Amazing
SSemilistnikExcellent hotel! The location is perfect for staying in Marbella, near the beach, in the old city. You can get to everything you need on foot. The square opposite the hotel is just amazing!
The rooms are simple, but everything is clean, the air conditioner works perfectly.
Breakfasts are good. I particularly liked fish and fruit.
The staff is trying to help with any question, they are good and very hard, you can see. With the staff anywhere you can face.
What seemed insufficient is shoes and coats , for 4 stars it is mandatory and here they are provided only for higher-class rooms.

뭐뭐니1. Out of all the accommodations we stayed in during our 10-day trip to Spain, it was the most expensive but the worst
2. I paid in advance (including breakfast), but I went to check-in, but I said there was no payment, and I stood there for over 30 minutes. At this time, it was around 9:30 p.m.
3. Reservation details + card details + receipts, etc. are printed and shown. The staff tried to resolve it with the reservation company, but it didn't go well. He said he was sorry and said to go to bed, got the key and went to the room (moved by car)
4. I received two keys, but both of them opened the door. My husband got in the car and went to the front desk again to get them, but in the meantime, another one was missing.
5. I have to go to breakfast the next day, but no one contacted me to see if it was resolved or not. Since the hotel reservation company settled with the hotel, they said to go eat.
6. On the 1st day, after breakfast, they asked me to pay, and they said it was included, so they said yes.
7. On the 2nd day, I was leaving after breakfast, but the staff chased me out and asked me to pay.

Expected better from 4 star hotel room average missing basics like charger by beds.
Breakfast good but complex to get basic breakfast ordered.
Fruits could be better coffee was bad from machine wanted better.

GGuest UserThe entire hotel room and environment are not amazing, most resort hotels in Southeast Asia are better than it, but amazingly this hotel has 18 halls. The seafood hall by the sea tastes very good, very recommended, of course the price is quite high (compared to other hotels in Spain), France Guirado 2, the price is 10 euros, basically you can understand that the price is basically doubled.

CCathy58It should be a better five-star hotel in Marbella, but the experience is average and will not stay again. The picture of the Ctrip suite does not match the actual situation. It is actually a sofa in an ordinary hotel room, and the room has a musty smell. Ctrip indicated that it will open in 2020. I thought it was a new hotel. The actual decoration is relatively old. I don't understand why it is a hotel opened in 2020. The front desk service does not meet the five-star standard. The procedures are completed in the morning and the room card is picked up in the afternoon. There is a person at the front desk, very slow, and waited for a long time.
The advantage of the hotel is that there are many restaurants, it feels good to eat at night, the location is by the sea, and the walk is very comfortable.

本本地老虎The hotel is a beautiful holiday apartment hotel with several buildings surrounding the hotel's swimming pool and gardens. Each room has a separate living room and bedroom, all facing the garden, TV, refrigerator, washing machine. The bed linen and shower were excellent. This is a great value holiday apartment hotel, a great value hotel for a trip to Marbella. The hotel offers free garage parking.
