GGuest UserCleanliness: Surface clean. I don't know if it's because we live in the mountains, but I noticed small red bugs on my bed when I went to bed. There were also three large black bugs in the bathroom, and I don't know what they were.
Environment: I came here for the 270-degree view. The hotel is located in Banqiao Village, in the middle of the Sichuan-Tibet Highway. We drove to the middle of the hotel at night, and it was already dark. The next morning, the windows were covered in steam, with three large circles on each window, making it impossible to see anything. Since we had to leave early and needed to hurry, we didn't wait for the steam to dissipate. I came here to take pictures of the mountain views, so it was a bit of a shame.

GGuest UserI chose Guangde for a weekend trip, specifically to experience the highly-rated 'Guangde Three-Piece Set'. After a long search, I decided to stay at the Guangde New Century Hotel, which has consistently good reviews.
However, there was a minor hiccup on the night I checked in: the room felt quite stuffy and hot, likely due to the changing seasons. I called the front desk, and they explained that the central air conditioning couldn't be switched to cooling mode at the moment. While I understand the hotel's operational logic, being someone who's sensitive to heat, I didn't get much rest that night and felt quite tired the next day. When checking out, a young man with glasses (I forgot his name) proactively asked about my stay. When I mentioned the heat in the room, he didn't just give a cold, perfunctory response. Instead, he apologized very sincerely and kindly, showing genuine empathy, which immediately diffused any frustration I had. He also noticed I had my little ones with me and gave them two packs of peach crisps. It was a very heartwarming gesture. As a parent, these small acts of consideration for children really hit home.
Overall, everything was great. But if the central air conditioning can't provide cooling or heating due to seasonal changes, leading to a poor guest experience, that's really not worth it. I suggest the hotel invest in more fans, portable air conditioners, and other solutions. If I come back to Guangde, I'd most likely stay at New Century Grand Hotel again because, apart from the AC issue, everything else would get a perfect score.

AAnonymous UserThe stay experience was particularly good. The room was cleaned, there was no smell, and the bed was very stable. The location is excellent and it is very convenient to go out. Xiaoguan and Xiao Zhou at the front desk are friendly and respond promptly if there is a problem. The overall price is very high, and I will give priority to this next time I come.

I remembered that I walked from Shezhu to Langxi to shop with my father more than 40 years ago, and the scene was still in front of me, so I wanted to visit Langxi. I was attracted by the high-rise buildings in the city, so I chose Junlan Hotel to stay. The lobby is spacious and clean, and the check-in service is considerate. The room is quite large, with advanced and complete equipment and facilities, such as smart toilets and smart curtains, and yogurt and fruit were given as gifts. Thank you for your sincere and thoughtful service.

GGuest UserFour-star hotel, very grand, it is indeed a model base for elderly care, the room is large, the basic facilities are pretty good, because it has been a little smelly after a long time, it is acceptable, but the toilet in our room is a little shaky, the children are not stable to sit.
The breakfast is not satisfactory, a little hungry, it is recommended to eat early breakfast if you go, the noodles are still good. There is nothing to eat around, our family drove to the city to eat at night, and it took a few minutes to get to the square, KFC, Lao Xiangji snacks and hot pot. It is still recommended, it is full during the May Day holiday.

220110116The hotel is in a town below Jixian County. The hotel itself is one of the elements in the Xuan Paper Industrial Park. The hotel building is a Jiangnan feature of the white wall and black roof. You can see it from a long distance. The room area is not small. You can take a rest with an open-air terrace. The facilities are also OK. The details of the hygiene are slightly flawed. It is definitely not comparable to the brand chain hotel. The breakfast is simpler, but considering other aspects of the characteristics, this hotel is still very attractive. There is a large open space near the riverside suitable for camping barbecue fireworks. The riverside coffee shop is also suitable for viewing. Tickets for the Xuan Paper Industrial Park are presented. You can visit the Xuan Paper production process and participate in the experience. The staff service is very good. You can also hold banquets and meetings. The hotel students will be perfect if they further improve.

There were more parking spaces in the parking lot and free parking. The facilities in the room are very complete, clean and tidy, and the daily necessities are all available. GGuest UserJixi County is very small, but the environment is beautiful. The location of the hotel personally feels that it is in the old city. It is still possible to drive by car. A river-circle trail is too suitable for walking at night. Magnolia Chain Hotel is affordable.

It happened that the 510 guest locked the insurance lock inside. There was no situation, and the 510 guests were shocked. It feels very bad to stay in such a store, so please pay attention to this situation and train more. I didn't say hello to Room 510 in time. I don't know why this and the waiter swiped the card to enter the guest room. I also hope you will pay attention to this aspect, but I should not stay at this hotel again. Feeling poor stay.
