4-Star Hotels in Nottingham

I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Nottingham-Gateway in the UK, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel environment was quiet, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were quite modern. The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. It's suitable for business trips or short stays, offering good value for money overall.

Very loud neighbourhood with constant outside noise. The walls are extremely thin, I could hear people talking in the next room. The heating system was broken, so we were given two small plug-in radiators that kept overheating the room, then switching off and making it cold again. Sleep was horrible. The spa is very small, with no space in the sauna and the pool crowded with kids. We paid £177 for one night on the top floor with lounge access, but the lounge had no snacks—only soft drinks (drink selection was okay). Overall, poor value for the price.

Took advantage of the scenic walking trails within the estate for a peaceful stroll. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna for relaxation and fitness. savoured meals at the on-site restaurant and unwinded at the bar, offering a range of dishes and beverages.

Really good stay, very central and easy to get around. The spa and leisure facilities wasn’t the best, a lot of students so wasn’t very relaxing but the gym had good equipment and in the mornings it was great. Football was on which was an added bonus and food was pretty good. I would stay here again.

Lovely hotel - couldn’t get a better location sadly let down by the size of the room (bathroom was ok) but bedroom was very tight. By far the worst problem was a lack of working air conditioning. It was a hot night and although an air con unit was in the room we couldn’t get it to work no matter what we tried. Due to the heat, sleep was a scarce commodity during our stay. If we’d have booked for longer than a night I would have not have slept in that room again if there was working no air con.

優點是房間大，停車免費，服務員有幫提行李到房間。缺點是房間裝太修老舊沒有空調，沒有電梯，有些房間窗户不能不開，空氣不能對流，酒店總共也沒有幾個房間，酒店後面雖然有河，但是水質很差長滿了水生物，而且根本沒有路供你散步！窗户上全是蜘蛛！

Superb staff, great parking. Very clean. Lovely bed. Only issue was no bathroom fan and I don't like the overhead showers as I don't like my head & hair getting drenched unless I choose to.

Very nice place and staffs are very helpful. Everything alright and surrounding environment is good. But I couldn't find the oven (only microwave) in the room. It will be much better if a washing machine is also equipped. The dear park must be visited. I recommend this hotel.
