GGuest UserThis hotel was absolutely fantastic! The lobby was incredibly grand, and the staff were all very welcoming and made check-in incredibly quick. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, and the bed was so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom facilities were also excellent, with plenty of hot water, making showering a truly enjoyable experience. The room was also very soundproof, ensuring a quiet night's sleep for me. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of breads, pastries, fruits, and drinks, all of which tasted great. They even brought my laundry to my room – washed, dried, and returned it! They also warmed up the dumplings I ordered and brought them to my room. Overall, this stay was excellent, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

YYigepingdandefengcaiFrom Qingdao to Zhangjiajie, we stopped in Xuchang on the way back. We got off the highway at 9pm. The hotel is not far from the highway. It looks very grand from the outside. The lobby is also very gorgeous and well decorated. We booked a standard room. Because we brought children with us, we asked in advance if we could help put the beds together. The cups and towels in the room were all plastic-sealed, which was great. There were disposable toilet mats and wet wipes. We hadn't had dinner when we arrived, so the front desk gave us two bags of food, bread, yogurt, and children's washing supplies. After playing for several days, this hotel has the best breakfast, with many varieties, as well as spicy soup and tofu brain. It's a pity that there are too many. I had diarrhea in the morning and didn't dare to eat too much, so I drank a bowl of millet porridge. 😭 I feel particularly at a loss. I'll come back to eat there if I have a chance. There is a fast charger in the hotel parking lot, but I didn't understand how to use it. It's very new. I gave a small bracelet when I left. The service staff are enthusiastic and all smiles. Recommended to stay.

What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I will improve my Chinese to improve our interpersonal relations. If I could, I would keep this place to myself. See you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ your friend 宝贵的

Mminoz_ImIt is just opposite the Xuchang Railway Station. The space is well utilized. This tatami room does not waste any space. It is fully equipped with laundry detergent and facial cleanser. It is close to Pang Donglai. I bought tea sets and tea leaves. The service is very good. The parking lot is large and you can park and charge. Linxia (DC charging pile)

GGuest UserI won’t recommend this hostel unless they sincerely listen to my feedback and take prompt action to improve their standard and service.
Here are a few tips to follow while booking your room base on my experience:
All the room layouts and sizes are exactly the same, the only difference between them are openable windows and extra teaset.
Their breakfast is Rey simple for the price, you can find much better options from a cross the road in PDL and for much better value.
Although they mention that they can receive foreign guests, they rely on translation devices. But they don’t actually have trained English-speaking personnel.
I have already reported hygiene, cleanliness and service issues to their management. And I hope they can improve.

AAnonymous UserIt is said to be the first Atour in Xuchang, the latest version, with stylish decoration and super nice service. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She took us to the guest room and introduced us to the room facilities. The bath water was great! The hygienic details are also very clean, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The breakfast is the best I have ever stayed in Atour. I am very satisfied. It is my first choice when visiting Xuchang!

XXiamiWe accidentally saw this hotel after driving off the highway. The door was super big. I didn't expect it to be an unexpected surprise! The parking lot is very large and very good parking, the room is super clean! The details are full of care. The bedding is soft and comfortable. Hot water is super good! The service has nothing to say, from the enthusiasm and caring at the front desk when checking in, to the rapid response of various needs during the stay, and also helped arrange the adjacent rooms. The staff showed a high professionalism, which made people feel warm. And the price is affordable, the price is super high, and it stands out in the same price hotel. Next time you come to Xuchang, you will definitely choose this one!

GGuest UserIn general very nice hotel. Friendly staff besides no one could speak in English fluently (but they were very proactive and experts using translation apps and AI). Anyway, not so many foreigners in Xuchang. Cleaning is very good, they give you water and tea everyday. Breakfast is a lot of food, mostly Chinese but also eggs, omelette, bread and sausage. My negative feedback is that coffee there was not good, I think the machine and the grains are not ideal. In general very worthy the price but I believe the gym could be improved with one or two benches and maybe some essential machinery. The rest let me very satisfied and I even prolonged my stay. Staff is very happy what gives you a nice vibe!
