GGuest UserThe room facilities were quite nice, and the environment was also nice, but it felt like the owner wasn't paying attention. Before we went, I asked if there was a stream in front of or behind the house for children to play in, and they said there was one (very casually). (After all, we were tourists and unfamiliar with the terrain, so a recommendation from a local was crucial). Upon arrival, they confirmed it was right behind the house. We went to take a look, carrying our gear. It was a reservoir, I guess. People were fishing—you guessed it! We turned back again! The breakfast left me speechless. 😓 We went downstairs around 7:30 in the morning, and they told us there was nothing left (there were five of us). There was only a small bowl of porridge, a steamed bun, a fried dough stick, a little soy milk, and noodles. No more words~

GGuest UserI chose Guangde for a weekend trip, specifically to experience the highly-rated 'Guangde Three-Piece Set'. After a long search, I decided to stay at the Guangde New Century Hotel, which has consistently good reviews.
However, there was a minor hiccup on the night I checked in: the room felt quite stuffy and hot, likely due to the changing seasons. I called the front desk, and they explained that the central air conditioning couldn't be switched to cooling mode at the moment. While I understand the hotel's operational logic, being someone who's sensitive to heat, I didn't get much rest that night and felt quite tired the next day. When checking out, a young man with glasses (I forgot his name) proactively asked about my stay. When I mentioned the heat in the room, he didn't just give a cold, perfunctory response. Instead, he apologized very sincerely and kindly, showing genuine empathy, which immediately diffused any frustration I had. He also noticed I had my little ones with me and gave them two packs of peach crisps. It was a very heartwarming gesture. As a parent, these small acts of consideration for children really hit home.
Overall, everything was great. But if the central air conditioning can't provide cooling or heating due to seasonal changes, leading to a poor guest experience, that's really not worth it. I suggest the hotel invest in more fans, portable air conditioners, and other solutions. If I come back to Guangde, I'd most likely stay at New Century Grand Hotel again because, apart from the AC issue, everything else would get a perfect score.

GGuest UserThis stay experience was super surprise! The front desk service was warm and efficient, the check-in was smooth, and the surrounding play guide was also actively informed. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the night before going to bed was good, and the sound insulation was superb and not noisy at all. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, and the hot water is sufficient and the water temperature is stable. The hotel is conveniently located, there are supermarkets and restaurants when you go out, and it is super convenient to travel. The price is directly full, the details are full of care, whether it is a business trip or a trip is very suitable, has been recommended to friends, next time you come to choose this!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in Qinxi Town, Jing County, 10 kilometers from the county seat. It is one of the few 4-diamond hotels in Jing County. The hotel covers a large area and parking is convenient. The room is large, clean and tidy, and the bedding is OK. The noodles and wontons cooked for breakfast are good. This morning, I had noodles and wontons, and asked for another bowl of wontons. The wonton cooker was not satisfied and said, ”Don't waste it.” This is the first time I have encountered such a situation. There were too few guests staying, so there were few varieties of breakfast buffets, which we can understand, but I was speechless when this happened. This employee should correct his service attitude. The attitudes of other service staff were very good.

The hotel building is a Jiangnan feature of the white wall and black roof. You can see it from a long distance. The room area is not small. You can take a rest with an open-air terrace. The facilities are also OK. The details of the hygiene are slightly flawed. It is definitely not comparable to the brand chain hotel. The breakfast is simpler, but considering other aspects of the characteristics, this hotel is still very attractive. There is a large open space near the riverside suitable for camping barbecue fireworks. The riverside coffee shop is also suitable for viewing. Tickets for the Xuan Paper Industrial Park are presented. You can visit the Xuan Paper production process and participate in the experience. The staff service is very good. You can also hold banquets and meetings. The hotel students will be perfect if they further improve.

I slept with the air conditioner for one night and I was afraid of catching a cold. You have to wear a coat to stay in the house. Breakfast is very simple and can be full. I have lived in many hotels before, and I always feel that I am crowded and have to be careful when I turn over. But the bed here can be fully stretched free of charge, the mattress is moderately firm, the bedding is clean and refreshing, the night sleep is particularly heavy, and the morning is comfortable. In addition to the bedding, the room is very clean as a whole, the front desk service is also very warm, and the check-in and check-out are very efficient. In short, these two spacious and comfortable beds are worth highly recommending! I will choose this one next time.
