Going out to play and passing by Ningguo for a day, I booked this homestay. The boss is super good, warm and thoughtful. The homestay has a super large yard. It is well organized and can be seen that it is very careful. The grass is regularly trimmed. There are also swimming pools and sand pools. It is also very convenient to bring a baby. We set this private room for bathing, the privacy is great, the couple is not bad, the homestay has free KTV, there is an oven, and you can barbecue. The boss is very enthusiastic. He also recommended us fun and delicious places nearby. It is also very close to the entrance of the Sichuan-Tibet line in southern Anhui. The weather is hot and the summer is rafting. Will definitely stay here again.

The room facilities were quite nice, and the environment was also nice, but it felt like the owner wasn't paying attention. Before we went, I asked if there was a stream in front of or behind the house for children to play in, and they said there was one (very casually). (After all, we were tourists and unfamiliar with the terrain, so a recommendation from a local was crucial). Upon arrival, they confirmed it was right behind the house. We went to take a look, carrying our gear. It was a reservoir, I guess. People were fishing—you guessed it! We turned back again! The breakfast left me speechless. 😓 We went downstairs around 7:30 in the morning, and they told us there was nothing left (there were five of us). There was only a small bowl of porridge, a steamed bun, a fried dough stick, a little soy milk, and noodles. No more words~

This stay is really super satisfied! The location of the hotel is very good, in the center of the county, it is convenient to go out to visit the attractions by car, the price is very reasonable, and the price is very high. Xiaofang at the front desk is very serious and responsible. Check-in is quick and patient, and if there is any problem, he will help solve it in time. The breakfast category is quite rich and the taste is good. The local topping noodles are delicious! The room facilities are very complete, the hygiene is clean and tidy, there is a small refrigerator, there is a gym pool, and the laundry room is particularly convenient. The hotel also has a pick-up and drop-off parking service, it is good to go to the parking lot without walking! . You can also wear cheongsam for free to punch in and take pictures. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch. The buffet breakfast was good, with a nice variety to choose from. Everything was well organized and fresh. What truly stood out was how the staff went above and beyond to help us recover a food delivery that had been sent to the wrong address. Their effort and willingness to assist made a huge difference and showed excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangde. you won’t regret it!

It was really just average. I saw all the good reviews online when I booked, but the price-performance ratio wasn't high. The courtyard looked like it would be great for photos, but it was just so-so. The rooms were small, with only a small, non-open window in the attic on the second floor, making the overall feeling very cramped and poorly ventilated. The air conditioning was practically useless this time of year; it was unbearably hot in the attic, but the air didn't reach downstairs, making it freezing, especially at night. The room itself looked reasonably clean, but there were stains on the sheets, and the towels were yellowed and blackened. As for the service, we were told we'd be notified of our dinner reservation, but we didn't receive a notification at the booked time. So we went downstairs to check, only to find the food already cooked and on the table. If we had just waited in the room, the food would probably have been cold by then. The location of the guesthouse is 2 kilometers from the Redwood Forest, which is a bit awkward. Walking is quite a distance due to the mountain roads, but driving near the Redwood Forest is extremely congested. I recommend booking a guesthouse opposite the Redwood Forest scenic area for better access to the forest and to see the morning mist.

Four-star hotel, very grand, it is indeed a model base for elderly care, the room is large, the basic facilities are pretty good, because it has been a little smelly after a long time, it is acceptable, but the toilet in our room is a little shaky, the children are not stable to sit. The breakfast is not satisfactory, a little hungry, it is recommended to eat early breakfast if you go, the noodles are still good. There is nothing to eat around, our family drove to the city to eat at night, and it took a few minutes to get to the square, KFC, Lao Xiangji snacks and hot pot. It is still recommended, it is full during the May Day holiday.

However, there were two issues (which the hotel probably can't fix): the bathroom had a ”residual odor,” and the door opened in a slightly awkward direction (just my personal opinion).

The air in the morning is particularly good. Service: The car will come out to greet the boss as soon as it arrives. The car is not easy to stop. The boss will personally help to stop it. The luggage will also help to take it upstairs. The service is very careful.
