I pay a similar price, the hotel gives me a similar room, and I wake up and say goodbye to the two of us. This time, I also booked a room casually because the price was right. Let me talk about the receptionist first. They are all enthusiastic and patient. They called to confirm the check-in time before checking in. It rained heavily in Xuchang on the day I came. The front desk also specifically reminded me to pay attention to the weather when traveling and contact me at any time if I have any questions. It was quite considerate; I was also given a free room upgrade when I checked in, which was a surprise. There is also a microwave and self-service bottled water in the lobby.
The hotel should be newly opened, the decoration is very new, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is also very comfortable. The large room has plenty of space and it is very comfortable to live in. There is also a free laundry service. You can pack your clothes and write a laundry list. The waiter will take the clothes to help wash and dry them when cleaning the room. You can also take the initiative to tell the front desk to ask the waiter to take the clothes to the laundry room to wash them. The washed clothes will be carefully folded and packed separately for delivery, which is very helpful for me who is always on the road for business trips.
In addition, I received a handwritten card from the waiter after cleaning, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the waiter aunt may be busy every day, so I don't think I would mind if she changed to a uniformly printed greeting card.
The hotel is not far from Xuchang East Station. You can walk one kilometer to Pangdonglai Shopping Mall nearby, which is very convenient for travel and dining.
In general, it was a very satisfactory experience. I didn't expect such high-quality service. If I have the opportunity to come to Xuchang in the future, I think this will be my first choice.

When we checked in, the weather was bad, but the staff immediately greeted us with umbrellas and even reserved a parking space for us. The receptionist saw we had luggage and immediately helped us to our room. The housekeeping was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.
