This stay experience is perfect! The hotel facilities and equipment are super complete, the bedding in the room is soft and skin-friendly, and the details are ecstatic! The service is impeccable, from the warm reception at the front desk to the intimate recommendation of surrounding attractions, the staff are patient and professional throughout the whole process. The breakfast variety is so rich that it is difficult to choose, with Chinese and Western meals, freshly made pastries, fresh fruits, and even freshly ground coffee! The parking lot is spacious and free, and parking is super convenient. Follow the navigation, the location is very easy to find, and the surrounding transportation is also very convenient. I will choose here without hesitation next time I come! Highly recommended!

Stayed here during a trip to Zhuzhou and came away genuinely impressed for the price. If you’re comparing bang-for-buck, this easily outperforms pricier branded hotels in the region. The room was spacious and the bathroom comfortably sized — a refreshing change from what we’d experienced elsewhere. Water pressure in the shower was excellent, which is honestly one of those things you don’t think about until it’s bad. The automated curtains and auto-flush toilet were nice modern touches that added to the overall comfort. The location is slightly off the beaten path, which might put some travellers off. That said, there are nearby eateries within reach and getting around via Didi is straightforward — a quick booking and you’re sorted. In China, Didi really removes the friction of being in an unfamiliar area. Overall, a solid stay. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone visiting Zhuzhou who wants good quality without overpaying for a name.

The hotel environment is very good, there is no noise, I finally know why there is a bedding on the Internet, it is really comfortable to sleep until dawn. The front desk is very good, the takeaway also has a robot to send upstairs, come out is the riverside can take a walk, will choose this next business trip

I used my holiday trip in Liling city with Lotus hotel where I located not far from center of Liling city and the hotel have full facilities. And the room is so big for rest with appropriated proportions. The lotus hotel is so clean. Moreover, staff team is so kind and friendly for all guests especially foreigners are warmly welcomed from them. They tried to suggest everything for you living in here and solve the problem from guests with smoothly process. Lotus hotel will be admitted in my mind when I missing Liling city🥹🥹. I not sure yet, I would be comeback to Liling again or not. If I back to Liling again in the future( as I can/ as the opportunity will happen 🥹) I would be to choose Lotus hotel again.

酒店位於中心地帶，樓下就是商場和電影院，出行方便，到火車站大概10多分鐘的路線，酒店地下有停車場。出門邊上就是江邊步道，離文記嚇一跳很近。 我們坐了卧鋪早上6點多到的，本想着12點入住行李寄存下，前台小姐姐看到有長者優先給我們辦理了入住還送了早餐，非常的貼心，酒店景觀很好，冰箱有免費的飲料。洗衣房很乾凈，西門子的洗衣機和烘乾機很好用。下次去還會選擇這裏。

Very satisfied with the stay experience! The hotel's hygiene is in place, the floor and bathroom have no smell, and the bed is soft and sleeps peacefully. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is high, the facilities are complete, the hot water is sufficient, the air conditioning is easy to use, the price is affordable, there is a tea room on the first floor where you can go to have tea and chat with friends, especially there is a tea group park next to it that is very suitable for a walk, highly recommended!

I don't know if it's because of the quilt or something else, but it's not soft and sticks to my body and I'm so hot that I couldn't fall asleep in the middle of the night. The sound insulation is also poor. It's noisy near the road, and there are people playing in the corridor late at night.

Although the hotel is not big, the room facilities are complete and clean. The most commendable thing is the service. The attitude of everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff is very good. I also met the hotel owner while having breakfast. He did everything himself, from wiping the tables to counting the meals. It's understandable why he can lead such a great team. The only drawback is that parking is difficult. The slope of the basement is too steep and there are not many parking spaces. It would be more convenient if the washbasin in the parent-child room was outside the toilet. However, the overall experience is still very good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. I will continue to stay in your hotel when I come to Liling next time!
