Stepping into my room after checking in, I was instantly disgusted by the butler's actions; it felt like swallowing a fly. I seriously suspect that all the hotel's good reviews are fabricated using this same tactic, and they're incredibly inflated. Logically, butlers should contact guests in advance to facilitate a smooth check-in and enhance the experience, which is perfectly acceptable. But at this hotel, I've witnessed another distorted use of butler service—it's blatantly profit-driven, and their behavior is utterly repulsive.

The front desk service was very good and the room was clean and tidy

On the fifth day of the New Year, I took my family to Guangde to experience the three-piece suite. I stayed at Guangde Taiji Jinling Villa, just next to the Taiji Cave Scenic Area. The environment is elegant, the room is large in size, the facilities are high-end, each has a balcony, and there is a welcome fruit plate. The restaurant downstairs Guangde stew pot is very authentic, very good! Will come again next time!

The hotel is located in Qinxi Town, Jing County, 10 kilometers from the county seat. It is one of the few 4-diamond hotels in Jing County. The hotel covers a large area and parking is convenient. The room is large, clean and tidy, and the bedding is OK. The noodles and wontons cooked for breakfast are good. This morning, I had noodles and wontons, and asked for another bowl of wontons. The wonton cooker was not satisfied and said, ”Don't waste it.” This is the first time I have encountered such a situation. There were too few guests staying, so there were few varieties of breakfast buffets, which we can understand, but I was speechless when this happened. This employee should correct his service attitude. The attitudes of other service staff were very good.

The hotel is in a good location, about 20 minutes walk from Chun'an Street. There is also a bus at the entrance of the hotel. It takes 6 or 7 yuan to take a taxi. The lobby is simple and atmospheric. The front desk lady is warm and thoughtful. When you see the children, you take the initiative to provide children's supplies. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, the environment is quiet, and the lighting is good. But as an old hotel in Guangde, a few points can be improved. The 2 elevators have no linkage function. The peak efficiency is low. The toothbrush brush is hard. If the smart toilet can be equipped with remote control, it will be more perfect.

The in-room Wi-Fi was stable and fast, which was convenient for online work. The hot water in the bathroom was consistent, and daily essentials were well-stocked. The public areas were tidy and elegant, with a quiet atmosphere suitable for both relaxation and temporary work. The price was reasonable, and the overall conditions are well-suited for business travel. The service was professional and attentive, making it a great place to stay for work. I will prioritize this hotel for future business trips.

So, what do you think? The room was generally nice, and the hotel is in a great location, right by the river, convenient for dining and strolling. However, there were two issues (which the hotel probably can't fix): the bathroom had a ”residual odor,” and the door opened in a slightly awkward direction (just my personal opinion).
