the supplementary toiletries are leaking, the paper towels that should be thrown away are not cleaned, and the useful straws are thrown away, which is harmless, but can be improved;
4. The mattress and pillow are soft, which is a bit uncomfortable for those with bad necks and waist bones;
5. The air outlet blows directly to the head of the bed, which is dry on dry in Xichang, and the throat is uncomfortable;
6. The sound insulation of the door is not good, and the noise outside the corridor door is often heard, which affects the rest.

GGuest UserBecause the reservation was in a hurry, I was a little worried about the bad experience at the beginning. I didn't expect my relatives and friends to be very satisfied after staying. I praised the beautiful environment and thoughtful service.
Although the hotel is not in the city, the surrounding roads are smooth and convenient to travel. I can't see the Bohai Sea, but it is actually very close to the Bohai Sea. The hotel has a separate yard, which is relatively large in scale. There are pavilions and ponds in the park. The architectural style is quaint. There are also many leisure areas. You can enjoy the sun and drink tea in the yard. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, the favorite was this yard, very suitable for a leisurely holiday, live and play slowly.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a prime location, with ample parking spaces on both sides of the road at the entrance. It is close to Nanhong Agate Street, and you can walk to Qionghai Wetland Park. It is also convenient to drive to Torch Square to watch the Yi Torch Show. The hotel breakfast is delicious, the front desk service is enthusiastic, helping with luggage, delivering fruits every night, providing glutinous rice balls and steamed dumplings, which is very thoughtful. This time, the elderly in my family had stomach discomfort, and the front desk lady provided her own brown sugar. I am very grateful and will choose here next time.

GGuest UserI am quite picky and have serious hygiene issues, but this small yard surprised me so much! It really feels like opening a blind box and finding a treasure! Super satisfied! I'm so satisfied that I want to stay again! Clean and comfortable! Although it is in the ancient city, it is not far from anywhere. It is very special to walk on the country roads! Good parking too! Not far from the inn is the large sunflower garden, and further ahead is the Qionghai Sea! Dashiban Village is also next door. As a gold medal customer of Ctrip, I rarely make this kind of comments, no! Highly recommended! ! You’ll know how good it is once you try it!

They specifically showed me different rooms, including those with different orientations, and both king and twin bed options, displaying great patience throughout. The front desk service definitely deserves high praise. The hotel's hallways have a nice ambiance, and at each corner, there are clear signs indicating the room numbers for that section, which made finding my room much quicker. They provided both white and grey slippers, differentiating between male and female use, which was a thoughtful touch. The beds were also very neatly made. The room I stayed in also had good cross-ventilation, ensuring excellent air circulation.

YYantianjianbeidenitianyanzhia~~Every time I travel, I live in this hotel. It is very close to the airport and breakfast, but breakfast is not as good as the previous breakfast. I used to cook noodles and dumplings, but now I don't have them. The service is still in place.
