The room facilities were quite nice, and the environment was also nice, but it felt like the owner wasn't paying attention. Before we went, I asked if there was a stream in front of or behind the house for children to play in, and they said there was one (very casually). (After all, we were tourists and unfamiliar with the terrain, so a recommendation from a local was crucial). Upon arrival, they confirmed it was right behind the house. We went to take a look, carrying our gear. It was a reservoir, I guess. People were fishing—you guessed it! We turned back again! The breakfast left me speechless. 😓 We went downstairs around 7:30 in the morning, and they told us there was nothing left (there were five of us). There was only a small bowl of porridge, a steamed bun, a fried dough stick, a little soy milk, and noodles. No more words~

The first time I stayed at Atour, I took my children to Anhui by car. I went to Guangde to check in. When I searched for the hotel, I found that this hotel was very new and the score was very high. I looked at the city center. I navigated to the hotel. The environment and surrounding facilities were very close to eating and shopping. Especially the Guangde ”three-piece suit” to punch in is next to it, so decisively choose to stay in Atour! The check-in experience exceeded expectations, the room was beautiful, clean, well-equipped, the quality control was very good, the hygiene and details were very good, the room was very large, the parent-child room had two bathrooms, the bedding was great, the sleeping was very comfortable, the hotel staff service was great, warm and courteous, convenient parking, good breakfast, Next time I come to Guangde, I will choose to stay!

From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch. The buffet breakfast was good, with a nice variety to choose from. Everything was well organized and fresh. What truly stood out was how the staff went above and beyond to help us recover a food delivery that had been sent to the wrong address. Their effort and willingness to assist made a huge difference and showed excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangde. you won’t regret it!

Stepping into my room after checking in, I was instantly disgusted by the butler's actions; it felt like swallowing a fly. I seriously suspect that all the hotel's good reviews are fabricated using this same tactic, and they're incredibly inflated. Logically, butlers should contact guests in advance to facilitate a smooth check-in and enhance the experience, which is perfectly acceptable. But at this hotel, I've witnessed another distorted use of butler service—it's blatantly profit-driven, and their behavior is utterly repulsive.

I was lucky enough to book a suite this time. The room was super large and the bathroom and bathtub were so clean I couldn't bear to use them. My child was diligently doing homework in the living room while I watched TV in the bedroom without disturbing each other. The front desk staff was very warm and proactively provided children's toiletries and slippers. The breakfast ingredients were fresh and hygienic, and the beef noodles and tripe were really delicious. 😋 I've definitely recommended this hotel to my friends. It's a very cost-effective hotel.

Four-star hotel, very grand, it is indeed a model base for elderly care, the room is large, the basic facilities are pretty good, because it has been a little smelly after a long time, it is acceptable, but the toilet in our room is a little shaky, the children are not stable to sit. The breakfast is not satisfactory, a little hungry, it is recommended to eat early breakfast if you go, the noodles are still good. There is nothing to eat around, our family drove to the city to eat at night, and it took a few minutes to get to the square, KFC, Lao Xiangji snacks and hot pot. It is still recommended, it is full during the May Day holiday.

Checked in twice in one week. The first time the TV remote control was broken, but I didn't care because it was the era of mobile phones. The second time I checked in after 1pm, took a nap, and felt the bed was damp, and there were small black flies, I thought it was from the afternoon of the previous few days, so I didn't care. I went out for a social event at night and arrived at the room at 10pm, and then went to bed after 12pm, and had a nightmare when I fell asleep, and then I felt short of breath (feeling ******), I quickly got up and felt cold all over, (the room was facing the elevator) went downstairs to explain the reason, and asked to change rooms, even if I had to pay, but I was told that I couldn't change unless I checked out, because I drank at night, I could only walk to change hotels after 1am.

Traveling so many places, the first time I experienced the star service treatment in the county-level hotel service! The room was clean and tidy, and two breakfasts were also presented. The breakfast was a buffet with many varieties. Because I checked out earlier, it should be the night shift lady who helped me get my luggage to the car!
