4-Star Hotels in Marbella

Amazing location in the middle of the old town close to everything you need. Nice clean and good sized rooms. Overall great and very comfortable

How to say it, this hotel is quite different. First of all, it is very new, the room is good, the bedding bath towels are very new, very comfortable, the room is relatively large, there is a super large balcony, outside is the swimming pool. But, the used cups are almost not washed, water, one day, no, ask the front desk, some say two bottles, some give several bottles. The location is a bit biased, take a taxi to the city seven or eight euros, there is also a station to go to the city and the pier, each two euros more. There is a supermarket next to it in five minutes and there are also high-end restaurants. There are many Russians living inside, and several at the front desk are also Russians. The breakfast was very general, people didn't feel much, but the waiter felt completely busy and had a good attitude.

The man that checked us in was inpatient and difficult to work with 15minutes to check not needed long time. Expected better from 4 star hotel room average missing basics like charger by beds. Breakfast good but complex to get basic breakfast ordered. Fruits could be better coffee was bad from machine wanted better.

What a great stay... the staff at Aqua were fantastic.. always responsive, helpful and friendly. Would totally recommend them. The apartments were fantastic with everything we needed.. Thanks all..

I spent the weekend in villa marina, I thought the place was nice and cosy, very quite place with good connection to puerto buanos but there is no daily housekeeping and i think it’s overpriced

Great location and room has kitchen and washing machine for clothes. Laundry drying rack on big balcony. 24/7 front desk Gym Pool  Spa  Location is the best! Only 1 block from beach and walking distance to everything. A few negatives were that there was a strange fishy smell in our room and the toilet button to flush was difficult to flush. Would have liked more towels as well. Washcloth and extra bath towels. Iron didn’t work either. Better coffee options and some bottled water would have been nice too.  Otherwise,  would definitely return to this location.

Front desk seriously needs to brush up on their English skills. Location is a bit far if you don’t have a car. Rooms were impeccable and very clean. Beds were very comfy and pillows were plenty in the big sized bed. Pool facilities was nice, of course at this time of the year pool is cold. I left Britain to see more brits, but i guess it’s a bank holiday where else would they be?

The hotel has a very convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from the shopping street, and there's an open-air bar right outside. The rooms are quite spacious and well-equipped. Good value for money.

On the site I booked the queen bed - size as we were two and we were a family couple, for us it is very important. But as a result, even the hotel is 5 stars, but on the first and second day we were provided with 2 single beds with separate mattresses, with beds on wheels and moving to different sides. At request to improve or change the room to the right one for us , they just added a fine mattress that didn't solve the problems in general. And the convenience didn't bring and we couldn't sleep normally so it wasn't convenient.

I booked 3 junior suits, we were traveling 5 adults and 4 children and in the reservation it was clearly stated that children from 3 to 7 years old entered the room for free. We arrived and they did not have my reservation and they put us in 3 normal rooms with an extra very uncomfortable bed. One of the very small rooms, with a strong smell of tobacco and facing the highway, we could not sleep well. I would like a refund of the overcharge. Thank you
