First, the positives: great location right next to a shopping mall, the hotel itself is well-decorated, and the hygiene is good. Now for the only and most unbearable downside: the soundproofing is terrible! I can somewhat tolerate the noise of people talking in the hallway, but the main issue is the design of the doors. When other rooms close their doors, it feels like my room is shaking, and the sound is incredibly loud. I didn't get any good sleep at night.

We brought our kids to Zhuzhou for Fantawild Adventure and Dreamland, and chose the Wyndham Hotel. For the price, the environment here offers incredible value for money. The rooms are modern, fully smart-enabled, with smart toilets, and the shower water pressure is great, making for a really comfortable shower experience. They also have electric curtains. The hand soap and laundry detergent smell lovely, and I especially loved the scent of the shampoo and body wash. At this price, breakfast is included, and the variety was more than enough for our needs. They even offer a late-night porridge! Oh, and there's a robot that can deliver takeout to your room. We stayed for two nights, and the staff were all super friendly. At checkout, they even gave our kids some snacks, which made them so happy. My kids said they want to stay here again next time we visit Fantawild in Zhuzhou! 😄 Hygiene: Excellent, the cleaning staff did a fantastic job.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and helped call a car to pick me up at the station. Even the cleaning lady was very considerate. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience! Invited by a friend to visit Liling Ceramic Valley, I booked a room temporarily. I got a leisure suite by accident. Hygiene: Average. I understand that it was because of the rush to get a room, and the details of the bathroom hygiene need to be paid attention to. Environment: Satisfactory. The front desk said that the leisure suites are all on the seventh floor, so I can hear the sound of the mahjong machine in the next room, so I won’t say anything. Facilities: Complete. Everything you need. Service: Needs to be improved. I called the front desk and thought I could send two more bottles of free water, but there was no, they just emphasized that there was water for sale in the vending machine outside.

The hotel restaurant serves Liling cuisine, cooked to suit individual tastes, and the food is quite good. There is both surface and underground parking. The staff are warm and welcoming. The breakfast selection is plentiful. The hotel is not far from both sides of the river, making it a great place for an after-dinner stroll. The lights are beautiful at night.
