I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless. We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden. • True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. This hotel is located in Yanling County, Xuchang City, about 20 kilometers away from the city. It is recommended to drive there by yourself. As soon as we arrived at the hotel parking lot, the staff proactively greeted us and arranged a shuttle bus to help us transport our luggage. When checking in, you will be accompanied by a dedicated person throughout the entire process and the service will be attentive. The hotel has a beautiful environment, full sense of design, vast green area, and fresh and pleasant air. Our room was 48 square meters in size, with some Japanese style, spacious and excellent sound insulation. After closing the door, the room is very quiet. Two new sets of home clothes are placed on the bed, and two new soft and comfortable bathrobes are hung on the hangers. The minibar in the room is fully equipped, including wine glasses, water glasses, coffee cups, coffee machines, tea bags, mineral water, Coke, Sprite and two bottles of imported drinks. The refrigerator is also very effective in cooling. We went to the hot springs in the evening. Since it was late and it was a working day, there were few people in the hot spring area and the experience was great. While soaking in the hot springs, the staff also provides hot drinks and fruit plates from time to time. The meticulous service makes people feel warm.

Because it's a new hotel, there was a strong smell in the room upon entering, which improved a lot after opening the windows and turning on the air conditioning. The air conditioning is central, but it's remote-controlled. The remote is not very sensitive; I couldn't adjust the fan height, so I had to manually move the baffle of the air vent. Overall service was acceptable. The hotel staff didn't help with luggage, and there were no toiletries or slippers for children. I wanted a child's toilet seat, but the front desk said they didn't have any and brought a disposable toilet seat cover, but it didn't fit the toilet seat at all. The hotel bathroom and shower share a sliding door, meaning if both are using the bathroom simultaneously, one person will be in an open position – something I've never encountered in other hotels. The breakfast was also quite average; it's not worth the 49 yuan fee. The twin rooms couldn't be combined, and the basement was very small, making it inconvenient to turn around. The advantages are that there's plenty of bottled water, a laundry room, and a dryer.

In your leisure time, you can sit in a daze in the small courtyard, and the atmosphere is directly full. Breakfast is also completely beyond expectations, the dishes are rich and not perfunctory, the taste is authentic and delicious, hot porridge, noodles, side dishes are all available, and I eat full of vitality every morning. The room is clean and tidy, the overall price is super high, the scenery, service, catering are all online, I highly recommend it to friends!

It's really close to Fat Donglai Jinhui Store. It's just downstairs. There aren't too many people going there on weekends. No room card or password input is required. The room is relatively clean. The bathroom sometimes has a bit of an odor. It's good to watch TV with a projector. The parking lot is shared with Pandong Lai Supermarket. There are charging stations. You can give the hotel your license plate number for free when you leave, which is very convenient.

Eleven parent-child trips, a family of three, for this special small holiday, I feel that Xuchang Yunjin is the most right choice, few people, good service, the price is really very favorable, not only including breakfast, but also hot spring tickets, parking is also very convenient, parking lot is large, the whole hotel environment is very good, I especially like the air, because it is not in Xuchang City. If you eat, it may be a bit far away. It starts at 10 kilometers, but generally we will bring snacks and some food when we go out. So, this can be ignored. I will go again next time. There is also a playground nearby where you can take your children. Price concessions to doubt life!
