The hotel's Chinese-style decor was elegant and warm, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, making me feel very safe and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The surrounding area was quiet and convenient, and the staff were warm and attentive, making every detail feel pleasant. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it!

AArtem ShakirovI had a very pleasant stay at H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) and would gladly choose this hotel again. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to Pangdonglai, shops, restaurants, and public transportation, yet the area itself is quiet and comfortable for rest. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Even with limited English, communication was friendly and effective, which made the stay much easier. The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed with a modern style. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the room was well soundproofed, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and complete amenities. Breakfast exceeded expectations — a good variety of fresh and tasty dishes, suitable for both Chinese and international guests. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which was important for work and daily use. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, high service standards, and a comfortable environment. I highly recommend H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) for both business and leisure travelers visiting Xuchang.

PPrecious Martha Rose KayWhere to start? What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I will improve my Chinese to improve our interpersonal relations. If I could, I would keep this place to myself. See you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ your friend 宝贵的

ZZeyulvyoumakabakaThe hotel is really great, with a large parking lot which is very convenient. The biggest surprise was that the hotel staff helped me wash my car for free. When I left the next morning, I found a small friendship card, which was really heartwarming and I was moved by the people of Xuchang.

GGuest UserThe experience of staying here is very satisfactory! The room is more spacious and bright than expected, the decoration style is simple and modern, it looks very new and clean. The floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view overlooking the city street. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and a good night's sleep. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is fast and stable. The details are also very intimate: a variety of charging ports are provided, a small refrigerator is full of drinks, and free tea bags and coffee. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out procedures were fast. The location is also very convenient, walking to the subway station and the surrounding business district is very close. Very good value for money, whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it will be the first choice next time!

SShiluodexingchenThe hotel is very close to the Cao Wei Ancient City. Turn right outside the hotel and you'll be there in a few minutes. It's also within walking distance of Pangdonglai Life Plaza and Times Square. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, helping with parking instructions and providing sun visors. They also put protective covers on our ID cards during check-in. When we left, our child's watch was left at the hotel, and they helped ship it to our next destination. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a family trip.

The accommodation environment and hygiene are much better than those of the same price express hotels. The service attitude is standard.

The breakfast was quite rich, the soundproofing was good, it was quiet, and I had a good rest. The little robot is very cute. We also provided a shopping guide for Fat Donglai. Unfortunately, I arrived too late on the way and left early in the morning, so I didn’t go. The Yuzhou Thirteen Bowl recommended by the lady at the front desk is delicious.

GGuest UserThis hotel stay was quite a pleasant experience. The bedding felt soft to the touch, and the sheets and duvet covers looked clean, which made for a very restful night's sleep. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. They also patiently gave me directions to a nearby snack street when I asked. The room was very clean; there was no dust on the floor, and no water stains on the bathroom sink. The bathroom was dry and overall, it was excellent value for money.
