LLendanearIt’s a great hotel that is very new and modem. The rooms are a great size and feature a giant 75 inch tv recessed in the wall. There’s a fridge with coke and sprite and bottled water which is ( usually) topped up each day.
The staff appear to nit be able to speak any English whatsoever, which could possibly be a big problem. The included breakfast is supposed to have a western portion but that was non existent, including no cold milk for the small amount of cereal they provided. The cleaning maintenance, especially in the public areas is quite poor, especially the carpeted areas including the lifts. The hotel isn’t complete yet, they are still working of different floors so that’s a reason for the dirt possibly. Smoking is everywhere including the lounge areas in the lobby and the breakfast area, but in this city, seems to be par for the course. (Revolting).
The price is quite reasonable, given what you get, although i found out that the Hyatt Regency was only about $50 Australian dollars a night more and vastly superior.
To sim up, you get what you pay for, but in this case, apart from the shortcomings mentioned, that’s quite a lot.

GGuest UserThe overall feeling is very good, the room is very comfortable, but I forgot to take pictures, the service attitude of the front desk lady is very good, kind and cute, thank you very much! The sanitary environment is as good as ever, the breakfast is very delicious, you can see the river view, it is also very close to the surrounding attractions, the transportation is convenient, the best choice for business trips, Atour is very trustworthy! Few comments, really like to comment ～

GGuest UserThe area is a bit run-down, disorganized, and dirty. But the Lotus Hotel does stick out like a real lotus in the mud. The breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and modern.

GGuest UserStayed here during a trip to Zhuzhou and came away genuinely impressed for the price. If you’re comparing bang-for-buck, this easily outperforms pricier branded hotels in the region.
The room was spacious and the bathroom comfortably sized — a refreshing change from what we’d experienced elsewhere. Water pressure in the shower was excellent, which is honestly one of those things you don’t think about until it’s bad. The automated curtains and auto-flush toilet were nice modern touches that added to the overall comfort.
The location is slightly off the beaten path, which might put some travellers off. That said, there are nearby eateries within reach and getting around via Didi is straightforward — a quick booking and you’re sorted. In China, Didi really removes the friction of being in an unfamiliar area.
Overall, a solid stay. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone visiting Zhuzhou who wants good quality without overpaying for a name.

AAnonymous UserI don't know if it's because of the quilt or something else, but it's not soft and sticks to my body and I'm so hot that I couldn't fall asleep in the middle of the night. The sound insulation is also poor. It's noisy near the road, and there are people playing in the corridor late at night.

QQiufengThe hotel has a very design-oriented appearance, the lobby is spacious and bright, the front desk staff is very nice, the rooms are large and clean, the buffet breakfast has a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the lady also gave me two bottles of water when I checked out. XXuvI have been here many times, and I have always stayed at Jiajia Hotel. The experience is very good. The front desk lady is warmly received. The most memorable is the buffet breakfast. It is very fragrant. I am already a frequent visitor. The hotel is very good. All aspects of service are meticulous and thoughtful. It is recommended to stay.

The overall environment of the hotel is elegant and atmospheric, and the atmosphere is calm and decent; The rooms are spacious, bright, clean and comfortable, soundproofing and privacy are done very well, whether it is daily check-in or reception of important customers, business negotiations are particularly suitable. The facilities are complete and intimate, the free parking space is sufficient to travel worry-free, and the breakfast can also eat authentic local specialty home powder, full of fireworks.
