4-Star Hotels in Toulouse

The entrance to the hotel was very hard to find with it being on the 7th floor, when you walk in you are greeted with a security guard that tells you it’s on the 7th floor but there is no indication whatsoever. However the rooms and hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly.

I was very pleased with this apartment-style hotel. First, the location is impeccable. It's right next to Toulouse's iconic Dome de la Grave. Then, there's the bridge, and across it, you're in the city center, where attractions, restaurants, and shops are all concentrated. To the left, there's also the town center, with restaurants, supermarkets, and the metro all within easy reach. It's a quiet escape amidst the hustle and bustle, yet incredibly peaceful amidst the bustle. The serviced apartment, with its own kitchen, is completely new and clean.

Pros: - Close to the train station and main attractions (10-15 minutes walk) - Quiet street - Spacious and clean room with a small kitchen - Friendly staff - Comfortable bed on the upper level (loft bed) Cons: - The shower design is terrible; the showerhead is hung low and to the side, making it very inconvenient to use. - You have to clean the kitchen and take out the trash before check-out. P.S. Trip.com stated that laundry access was free, but this is not true - it costs 5 euros for washing + 3 euros for drying.

Great little hotel in Toulouse. Really convenient location for everything - 10 min walk from train station, 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus stop, 10 min walk to city centre. Genuinely friendly and helpful staff! Loved that you could grab a coffee and a pastry free of charge. The room itself is on the small side but nice. Amenities were good as well, including hair conditioner and body lotion. The only thing I was slightly annoyed by was the location of the light switches - you open the door to the bathroom, realise that the light’s not on, start fumbling around for the switch, but can’t find it because it’s covered by the door you just opened) Also there aren’t many power outlets, I had to unplug the hotel phone to plug in my charger

The hotel is located very close to the city center. The staff is very kind, the rooms are large, spacious, clean, and the swimming pool is a great advantage. Clean pool, clean water, and the perfect terrace to sit and drink a coffee. Was verry nice!

I stayed at the Hotel Les Capitouls and was overall satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent — very central and perfect for exploring Toulouse on foot. The breakfast was also a real highlight, with a great selection and high quality. On the downside, the rooms were quite noisy, with little sound insulation, and street noise was noticeable, especially at night. Additionally, one of the receptionists was somewhat unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard. In summary: great location and breakfast, but room for improvement in service and soundproofing.

Very well located hotel offering every comfort with the advantage of having private parking. Of course it's a little expensive but compared to the unreasonable prices in the city, it's still interesting! Special mention to the great breakfast, once again a little expensive but really plentiful. The staff is smiling and friendly 🙂

The room was excellent, the staff was polite and provided great service, and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The room was new and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast was simple but of average quality. I will definitely come back again.

Staff were amazing and welcoming -they were the main reason I enjoyed my stay. Location wise, it’s quite far but the good thing is the buses can get you where you need to be; they have two bus stops nearby (less than 5 min walk) one takes you to the city and the other can take you elsewhere. The balcony definitely needed cleaning; couldn’t enjoy it due to how dirty it was.

Overall it’s very good value of money, with fantastic location and friendly staff. The two only issues are: 1) rooms will not be cleaned everyday if you live longer; 2) Wi-Fi on top floor is poorly connected. Probably will look for other options when travelling to Toulouse next time, but definitely not a bad choice.
