GGuest UserNice hotel and pool club rooms have king size beds and good showers. I go to Derby often to visit and often need a place, although there isn’t many luxury hotels in the area, this one has nice jacuzzis and bigger beds and made for a good small stop.

GGuest UserWe were able to find the hotel easily on arrival very friendly reception staff
We went to the room and found the tv had a personalised greeting on but the it was not working however phoned down to reception and they quickly rectified this
We used the pool facilities and it was very busy and the male changing room and entrance to the spa area was very cold
We were awaken at 1am by the fire alarm going off and this was due to a inconsiderate patron smoking in their room
The bed was comfy however was on wheels and that is not ideal as it kept moving when you sat on it
The follows were not great
The room was nice and clean and the bath and shower floor were very slippery
Otherwise a nice place to stay and fairly priced

KKennyLMKIt's the first time to stay, there are enough parking spaces in the parking lot. The room has sufficient space, and the bathroom is quite large, equipped with a hand shower and a rainforest shower, and covered with non-slip materials, which is very suitable for elderly travelers on the whole. The breakfast is also slightly richer than the nearby Marriott. In addition to the traditional English breakfast, there are also a variety of fruits, such as watermelon, honeydew melon, bananas, etc.

GGuest UserVery dark decor generally in all areas, difficult to find room number as door was in an alcove and the number to the side not on door.
I am 5’2” and when I eventually found the towel rail because it was above the toilet it was difficult to negotiate and find the size of towel I needed without pulling them all out.
General lack of information in the room I found the A4 piece of paper as I was leaving TV was difficult to operate with a foreign language on some of the remote buttons and no news channel available.
I slept really well which was the most important thing

AArawayneTook advantage of the scenic walking trails within the estate for a peaceful stroll. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna for relaxation and fitness. savoured meals at the on-site restaurant and unwinded at the bar, offering a range of dishes and beverages.

MMeimeihaiThere is no elevator, so all the boxes have to be carried upstairs. The hotel staff will help you carry them, but it is still very tiring. There are not many choices for breakfast, just to satisfy your hunger. The room is too long, and the carpet and corners are very dirty. It looks unclean, so try to stay in bed... The only bright spot is that it is outside the train station and the transportation is very convenient.

LLidiia KWell the hotel is alright, staff are very friendly, location is very good.
Spa didn’t seem nice so we wouldn’t go.
Our standard room was very small, though cozy.
AC wasn’t working, luckily got a heater from the reception.
Breakfast was tasty, but raw vegetables were absent (except for slightly cooked tomatoes).
It was noisy in the hotel, many people, but everyone was there for the New Year eve.
Parking is paid and costs 12 pounds a day - madness!

NNick35330Pretty much almost Travelodge excellence get a proper AC system instead of the awful tiny fan like most of the Travelodges I’ve been to and you’ll be a 100% in my book.
Other then no AC I can’t fault the place

GGuest UserJust needed to put my head down for the night. Reception was friendly..I arrived late at 2340..friendly night guy..room was adequate for my needs..Room 9 cold tap handle was missing, but a shsve was possible and teeth with warm water..mattress protector needs a boil wash and new carpet would freshen things. Shower was luke warm but manageable..heating was fine..tv ok..1 night fine;)
