The hotel's landscaping is really well done; in June, with all the flowers in bloom, it makes the environment absolutely beautiful. The staff are very welcoming and always greet you when you enter or leave the lobby. Room 3 is quite quiet, and the bedding provided is nice and clean, with comfortable pillows. The room's cleanliness was generally good, though I did spot some cobwebs in the hallway occasionally. Upon checkout, they thoughtfully gave me some tea and water as a gift. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance."

"The room was clean and comfortable; everything from the mattress and pillows to the sofa and disposable amenities was thoughtfully chosen. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had both seated and squat toilets side-by-side, haha, voice-activated! There was even an echo when you spoke in the bathroom! The restaurant was on the 17th floor; the tableware was remarkably clean, and there were even children there. The breakfast was plentiful, including large chunks of beef noodles. The restaurant staff were warm and attentive. The receptionist was polite and welcoming. I felt right at home."

Environment: I also like the style of the lobby. It’s a pink ❤️ (◍•ᴗ•◍) and I can’t help but want to take pictures. The carpet is also a gradient color, which is very high-end.

Anonymous UserThe overall experience of this accommodation selected for a trip to Hangzhou with my girlfriends is full. The whole house is brand new and complete, the whole house is cleaned spotlessly, the towels are individually packaged, and the hygiene is particularly at ease. The air conditioning cooling speed is super fast, it will cool down in a few seconds, and the summer stay is super comfortable. The location is excellent, it is very close to Lingyin Temple to pray for blessings and visit the West Lake. You don't need to travel long distances. The overall price is super high. It is highly recommended to come to Hangzhou to play.

The location is excellent and there is a charging pile. 200 meters next to it is a Wal-Mart supermarket, 100 meters is a barbecue grilled fish street. Breakfast is very rich, there are four kinds of eggs: white eggs, tea eggs, fried eggs, steamed eggs, rare. There are also bean curd, small noodles, rice noodles, hand-picking, etc. The service is very good. From the security guard to the box (the thin one also gave me a few fresh 🍒) to the housekeeping center to send white fungus (💟 handwritten card), full of enthusiasm. Although the facilities are slightly old, it belongs to the ancient four-star hotel style. The small green plants in the room are real, not plastic, and the space is large. The location of the laundry room is even better.

Fanwei｜yunshangsiji説實在的，預訂的時候看到這個開業時間心裏還是有點糾結，但是考慮到老酒店房間面積大，配套足，主要靠邛海近，還是想着試試吧，大不了取消了重新定！但是到酒店真心很滿意，首先房間不是特別新但是配套還在，設施設備還很齊全，看上去也不陳舊，還有一個小陽台，很贊！
其次説服務，必須給那個前台羅阿甲和盧飛點個贊，建議酒店領導重點表揚，因為我出去吃飯手機沒電了，所以掃了一個充電寶是咻電品牌，不是**的，回到酒店沒辦法歸還，前台小夥子知道了之後非常熱情的幫我聯繫各個崗點問問有沒有可以歸還的機器，得知沒有之後又給我借了一個酒店的騎行車，讓我騎車回去還充電寶，來去3公里距離，真心不知道如果沒有這個車要把我走成啥樣！！！就沖這個服務，必須安利一下，不愧是當地最好的酒店，贊贊贊，以後衹住你們家！
