"In general, my stay was fine. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and I appreciated their friendly attitude.
However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. There were a number of young men staying on my floor who returned around 2am and made a significant amount of noise for quite some time. Unfortunately, no staff member came to address the disturbance, which made it difficult to sleep.
When I eventually began to fall back asleep, I was disturbed again by two pigeons making loud noises outside my window. In the morning, I noticed there were dead pigeons caught in the netting above my window. This was quite unpleasant to see and does not seem healthy or hygienic.
Additionally, at £125 per night, I would not expect to see worn carpets. The condition of the flooring did not reflect the price being charged.
Overall, while the staff were excellent, these issues did detract from an otherwise fine stay."

Great
GGuest UserThe check in service wasn't smooth. The front desk and night manager asked so many questions, that they can find out via the booking system. We waited for over half an hour to check in. They spent the time on checking if you leave notes for two single beds or one double. And the tone was like we owned them a millions pounds. Hotel was above average but the check in experiece was the worst I've ever had in any hotel over the world.
GGuest UserVery loud neighbourhood with constant outside noise. The walls are extremely thin, I could hear people talking in the next room. The heating system was broken, so we were given two small plug-in radiators that kept overheating the room, then switching off and making it cold again. Sleep was horrible. The spa is very small, with no space in the sauna and the pool crowded with kids. We paid £177 for one night on the top floor with lounge access, but the lounge had no snacks—only soft drinks (drink selection was okay). Overall, poor value for the price.

Very Good
GGuest UserHoltel was in a perfect location to get to leciester and back. The staff was nice, and the room was clean. I even had a mini fridge, which was a bonus for me .
GGuest UserNice hotel and pool club rooms have king size beds and good showers. I go to Derby often to visit and often need a place, although there isn’t many luxury hotels in the area, this one has nice jacuzzis and bigger beds and made for a good small stop.
AArawayneTook advantage of the scenic walking trails within the estate for a peaceful stroll. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna for relaxation and fitness. savoured meals at the on-site restaurant and unwinded at the bar, offering a range of dishes and beverages.
JJai KingstonSuperb staff, great parking. Very clean. Lovely bed. Only issue was no bathroom fan and I don't like the overhead showers as I don't like my head & hair getting drenched unless I choose to.
GGuest UserJust needed to put my head down for the night. Reception was friendly..I arrived late at 2340..friendly night guy..room was adequate for my needs..Room 9 cold tap handle was missing, but a shsve was possible and teeth with warm water..mattress protector needs a boil wash and new carpet would freshen things. Shower was luke warm but manageable..heating was fine..tv ok..1 night fine;)
