My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Yuzhou exceeded all expectations, earning a definite thumbs-up! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and the lobby is spotless and impressive. Check-in was quick and efficient thanks to the friendly and attentive front desk staff. My room was bright and clean with a sensible layout. The bedding was comfortable, and the mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, consistent hot water, and quality toiletries. The soundproofing was excellent, making for a quiet and peaceful night. The amenities are top-notch: a wide variety of delicious breakfast options, and a practical, thoughtful gym and laundry room. The hygiene was impeccable, with no strange smells or overlooked corners, making for a worry-free stay. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yuzhou – highly recommended!

Came to Xuchang with the kids, and everyone highly recommended this hotel when we were looking for a place to stay. We stayed for two nights, and it was indeed very good. The transportation isn't great; you'll need to take a taxi to get around, or it's more convenient if you're driving. The hotel is very large, and the service is absolutely fantastic – it feels like everyone is really striving to be as good as Pang Dong Lai! If you need anything for your room, a quick call and it's delivered right away. They also bring fresh fruit daily. The staff genuinely treats guests well, not just going through the motions. The only drawback is that the hotel breakfast is just average, and the restaurant is a bit small. During holidays, their capacity seems a bit stretched. Hope they can continue to improve!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless. We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them. Why this hotel stands out: • The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden. • True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful! • Top-Notch Service: They go above and beyond to assist with any request, no matter how complex the ”lost in translation” moment might be. If you’re a solo traveler or someone who doesn't speak the local language, stay here. You will be in great hands. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel so well-assisted!

Where to start? What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. On Xuchang Central Avenue, very close to the highway intersection, the bed is big enough and very comfortable. The hotel facilities and the surrounding business environment are also very good. The room layout is very careful. Breakfast is very rich

It's incredibly convenient for families traveling together; Pang Donglai is right outside the door, and all the equipment is the latest 4.0 version. The front desk staff are very helpful! The housekeeping staff are also very attentive! I highly recommend it!

I must give 5 points of praise, if possible I would give 5+! ! ! The service is attentive and considerate to the point that I feel that Seven Star Hotel may not do better than him. From the welcome at the front desk to the parking lot, everything is in place, very friendly, and the hardware configuration is also very comprehensive. Breakfast was not included when booking, but the front desk took the initiative to give it to me and said that breakfast was 29 yuan per person. I didn't expect much at first, but unexpectedly the breakfast was very rich! I really stayed at a treasure hotel. I couldn’t help but ask the lady at the front desk if the hotel had anything to do with Fat Donglai. Of course I got a negative answer🤣The reason why I asked this was really because of their service It can be called the ”Fat Dong Lai” in the hotel industry, haha.

This is a wonderful property! The staff are very friendly and the location works very well for me. My only concern is that smoking is allowed in the hotel. I believe it is that way in all of China. I think Hotels should not allow any smoking but short of that, they should designate at least one or two floors as completely, not smoking. Cigarette smoke has been proven to be deadly to both the smoker and those people are around them. It is unhealthy and it just smells bad. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping and the security gentleman outside are all wonderful people and have made me feel very welcome here. 

The hotel facilities are all new. The room is clean and the breakfast is delicious. The service of the front desk lady is very good. The price is not expensive in the city. The accommodation environment and hygiene are much better than those of the same price express hotels. The service attitude is standard.
